The staff are enthusiastic and lively, providing fantastic service. They really understand what young people are looking for. Not only do they patiently answer all your questions, but they also proactively recommend sightseeing and dining routes, making you feel as comfortable as if you were with friends. The travel package I booked also had no complicated procedures, making the whole trip easy and relaxed. Downstairs from the hotel, there are BBQ spots, local specialty snacks, and even trendy网红 (wanghong/influencer-style) shops, all just a few minutes' walk away. Carbs galore, a paradise for carb lovers!!! Xi'an's noodles are truly delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋 Overall, whether you're traveling with company or solo, this place is an unparalleled choice. I highly recommend staying here!

The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, treating guests kindly, and you could feel their dedication in every interaction. The biggest surprise was upon checkout, when the customer service manager thoughtfully presented us with a special Xi'an refrigerator magnet and a small shadow puppet souvenir. They were small, exquisite, and full of local charm. These heartwarming little details were incredibly touching and added a wonderful memory to my trip. I sincerely recommend this place to anyone visiting Xi'an!!!

The only minor issue was that the phone signal wasn't great, probably due to the high foot traffic in the city center. The front desk staff were very friendly and quick to respond to requests. Check-out was a breeze – just handed over the key card. The room was clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the soundproofing was good too. It offers excellent value for money. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Xi'an!

The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea offer a wide variety of choices, and the food itself is delicious and doesn't disappoint. Our room was spacious, tidy, and spotless, making our stay extra comfortable. I'll definitely be looking for Star again on my next visit!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with Metro Line 2 right nearby, placing it in Xi'an's main urban commercial district. This makes it incredibly convenient for dining, sightseeing, and shopping. On the first day, I booked a room with a large window, but I was planning to check out the next day due to outdated facilities. However, when I spoke to a staff member on the second day, they moved me to a newly renovated room on the 4th floor (renovated in 2022). I was quite satisfied and promptly rebooked to stay for another four nights. The housekeeping staff from the 'Shuyuan Gate' team even proactively wiped down my luggage while cleaning. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our room on the 8th floor was very quiet, clean, and tidy, with a view of a section of the city wall and cyclists riding on it. During our four-day stay, the housekeeping staff were very respectful of our privacy; they never disturbed us when we woke up late in the mornings. Every evening when we returned to the hotel, our room was already cleaned, and all amenities were fully restocked. The staff at the New Sanjiangyuan Hotel were incredibly thoughtful and meticulous, making us, visitors from Sichuan, feel the genuine warmth of the Xi'an people. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of. My daughter even said she would visit Xi'an again and would definitely stay at this hotel.

Very convenient location with bell tower and famous streets like Hui Min Jie all within walking distance. It is also near to metro lines. The room is also comfortable and modern. Amenities wise, just note that not all rooms come with a refrigerator. Value for money and had a wonderful stay at the hotel.
