Undoubtedly, this is the best hotel. It was a shame that there was construction going on, but from certain angles, I could still take photos without any issues, so I was personally very satisfied. I was traveling alone this time, but I really enjoyed the pool, kayaking, and SUP without worrying about others watching. I'm so glad I went! 🥰

I chose this hotel because it was the cheapest option with airport transfer, perfect for a rest before my late-night flight and to store my luggage. I didn't have high expectations due to the low price, but when I entered the room, the air conditioning was already on and it was wonderfully cool! I really appreciate that they had the room cooled down before check-in. The bathroom was average. The shower curtain was discolored, so I probably wouldn't have wanted to use the shower, but since I wasn't staying overnight, it didn't matter. The airport transfer times weren't flexible; I had to choose between 7:00 PM and 8:40 PM. I picked 7:00 PM, which was perfect as I got to enjoy the night market a bit and still had time for the airport lounge. The transfer shuttle was also very nice. It was definitely worth it just for the taxi fare alone. I highly recommend this place if you just need it for a short rest!

The hotel offers free airport shuttle service, which is a great perk. The hotel staff member who picked us up, named Boy (haha), was incredibly enthusiastic, talkative, and attentive. He constantly pointed out the scenic spots along the way. The hotel's location is also excellent. You can walk to the Royal Regalia Museum and the Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddin Mosque. There's also a small night market right outside the hotel where you can find local snacks in the evening. Considering the hotel's price point, the breakfast was quite decent, offering coffee, tea, milk, toast, scrambled eggs, local snacks, and fruits. However, the room facilities are a bit dated, and the provided toiletries are quite basic. But the biggest area for improvement is hygiene. I was surprised to find an empty water bottle and a used towel left by the previous guest in my room. The housekeeping department really needs to step up its game.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel despite the issues. They offered FREE collection from the airport. My flight was on time & I cleared Customs & Immigration promptly. I waited over an hour at the airport & NOBODY came to collect me! They claim a driver was waiting, but the airport was EMPTY and there was nobody else there! The hotel was in a good location 15 mins drive from the airport. There wasn't much else closeby although there was a supermarket behind the hotel and the restaurant on the Ground Floor of the hotel was quite nice and very affordable. Most of the attractions were NOT within walking distance. They were a short taxi or Dart (like Uber) ride away. The rooms were quite comfortable and somewhat clean. The beds were VERY short. I am 188cm tall (6'2”) and I had to ask for a different room with longer beds. They were not your usual Queen size beds. The new room had paint spilt all over the floor. I also wiped down the fridge with an anti-bacterial tissue and the photos will show the mould that came off on the tissue. Apart from that, the room seemed quite clean. Breakfast was VERY average - not much to choose from but it was barely adequate. The staff at this hotel were very obliging in everything they did. I made good use of the pool - that was very pleasant. At least this hotel had a pool! Many other hotels in the area did not have a pool! The staff gave me 6pm checkout for FREE and provided transport to the airport to make up for the issues I had. So I am quite satisfied. My thanks to all the staff for a lovely stay. The hotel is located quite far from the city center, but it does provide a free shuttle service to and from the airport. It is also not very close to the sea; however, this is not a major issue since swimming is prohibited at the nearby beaches anyway. Additionally, there are no cafes or shops within walking distance of the hotel, which makes the location even less convenient. The prices at the hotel’s cafe are overpriced. The hotel’s design feels somewhat outdated, but nothing critical. What was truly disappointing, however, was the service. The hotel presents itself as a 4-star property, yet it is surprisingly strict about a very basic necessity — drinking water. Guests are provided with only one bottle of water per person per day. There is coffee and tea available in the room, but to boil the kettle you need additional drinking water, which the staff refused to provide. They insisted that water had already been supplied during housekeeping and that no more was allowed. We had to keep asking for it as if they were personally paying for it themselves. That was extremely unpleasant. The tap water is yellow, and there were also issues with the hot water. Only one person works at the reception desk, which is clearly insufficient for a hotel with this many rooms, resulting in long waiting times. The reception staff are not knowledgeable about nearby attractions and do not assist with arranging tours, suggesting that guests find everything out on their own. Unfortunately, the overall service was extremely disappointing.

The room is very new and the location is excellent. Shopping malls, night markets, mosques, and supermarkets are all within walking distance. However, crossing the road in Brunei can be a bit tricky. Walking to the night market takes you through an area with stray dogs, so be a little careful. The hotel's top floor has a fitness area and a swimming pool, and you can see the mosque very clearly from the platform.

It was pretty convenient from the city center. Staff members were friendly too, special thanks to Hilmi, Nazifa and Raymeen.

I stayed here for 5 nights. The living room and bedroom were separate, and it even had a kitchen, which was almost too spacious for one person. The shower pressure was a bit weak, but the water was plenty hot. Breakfast was delicious, though it was pretty much the same every day, so a little more variety would have been nice. Most importantly, the location was fantastic. There's a large shopping mall right next door with a Daiso and Marugame Seimen inside, and you can easily grab a meal at the food court. Plus, it was super convenient to walk to the night market, just across a small bridge, in under 10 minutes.

I loved the comfort of the hotel. It's super well-located, very close to the main attractions on foot. The staff were friendly, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very varied, and the Yelo restaurant right next door had lots of food and friendly staff.

This hotel offers great value for money, with excellent comfort and hygiene, and high safety standards. The breakfast is also decent! The staff are all very friendly and patient in answering any questions you have, whether it's about nearby attractions or transportation. You can ask the front desk about anything. Many taxi drivers recognize this hotel, and its sign even includes Chinese characters. The surrounding area is very convenient, with a wide variety of restaurants and food options. If you go out the back door of the hotel and cross the road, you'll find Wu Zun Bakery, which is super close. There's a Baiduri Bank nearby, just a few minutes' walk away, where you can withdraw money from an ATM (it's very convenient as Chinese UnionPay cards can be used with a Chinese language option). If I come back, I'll definitely stay here again.
