"I can confidently say this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at so far in Cambodia. It’s located in a very central area, within walking distance to the main attractions. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The air conditioning works perfectly and cools the room very well. There is a smart TV with internet access, and it runs smoothly without any issues. The reception staff are professional and helpful. They clearly know what they’re doing and are always ready to assist. The hotel also provides motorcycle parking. At night, security takes the motorcycles inside and places them back outside in the morning, which I really appreciated from a safety perspective. There is an elevator in the building, which is convenient. This is my second stay at this hotel, and they even recognized me upon check-in. Although check-in is officially at 2 PM, they kindly gave me my room at 12 PM. Hot water is available with no problems. My room also had a balcony, which is great if you want to step outside and get some fresh air. Both the room itself and the bathroom are quite spacious. The price is also very reasonable. Honestly, under these conditions, I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in the Kampot area. If you’re looking for a clean, reliable, centrally located hotel without unpleasant surprises, I highly recommend staying here."

"We had a very enjoyable stay, the facilities were all excellent with everything you would want. The location is great, only 5 minute walk from the waterfront and nice restaurants. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were lovely, very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is run by a kind family with great attention to detail. We would highly recommend staying here!"

"I have stayed at this Boutique hotel many times; however, in my recent stays, I noticed that the level of cleanliness has dropped. I could clearly see stain on the towels and bathrobes. I understand that after running for some time, things get weary. That said, wouldn’t it be better to change them if they get old or got stained that couldn’t be removed? I hope they maintain the cleanliness though."

"Top class resort where everything is premium quality. Breakfast choice and quality so good we also dined in for our evening meals, enjoying Long Island iced tea whilst the sun was setting. Pool was being refurbished during our visit so we were given complimentary room upgrade and access to a private pool."

"Extremely clean and always having a great smell, the rooms are not getting too hot during the day , so that’s another plus. Cleaning ladies are so friendly and always smiling, really nice atmosphere. Location is good too"

"This hotel is okay. I found the location to be good and just a short walk to the main busy areas. The young lads who work there are lovely and always greet you when entering or leaving which is lovely. Where this place fell short for me was I had a leak in the bathroom. The water was dripping out onto the floor constantly. When I told them the bathroom floor was full of water they didn’t seem concerned or interested in fixing the solution even after looking at it - I had to ask for a room change, it was not offered. None until next day which was fine but I had to then ask for a bucket to try and prevent having to walk through water every time I needed to use the toilet. I got one and it filled it very quickly. I got moved to another room next day and had no fridge - they put one in there for me after me asking. I stayed for 4 nights and no one came to sweep my floor or provide a new bath towel/ toilet roll. Also I asked about laundry and told it be done by afternoon the next day. I left a bag of clothes. Went to collect the ‘evening’ of the next day and my bag was just left under the reception counter not done. Not sure why no-one didn’t ask each other why is this bag still here? It had been longer than 24h. I had to be up and on a bus out of Kampot the next morning :-( I have scored well because they change me to another room but I had to ask for it. That pipe need fixing - someone could slip and hurt themselves."

"I've been here many times, and it's definitely one of my top picks in Kampot province. The value for money is exceptional, breakfast is delicious, and the surroundings are beautiful. As a self-proclaimed clean freak, I can confidently say their beds and linens are spotless, so I never experienced any itchiness – their hygiene is excellent. The only minor downside was that I kept getting calls from other rooms, with guests mistakenly thinking my room was the front desk."

"Huge room size and clean. Many nice places hotel inside and able to walk around. But need to maintain most of facilities which are little old and repair. Overall I liked this hotel but need improvement on managing maintenance and comfortable places like massage, coffee shop, etc cause this hotel is little far from the downtown."

"I had a wonderful stay in this room. The first thing that stands out is how spacious and incredibly clean the entire area is. The polished marble-style floors and large windows make the space feel bright, airy, and very welcoming from the moment you walk in. Overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable experience. "This is a very well priced accommodation but wish we’d known a few things first. There is only a fan in the room which means the room is very warm outside of directly in front of the fan. This did mean we ended up lying side ways on the bed to both reach the fan. The bathroom had mesh across the back so has an outside feel and some outside critters. We had to evacuate a few huge flying beetles across the two nights. It’s a peaceful location further away from Kampot centre than others but there’s always tuk tuks available right out front so isn’t too much of an issue. We probably would stay closer to the centre next time as we prefer to be closer to restaurants, despite the nice views of the river. Showers are okay temp and low pressure but overall fine."
