It is located just two hours from Moscow or 30 minutes from Tula, surrounded by a protected forest on the banks of the picturesque Osetr River on 40 hectares of well-groomed forest park territory. Guests are accommodated in duplex cottages, detached apartment-type houses, wooden logs and more spacious guest houses. All rooms are spacious, from 35-50 sq m, have 2 or 3 rooms. Additional places are full-fledged chair-beds and sofas. The rooms are decorated in Scandinavian style and equipped with Ascona orthopedic mattresses. Each house has a kitchen area: microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery, smart speaker Alice. Near each house there is a separate barbecue area. Every day there is animation, a children's room, in the evenings live music in the restaurant, karaoke on request. There is a rental of sports equipment. We organize forest walks with a hotel guide or excursions to Tula, Venev, Yasnaya Polyana, Romantsev mountains.

"The settled late in the evening, on the resepshen there was a habalist man who began to hammer, bobbing, asking him about the parking, and he replied, ”Parking out on the road, there too for free.” At that point, another guest came to him, asked about the wifi, and the man answered him, ”there is a password on the sheet, I was tired already.” The mood was immediately damaged. The room was on the first floor and the curtains were not closed (in the middle of a big space). Wayfay did not work for most of the time! (Infinite connection). They said that because of the silence, but I don't believe it because our friends in another hotel nearby everything worked well. + was that I still had an endless connection, and the young man had 20 minutes later connected and worked. Hearing through the walls, neighbors quarrelling about wifi, told staff that it was necessary to reboot the router. The TV was connected to the cable TV, but it didn't work. In general, in Tula completely without the Internet, and on the first night very loud close explosions from air defense (this is not a question to the hotel, but just information for those who go to Tula). In the afternoon on the recession already another girl, pleasant, offered to go to the parking, said the places were not yesterday (but we did not explain it when the settlement was not explained, simply did not open the slugbaum). A delicious breakfast, waifay even a couple of hours worked. When leaving, a Tula spicy was given."

"Неплохой отель для одно - 2-х дневной эконом остановки. Без излишеств, чисто ночью поспать. Беда с парковкой, мало места. На дороге не оставить авто, так как вдоль бордюра бегает троллейбус, а во двор все не вмещаются. Выход - запозднившиеся паркуются у забора на газонах. Завтрак предусмотрен, не обожрешься но хватает -яйцо, чай и кофе, йогурт, бутерброд с сыром, блинчик и конечно небольшой тульский пряник. Вода питьевая в кулере есть круглосуточно, у админа есть так же пиво и кола, минералка и т.д. Душ, умывальник и унитаз есть и все работает. Шампунь и мыло предоставляется в номере. Так же в номере есть стаканы. От центра расположен в 3-4 минутах езды, но очень тихо. Спать комфортно никто не блондит и транспорт вообще не слышно. Оставляют желать лучшего очень мягкие и дешевые матрасы - упал и провалился. Насекомых и грызунов не встретил, видимо их в отеле нет. Завтрак самообслужка, поел и убери и помой посуду за собой. Но это не напрягает. Админ заранее уточняет время в которое Вы встанете на завтрак и к Вашему приходу все приготовит. Для эконома просто супер. Чисто, аккуратно и тихо. Я рекомендую."
