This was my first stay at Sofitel Foshan, and it truly exceeded my expectations! Nicole at the lobby provided incredibly thoughtful and patient service, guiding me through everything, which was so heartwarming. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent amenities – it was especially comfortable to return to after a long day of furniture shopping. The hotel's location is super convenient, right above the Louvre International Furniture Exhibition Center, making furniture shopping a breeze. The food was delicious, and all the staff were very enthusiastic. This hotel offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit to Foshan!

Lucky me, I stumbled upon this gem! The room was spacious, the views were great, and it even had a smart toilet (the more expensive room I booked actually had a regular one). The hotel is located on one side of the Han River, with Chaozhou Ancient City on the other. From the hotel, you can easily walk to Han Wengong Temple and Guangji Bridge. After visiting Guangji Bridge (which requires a ticket), you can cross it to reach Chaozhou Ancient City on the opposite bank. I was really pleased with the breakfast, which offered a good variety of local specialties.

The check-in staff were incredibly friendly and even gave me a local specialty from Zhongshan as a gift, which my family really enjoyed. The hotel facilities are also well-maintained. Overall, everything was great. Many thanks to staff member Xia Tian for their excellent service, including calling ahead, and for arranging a fantastic room. I'll definitely be back.

I had a power outage at home, so I booked a last-minute stay at the nearest Sheraton for a night. The staff were very friendly, the room was spotlessly clean, and the ambiance was first-class. The room was quite spacious and featured a balcony overlooking the lake, which made for a very comfortable feeling. Breakfast was decent; my favorite item was the 'zhuchanglu'. There was a good variety of breakfast options, but the coffee was undrinkable, and the hot milk wasn't rich enough. Some minor issues that could be improved were: 1. The room had two bottles of shower gel but no shampoo; I assume there was a mix-up. 2. The in-room tea bags looked quite cheap and didn't feel premium. 3. For the complimentary Southeast Asian set lunch, we sat in the restaurant for 5 minutes without any staff attending to us, and the food itself was just average.

The hotel's location is superb, right by the subway exit, making transportation incredibly convenient. The facilities are smart and modern, and it's super easy to get to Huaqiangbei Shopping Mall. Tina provided excellent and thoughtful service. I was very satisfied with the room arrangement; the high floor offered a great view. The hotel's breakfast buffet was also extensive, and having a laundry room and gym was very convenient. Overall, a fantastic stay! I'll definitely come back if I have the chance. Five-star rating!

Our stay at the InterContinental Zhuhai was absolutely fantastic! A special shout-out to Mila for her incredibly attentive and efficient service. Check-in was smooth and she even upgraded our room for free. There were a couple of minor hiccups, but they were all handled promptly and professionally, which put us at ease. The hotel is just a street away from Gongbei Port, making trips to Macau super convenient. Our room had floor-to-ceiling windows with direct views of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge – expansive sea views by day and dazzling lights by night. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. My only slight regret is that the pool wasn't open yet. Overall, the service was excellent, the views were superb, and the location was very convenient. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend it!

The hotel is pretty good, with a great location and nice views, definitely recommend it. The butler service was attentive, and the customer service staff were also very good. We checked out on January 27th. The concierge service, however, wasn't quite up to par; they weren't very proactive. We had to seek out the bellhop ourselves to store and retrieve our luggage. Traveling with my mother and daughter, I noticed the staff didn't offer to help load suitcases into the car trunk, which could be improved.

The hotel is right on Shuidong Street. During the day, you can enjoy tea in your room with the sunshine. It's quite convenient for getting around, though the showerhead in the room wasn't great. The hotel helped us choose a relatively quiet room, and by the latter half of the night, it was peaceful.

GGuest UserFive-star review! CityNote's facilities and environment far exceeded expectations. My stay at CityNote was truly impressive, particularly due to its well-designed facilities and tranquil, comfortable ambiance. The hotel lobby features a blend of modern minimalism and urban aesthetics, with warm lighting and exquisite greenery. The public areas are clearly delineated, offering a business work zone and a relaxed lounge area, both open 24/7 and impeccably maintained. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, boasting panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with city views. They are equipped with zero-pressure memory foam mattresses and high-thread-count bedding. The smart voice control system effortlessly manages curtains, lighting, and air conditioning. The bathroom achieves complete wet-dry separation, featuring a thermostatic instant-heat shower and a full set of branded toiletries, with not a single water stain on the mirror. The amenities are comprehensive: the 24-hour gym offers brand-new equipment and city views, and the self-service laundry room includes a drying function. High-speed WiFi is available throughout with stable signal, and both public areas and guest rooms boast excellent soundproofing, providing a quiet retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. The overall decor has no pungent odors, and cleaning is frequent. Green plants adorn the corridors and elevator lobbies, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere for travelers. It's truly a perfect choice for both business trips and leisure travel. Five-star recommendation!

