Good hotel, basement parking difficult to find, quite packed. Parking can validate, noneed pay. Stay at level 18, lift waiting take time. Toilet is big and spacious. Bed is big and good. Hair dryer is strong for female hair. I like the hotel overall. (Photo not related, forget to take hotel photo).

Overall this hotel is great. They got cafe that sell snacks that open 24hrs. The room is quite spacious for family or 3. They also got gym (level1) and laundry that got iron, washer and dryer (level 2). For parking you can park near the hotel or restaurant nearby. Receptionist showed great attitude 👍🏻

Room was big, simple & modern. Breakfast food has so many varieties & can try local food. Rooftop pool was superb but close at 8pm. I reached hotel after business meeting at 7.30pm.

Fast check-in. Nice and clean room. One of the best hotel in KB. Keep the good work to the hotel team! Just a note- could you consider renovate the bathroom from tub style to shower style? It hard and dangerous to step in and out from tub.

The hotel look a bit rundown from the outside. However when you step inside from the lobby, you can see that it is well maintained. The room is spacious & clean. There’s even a bathtub. Breakfast spread is average but delicious. The area is quiet at night. You can go for a walk by the Kelantan river.

Tempat strategik sebab sebelah ade kb mall and terletak betul2 tengah bandar kb. cuma for the parking tu just ade public parking area hotel. But will stay here again cuz affordable and banyak kemudahan. 🤩

Best place either good amenities. Strategic location as its located in the middle of the city. Also easy to reach to wakaf che yeh at night. Just walk around and don't need to think about car park. Very recommended as the room also comfortable . Will repeat for next visit.

Stayed at Ibis Kota Bharu recently and it was a great experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and simple. Staff are friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Overall, a nice and convenient place to stay in Kota Bharu.

The place is quite nice. I have no problem with the beds, the amenities. My only problem is the bathroom. As you can see, it didn't look properly maintained and cleaned. I hope they'll do something about it.

Ample free parking outside hotel, no bathroom amenities like toothbrush or shaver provided. Towels are clean but look slightly worn. Location is fantastic and within walking distance to eateries, street food, night market and 7-11
