"This was my first stay at this hotel. We were given a different room than the one I booked. We only found out about it during check-in. I believe such information should have been provided earlier. The staff couldn't do anything about it; the lady explained it was due to overbooking, but then the gentleman later said they had a system error. This is misleading. The situation was supposed to be resolved after our stay, but I haven't received any information to date."

"I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The first night was a bit noisy due to some work going on outside, but the second night was quiet and comfortable. There was no air conditioning in the room, so it got quite hot with the windows closed. However, opening the window let in a lot of noise from outside. Overall, the rest of the stay was okay"

"The hotel is very comfortable and very well located (a few minutes walk from the city centre). The staff are very nice, the hotel offers coffee and tea all day. In the room you can also use a cafe and a coffee machine and the hotel leaves tea bags, coffee capsules, sugar, bottle water, a courtesy rebuff, ... Also leaves many and varied hygiene products, including a stick, The box is also available for the boxes and the boxes. The third time,I go down 2:00pm and still no one handle. Angry thing. They say that is impossible!!!I agree withe them for 15minitues and go up and go down! They say the will go up to try ! Finally I found my shoe on the wrong room 304!!!Terrible Not recommended!!!"

"Hotel not right in the center but within a short walk or tram ride to the center or to Avenida Mall and Poznan Glowny train station. The nice surprise was that they put a water dispensing machine near the elevator, instead of supplying bottled water in the rooms. Why was it a nice surprise? Mainly because you can get as much drinking water as you like (they supply a carafe and glasses in the room) but for me the main perk was that the machine dispenses soda water as well. (We all know now that sweet soda drinks are extremely hazardous to our health so for me soda water is a relatively good option to my previous sweet drinks addiction). The twin beds were about 90 cm wide and sleep was good. We had a problem with the air conditioning as it didn’t cool enough. We assumed that it was centrally managed and that you couldn’t choose your own temperature. We solved this partially by opening the window at night and letting cooler air flow into the room. The hotel is about a 15 minute ride from the airport. We didn’t take the breakfast as it cost 160 PLN for two per day. We preferred a coffee and a pastry instead in Cukier Puder (sugar powder) coffee shop about 200 m away from the hotel. The hotel has its own cafe in the entrance floor which is supposed to be good but we didn’t find something we liked. We did however have dinner in the main restaurant of the hotel- Winestone - which was very good and at a reasonable price. Recommended. There is a Starbucks coffee shop near the corner and 2 Zabka convenience stores - one on each direction when you exit the hotel. The hotel has a gym too. The reception staff were nice and friendly and welcoming and they assisted us with travel plans. In general it seems like an hotel of between 3-4 stars and should be considered."

The hotel is generally good, off the beaten track but in beautiful natural surroundings. Nearby (about 4 minutes) a tram stop. Very nice service. Poor breakfasts, i.e. a large selection, but the same for two days, scrambled eggs and grilled vegetables completely tasteless, even without salt. We went down for breakfast quite late, so everything was cold. A good place for families with children. Some guests were partying a lot but security intervened. I recommend :-)

The location is perfect: just outside of the city center, nice and quiet, yet still an easy walk to everything. There is paid parking available just outside the building. The owner was responsive and gave us clear instructions for self-check-in. The apartment complex is new, green, and beautiful. The apartment itself is great, modern, spacious, clean, with a balcony and large windows, and is accessible by elevator. Minor downsides were the lack of a coffee machine and toaster (only a kettle was available). However, the most serious issue was the sofa bed in the living room: the mattress is only a few centimeters thick, sags, has a broken support, and squeaks terribly. It was a painful experience trying to sleep on it. Please consider this carefully if you travel with more than two people and need the sofa bed (the main bed in the bedroom is quite alright). Otherwise, you can't go wrong choosing this apartment - if you are traveling as a couple and don't need that sofa bed, this place is easily a 5-star stay!

Hotel położony jest bardzo blisko centrum, co jest jego dużym atutem. Pokoje są czyste i zadbane, choć miejscami widać, że przydałby się już remont – jednak nie wpływa to znacząco na komfort pobytu. Śniadania są naprawdę smaczne, natomiast sporym minusem jest bardzo mała sala, przez co często trzeba czekać na wolny stolik. Dodatkowo panie obsługujące śniadania potrafią głośno rozmawiać między sobą, opowiadając historie, które niekoniecznie są komfortowe dla gości próbujących spokojnie zjeść posiłek. Na duży plus zasługuje natomiast pomocny i uprzejmy personel, który stara się odpowiadać na potrzeby gości. Ogólnie hotel ma potencjał i zapewnia przyzwoity pobyt, choć kilka rzeczy wymaga usprawnienia.

It was a wonderful stay, the staff at the reception was very helpful and caring. The room was clean, big size with tea and coffee facilities provided. The room was clean when required. The location was ideal as it was walking distance from all attractions and even public transport. It's walking distance from the main train station as well. The area felt safe and even walking back to the hotel at 11pm still felt safe. Breakfast was good although I would wish for me vegetarian options. I think the only drawback is that the room is not soundproof which mean you can hear the next door people and given the hotel is in the old town, it's a bit noisy at night in the area. But I still managed to fall asleep as I was very tired. All in all, I would recommend this hotel for a visit to Poznan.

I was staying for a dance event and would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast service had an array of both savoury and sweet options and Alexandra (Ola) was a particularly lovely member of staff. Everyone was so professional and helpful. Good for vegetarians x