MMAOBEA stay to remember: The Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen. Review of Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen Reviewed yesterday There are hotels you visit, and then there are hotels that leave an imprint on your soul. The Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen, belongs firmly and unequivocally in the latter category. From the moment I stepped into its soaring lobby, I knew this would be one of those stays that redefines what luxury hospitality means. Arrival and Reception First impressions matter, and the reception team at the Mandarin Oriental understands this with an almost intuitive grace. Jason Zhu greeted me with the kind of warmth that felt less like a rehearsed welcome and more like being received by an old friend who just happens to have impeccable professional instincts. His attention to detail was extraordinary — he had noted my preferences before I could voice them, and the check-in process was so seamless it barely registered as a process at all. Sicily and Marsh were equally outstanding, always present at just the right moments with a smile, a helpful suggestion, or a thoughtful gesture. Together, the three of them set a tone of effortless elegance that carried through every hour of my stay. In a city as fast-paced and forward-looking as Shenzhen, there is something deeply reassuring about a reception team that makes you feel as though time has slowed down just for you. The Club Skyline View Room If the lobby whispered luxury, the Club Skyline View Room declared it in full voice. Perched high above the glittering sprawl of Shenzhen, the room offered a panorama that genuinely stopped me in my tracks. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city's dazzling skyline — a forest of illuminated towers stretching toward the horizon, the lights of Futian and beyond shimmering like an earthbound constellation. I found myself drawn to the window repeatedly, at golden hour, at twilight, and again in the deep hours of the night, each time discovering a different mood and a different kind of beauty. The room itself was a masterclass in refined design. The palette was calm and sophisticated, with rich textures and thoughtful layering that felt contemporary yet timeless in the way the Mandarin Oriental has always done best. The bed was, simply put, superb — the kind of bed that makes you reconsider every mattress you have ever slept on and find them all wanting. Linens were crisp and impossibly soft. The bathroom was a sanctuary of marble and glass, generously appointed with the brand's signature amenities, and the soaking tub positioned near the window offered what might be one of the finest bathing experiences in southern China. Every detail, from the lighting controls to the turndown service to the quiet hum of climate perfection, spoke of a property that understands the difference between filling a room with expensive things and creating a genuine sense of place and comfort. The Mandarin Club Accessing the Mandarin Club elevated an already exceptional stay into something truly rarefied. The lounge itself is a beautifully curated space — serene, sophisticated, and blessed with those same sweeping skyline views that make this property so special. But what transforms the Club from a lovely room with good canapés into a genuinely memorable experience is its people. Chelsea Zhou is a revelation and deserves a special mention. Her hospitality instincts are pitch-perfect; she anticipated needs I hadn't yet articulated, and managed to be attentive without ever being intrusive — a balance that even the finest hotels in the world struggle to achieve. Priscilla Pang was equally impressive, radiating a genuine kindness and professionalism that made every interaction a pleasure. Whether it was the afternoon tea service, or the evening menu and cocktails, Chelsea and Priscilla ensured that every moment in the Club felt personal, polished, and quietly luxurious. I returned to the lounge far more often than I had planned, not just for the excellent food and drink,

GGuest UserReview for Ibis Hotel: The Ibis Hotel in Dongguan is a hidden gem. This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we will definitely choose it again for our future visits to Dongguan. We opted for the panoramic room, which offers a bit more space. The room is well-equipped with all the essentials. Considering the price you pay, the value is exceptional. The breakfast provided is not only delicious but also offers a wide variety of options at a very reasonable price. The reception staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We adore this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.

JjerryleezyThis is my second stay at Rosewood this year, and I've noticed a significant improvement in service both times. It feels like Rosewood has invested a lot in staff training. Service used to be a weak point, but now it's really stepped up. From the moment the car pulled up and they helped with luggage, to the detailed communication during check-in, the executive lounge dinner, and the breakfast service and food quality, plus the cheerful pool staff – it truly feels like Rosewood's service has gotten much better. This time, I particularly want to commend the excellent room cleanliness. My child wore non-slip socks in the room for three days without changing them because it was so clean, which made us feel much more at ease... though the tea bags in the room were a bit disappointing!

GGuest UserFantastic family-friendly hotel! Our ocean-themed room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view from the balcony. They provided all the essentials for kids, including toiletries and safety rails. We even got a free upgrade to a family room! The buffet had a wide variety of food, with a dedicated kids' section – the dolphin-shaped pastries were a big hit. For entertainment, there's an on-site water park and a dolphin pool, which our kids absolutely loved. Getting to and from Ocean Kingdom was super convenient, with options for walking, bus, or boat. The service was attentive, making it a truly hassle-free experience for families. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Zhuhai!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and visiting attractions. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were attentive and thoughtful. What impressed us most was that after we checked out early, we didn't even realize we had been overcharged for a room upgrade. The staff proactively contacted us after we'd left and promptly refunded the difference. This demonstrates their integrity and responsibility, making our experience absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

11861029****This hotel is located in the heart of Bao'an's central business district, right in the Everbright Pearl International Financial Center. It's just a few minutes' walk to shopping malls like Haiya Colorful City and One Avenue, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. It's also not far from Xin'an Park Metro Station, and a taxi ride to the airport only takes a little over 20 minutes, so transportation is super convenient whether you're traveling for business or leisure. From design, service, and facilities to its location, this hotel delivers a perfect experience and offers excellent value for money. The front office manager was very welcoming. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Shenzhen and have already recommended it to friends visiting the city. It's truly a must-visit!

AAbby GoThis time, I stayed at the Citigo Hotel near Futian Port. At around 800 RMB per night, including breakfast, it offers good value for money. The hotel is noticeably a step above other HUAZHU hotels, with a more German-style decor. Of course, basic hygiene is absolutely not an issue. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, a rain shower, and a decent Laifen hairdryer. The room comes with two bathrobes for double occupancy. There's also a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary items like Coke, soda water, and craft beer. The round table in the room is quite large, perfect for using a laptop or eating takeout. The room also provides complimentary coffee for brewing, tea, and an air freshener whose scent I personally found very pleasant – much more natural and subtle compared to perfume. The view from the hotel window is entirely skyscrapers, and some room types even offer a sea view. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the guest rooms can also be opened. Breakfast was also good, with a rich variety of dishes and fruits. If you want to try delicious freshly made handmade rice rolls, you can look forward to it. If you have a generous budget, I highly recommend choosing this Citigo Hotel under the HUAZHU brand; the enhanced experience is quite significant.
