I was traveling solo and chose this hotel because of its central location, making it super convenient to get around. It's also very close to the subway station, and there are plenty of great food spots on the walk from the station to the hotel. Plus, the price was quite reasonable compared to others. For this price point, this hotel is excellent and offers great value for money. Facilities: Pretty comprehensive, and it has its own unique style, unlike other hotels I've stayed in before, haha. Cleanliness: The cleaning staff did a fantastic job; everything was spotless. Service: The ladies at the front desk provided excellent service. I even stored my luggage after checking out, and they were all very patient and helpful 😊. Environment: I slept really well; it was very quiet at night.

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.

A perfect experience for a family trip. The hotel is in a very good location, right by the Han River, integrated with Tianhan Park, and has a very good environment The hotel service is first-class, the facilities are very new, and it feels very high-end The breakfast is very good, the hot rice noodles are a must, I ate bowl after bowl until I couldn't eat anymore, it's much better than eating out There is a 30 yuan noodle buffet for lunch, which is amazing! Every kind of noodle is delicious, oil splash, pulled noodles, the children ate bowl after bowl, amazing! Next time I come to Hanzhong, I will stay here again

Choosing the Bell Tower Original Hotel for my Xi'an trip was absolutely the right decision! The room was spotless, every corner meticulously cleaned. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help. The facilities were smart and user-friendly; the AI-controlled lights and windows were incredibly convenient. The location is unbeatable – the subway station is right next door, and you can see the Bell Tower and Drum Tower just by stepping outside. It's also a short walk to the Muslim Quarter and the City Wall, making it super easy to explore and find great food. Full marks, highly recommend!

To start with, this hotel far exceeded our expectations and created truly wonderful memories for our anniversary. The staff were incredibly thoughtful; they decorated our room beautifully in advance and even gifted us fresh flowers 💐 – such touching attention to detail. Every day during our stay, we received a fresh and abundant fruit platter. On the first night, they thoughtfully delivered a white fungus soup, and on the second, a red date soup. Both were perfectly sweet, smooth, and absolutely delicious. Located within the Huaqing Palace scenic area, the hotel offers an elegant and tranquil environment that truly helps you relax and unwind. The breakfast selection 🍳 was rich and tasty, and dinner was equally excellent. The overall dining experience was a big plus. (There's a shuttle service from the lobby to the restaurant and attractions within the park, though it's also a very short walk.) The location is incredibly convenient. We could walk to see 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' in about 3 minutes, and Mount Li was also within walking distance. Our room booking included access to the Huaqing Hot Springs, and the hot spring experience was fantastic, making our entire trip even more relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, it's a high-quality hotel that excels in service, ambiance, and overall experience. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend the Xianyang Baiyue Hotel! It's a lifesaver if you have an early flight. The free airport shuttle service is incredibly responsive; the driver confirmed my itinerary in advance and the ride was smooth, getting me to the airport with plenty of time. The service is exceptionally thoughtful – check-in at the front desk was efficient, and they were always ready to assist with any request. The room hygiene is outstanding; the sheets and duvet were clean and odorless, and the bathroom was spotless. Every detail showed great care, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xianyang!

I'm so glad I started my Xi'an trip here. It really hit all the right spots, to the point where I seriously considered extending my stay for another day… but in the end, I decided to experience other hotels as well. [Location] It's right by Yongning Gate, next to the city wall, perfectly avoiding the city's traffic jams, which is super convenient for those who rely on taxis for getting around. There's also a subway station nearby. Plus, there are tons of delivery options and amazing places to eat, from breakfast to dinner, snacks, bubble tea, BBQ, and late-night eats – you could literally spend all day just eating! It's also a pleasant walk to the Bell Tower. [View] Pull back the curtains and there's the city wall. Whether it's the grandeur of the day or the dazzling lights at night, I could never get enough of it. [Service] The service was absolutely fantastic! It's been a long time since I've experienced such heartwarming service. Every staff member was so enthusiastic and friendly, from the front desk ladies to the aunties in the restaurant. Everyone served with a smile and went out of their way to provide help within their means. [Environment] (1) The decor, design, and murals really resonated with everyone; there are so many photo opportunities within the hotel itself. (2) Even if you don't have a city wall view room, the outdoor bar offers a spectacular view of the city wall. Sitting there watching the sunset, scrolling on your phone, and enjoying afternoon tea – it's incredibly cozy. (3) The small table in the triple room was perfect for ordering takeout with friends, happily eating and chatting, with Xi'an's city wall right outside the window. After a full meal, you can just lean back and feel completely content without even stepping out. However, if you're a workaholic and need to work overtime, the restaurant might be a more convenient spot. (4) The beds, pillows, and bath products were all very well-received. [Facilities] The pillows, bedding, and toiletries were all highly praised. [Activities] They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, a rubbings activity, free Hanfu rental, and there are many foreign guests as well. [Heads-up] For city wall view rooms facing the road, because they primarily feature glass curtain walls and windows, you might hear the sound of motorcycles with loud exhausts. However, since it's not continuous, it didn't affect our sleep. But it could be a concern for those who are sensitive to noise or are very light sleepers. BUT! The front desk thoughtfully provides earplugs! [Other] When I checked in, it felt like there weren't many guests. Perhaps it's because the price is relatively higher? Or maybe there are too many hotels in the vicinity, leading to intense competition and diverting some guests. However, with the amazing view + cultural experience + airport transfer + excellent service + great location + wonderful ambiance, I feel like it's hard to beat.

Location: Incredibly convenient! It's right near the H exit of Bell Tower Metro Station. After visiting the Terracotta Warriors, the bus dropped us off right in front of the hotel at Bell Tower Station. We could see our hotel as soon as we got off, which meant we could rest immediately – the location is just perfect! It's also very close to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower, so we just walked back in the evenings. Service: The staff in the lobby on the first floor, the front desk on the second floor, the cleaning aunties, and the hotel's personal butler were all warm, thoughtful, and had excellent service attitudes. Room: The environment is clean and bright, and you can open the window for ventilation. The sink drains very quickly with no strange odors, and the shower water pressure is great, which I really liked. The toilet is also clean and automatically heated, which is a nice touch. After a day of sightseeing, you can really get some good rest here at night.

The facilities are excellent and very clean. You can see Xi'an Bell Tower right from the room. It's very close to the subway and Yongxingfang, both within walking distance. You can also take the subway directly to Huaqing Palace and the Terracotta Warriors. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even gave us complimentary fruit upon check-in. I'll definitely choose麗怡酒店 (Liyi Hotel) first for any future trips.

Great location and fantastic service! The staff were all really enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the Xiaonanmen morning market, which was super convenient. Plus, you can easily walk out and enjoy the Yongning Gate night view. I extended my stay for another day here, enjoyed sightseeing during the day, and had a really good rest at night. It was a wonderful trip and a great stay!
