YYiyunenaniiThe setting is absolutely beautiful and very peaceful, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding snow-capped mountains. There are also many activities available, such as trying on traditional ******* clothing for photoshoots and horseback riding. We were even incredibly lucky to witness a double rainbow on the day we checked in! The service was outstanding; they arranged for a driver to take us to and from the town whenever we needed. On our departure day, we had an early high-speed train and wouldn't have time for breakfast, but one of the lovely hotel staff thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us to take on the go. And the photo opportunities by the pond were absolutely stunning!

All the staff I encountered were very friendly, greeted me proactively, and even helped me with my luggage (this was excellent… they pulled my suitcase all the way to the main entrance; otherwise, that cardio workout would have given me a headache for ages).
As a member, I also got 20% off dinner at the restaurant. The portions were quite generous, and the food tasted good—highly recommend.
I got a free room upgrade with fruit and nougat 🍬. They asked about my preferences for the stay, and since I wanted a view, they gave me an excellent room with a scenic view. The joys of the off-season!
The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. A special shout-out to the shower's very clear markings!! (No more getting scalded or frozen… My 'J' personality truly appreciates this).
As I was leaving, the front desk even gave me some qingke (highland barley) cakes, which were also delicious.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The breakfast was bountiful and delicious. Our room had a small balcony with a beautiful view. The hotel's location in Huameishengdi was perfect; we could walk to restaurants in just a couple of minutes. Getting to scenic spots was convenient by taxi, taking about 17-20 minutes.

1118000****I didn't expect a guesthouse within a scenic area to offer such excellent service. I arrived early in the morning to drop off my luggage, and the young man (who seemed to be the owner's brother) immediately drove me to the entrance of the scenic spot – no fuss at all. In the evening, after exiting the scenic area, he even came to pick me up. Knowing I was exhausted from walking all day and didn't feel like going out to eat, he personally brought my takeout order right to my room. All in all, the service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Plus, the guesthouse facilities were very clean, and I loved the decor style. If I ever get the chance to visit Jiuzhaigou again, I'll definitely book this place.

OOng0803The service was excellent! When I first arrived, I was suffering from altitude sickness and shortness of breath. A staff member noticed me struggling with my luggage and immediately came to help, even offering me an oxygen tank. So thoughtful! In the evening, there was a BBQ at the front desk. We enjoyed eating skewers while listening to music and even petting a dog – thumbs up! 👍 The room was also very clean; I loved it the moment I walked in! 😍

MM857232****I was traveling to Jiuzhaigou with some elderly relatives from out of town and was worried they might suffer from altitude sickness or feel unwell due to the dry climate, which would ruin their trip. So, I specifically booked a large double room and a deluxe triple room at the Vienna International Hotel, thinking the reasonable price and good environment would satisfy them. To my surprise, we had an unexpected treat! Xiao Ge at the front desk was so enthusiastic and thoughtful. Seeing that there were available rooms, she upgraded us to a deluxe family suite for free. The 1+1 suite was much more spacious with three larger, more comfortable beds, which made my elderly relatives very happy. In the morning, around 7:00 AM when it was still dark, I accidentally locked the bathroom door. The maintenance staff responded incredibly quickly and came up to open it for us in no time. After breakfast, there was a dedicated shuttle service to take guests to the park entrance. We only waited a short while before getting on the bus, and in just a few minutes, we were at the park entrance. It was even faster than my last stay at Bianbian Street! I really want to commend their thoughtful service.

SSusuYANGA holiday should be about breaking free from the conventional, and I much prefer raw, authentic experiences. Staying here, all my worries instantly melted away, and both my body and mind reconnected with their true, original selves, allowing for a deeper focus on my inner peace.
My mornings weren't woken by an alarm clock or the din of city traffic, but by the gentle neighing of horses right outside my window. Stepping out, I was greeted by horses and wild rabbits, all coexisting peacefully without bothering anyone.
The staff's service was truly personalized and attentive, a refreshing change from the generic, 'by-the-book' service you often encounter. While everyone's needs and feelings are different, and a one-size-fits-all approach simply doesn't work, I personally had a fantastic experience. It truly depends on what you're looking for in a stay; for me, what I particularly cherished here was the immersive nature, the profound relaxation, and the sheer tranquility.

SShelleyLWe booked two nights here to make our Jiuzhaigou trip more relaxed. The hotel's location is excellent; there are various restaurants and breakfast spots right outside, Chatime is just a minute's walk away, and the Jiuzhai Journey bus stop is also a one-minute walk. The room has a soaking tub, which was incredibly comfortable for soaking our feet after a full day of walking. The front desk service was very friendly; they even added us on the housekeeping WeChat so we could request anything we needed for immediate delivery. The soundproofing in the room wasn't great. We tend to sleep early, and on the first night, some guests were talking loudly in the hallway between 11 PM and 12 AM. However, the front desk handled it promptly, so we weren't disturbed for too long. The second night was very comfortable with no noise issues.
