"It was a nice luxury hotel and we got the outdoor swimming pool and and indoor pool included in the room cost. Unfortunately the outdoor pool closed quite early as it would have been beautiful at sunset (and it was heated so not too cold), but there was some confusion about which places closed early so we only had 30mins to swim. Make sure you bring a hat or swim cap to use the indoor pool and you need to buy outdoor swim shoes to use the outdoor pool which is an extra cost…"

"I stayed to return to Fukuoka from Seishu Airport. There is Oriyan around the hotel, convenience stores, Lotteria, Burger King ... Color 々 There is no problem with eating. The accommodation room is clean and the toilet and shower room are separate. I stayed on the 13th floor, but the water pressure and temperature were good. On the way back, they called a taxi from the front desk to the airport and the staff were kind. It was good to be able to stay."

"We stayed in the 51-pyeong unit with 6 adults and 2 children. It is spacious and comfortable, and the view is good. However, even though cooking might be difficult, it would be nice to have scissors."

"I took a number and waited for check-in. When I finally met with a staff member, they spoke quite quickly, which made me really concentrate while they were entering my details – probably because it was peak season and very busy. After check-in, I headed straight to my planned tourist spots. It wasn't until I returned in the evening that I realized I hadn't signed up for the breakfast buffet. I was a little disappointed that the staff hadn't mentioned it during check-in, but I was able to re-book it for the third breakfast seating. I was pleased with the facilities. Should I visit Danyang again with family or friends, I would certainly choose Sonobelle Danyang. During my 1-night stay, I had dinner at MichaeWon and breakfast at Chef's Kitchen. The staff were friendly, and the facilities were clean. The air conditioning unit was a bit noisy, and the AC remote control wasn't very clean."

"The hotel is very close to Cheongju Airport. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all offering great value for money. The rooms are fully equipped, featuring amenities like a bathtub, microwave, large refrigerator, kitchenette, and even a washing machine. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was comfortable. There's also a 24-hour convenience store right next to the hotel, which is incredibly convenient. I would definitely stay here again!"

"My booklet was a bit creased, so when I woke up this morning, I placed it under the stereo to flatten it out. However, I forgot to take it with me when I left. We had already checked out and left our luggage at the front desk before heading out for the day. In the afternoon, I suddenly remembered the booklet under the stereo. I immediately rushed back to the hotel and asked the front desk to help me find it. Their response was, 'The room has already been cleaned, and nothing was found.' Since our luggage and bags were still stored at the front desk, we opened them right there and confirmed that the item was neither in our bags nor on our person. I asked the front desk if a staff member might have accidentally thrown it away, but they firmly insisted that they would never discard any guest's belongings and that anything found by housekeeping would always be brought to the front desk. However, I had genuinely lost a booklet in the room. The front desk repeatedly stated that they follow strict SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and that mistakes don't happen, essentially implying I was lying. My stay for the previous few days had been wonderful and very comfortable, but the experience on the last day was terrible. I acknowledge my own mistake in leaving the item in the room. If it had been accidentally discarded as trash, I could have accepted that, provided they had simply informed me. However, I cannot accept the front desk accusing a guest of lying, simply because housekeeping reported not finding or discarding anything. This left me feeling deeply upset. Otherwise, I had originally intended to stay here every time I visit, as I really liked the ambiance and convenience of this place."

"I had a GREAT stay at Mary Jane Hotel. The room is very spacious, tidy, and equipped with full amenities. It offers an unbeatable economical room rate and even offers breakfast and free coffee in the lobby. TV has all the OTT services like Netflix and Disney. Yet, what impressed me most was the service standard of the hotel. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. I wish Mary Jane Hotel has branches all over Korea, especially Seoul!!!"

"The location is excellent. Take the 747 bus from Cheongju International Airport and get off at the express bus terminal. The front desk staff are always friendly. I also appreciated the free corner next to the front desk, which I could use without time restrictions. The room is simply designed and has everything I need. However, despite being new, some of the towels looked very worn, and the air conditioner was quite loud. The lights and air conditioner are controlled with the TV remote. At first, I didn't know how to turn the air conditioner on, and I frantically searched for it. People who don't usually turn on the TV don't pick up the remote, so it might be hard to notice. The sign in the room says the air conditioner remote is on the wall, so be careful. My biggest issue was the flies. There were a lot of small gnats, especially in the bathroom. The air conditioner drains into the bathroom, so the floor was always wet. Still, I'll definitely return as long as the price remains the same! You just have to put up with the flies."

"I stayed at the pet room on the 7th floor. Overall, it was clean. The floor heating was so warm that the indoor air felt stuffy in the evening. Even though it is a pet room, there was no unpleasant smell or flying fur. The non-slip surface on the provided staff was peeling off, making it slippery, and there were some minor stains on the bedding (it felt like they didn't come out even after washing?), but the overall condition was good. There are no spare pads, so please bring plenty of potty pads. The convenience store on the B1 floor operates unmanned after 11 PM (no alcohol purchases allowed). There are 5 to 6 pet-only wagons in the 1st-floor lobby. Two out of three elevators are operated as pet-only (or dual-use?). Early check-in before 3 PM is difficult (due to room cleaning). Since it is located more than 30 minutes away from the city center, please bring plenty of food. There are 2 or 3 convenience stores and restaurants, including a hangover soup place, within a 5-minute drive. (Seems to open around 7 AM)"
