The hotel was very good, in a central location within walking distance of the harbour. The rooms were adequate, and were very clean. A few maintenance issues here and there but they were dealt with promptly which was good to see. The facilities were excellent, with the pools both indoor and outdoor being a useable temperature during the winter months. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The location is ideal for those who want a quiet holiday, the first line, the beach is not very well equipped, but you can swim if you want.
Very tasty food (fish, chicken, meat, there is even Cypriot kleftiko - a lamb dish), various cocktails from good alcohol.
The hotel itself is large, there is a hot jacuzzi and a small pool inside, the pool with a slight heating may seem cool.
The rooms are good, a very comfortable bed and, oh, miracle, pillows)) the staff is also very responsive and attentive :)
I really liked the room with access to a private pool (there is one pool for 6 rooms).
Loved the location. the staff were excellent, polite and genuine. A special mention goes out to Maria, front desk manager. She was humerous, and very knowledgeable of the area. She provided me with maps, and some background history of Cyprus, which i was very much appreciative for.
My room was clean, The cleaning staff were very persistent in wanting to come and clean the room when we were still there, it was a little annoying, but i admired their dedication.
the hotel is beautiful, Very much so an intimate setting.
Definitely worth rebooking.
Couldn't have booked a nicer hotel got a free upgrade to kings suite made my mum want to stay longer! The all inclusive was amazing with food and drink nearly available 24/7
Overall great stay.
Staff and service were fantastic in the hotel.
Room and bed were comfortable.
The pool was out of service throughout our trip due to maintenance.-This was a disappointment on arrival that was likely more the fault of Trip.com rather than the hotel for not having notified us before. We were there off-season and there was a lot of building/maintenance/trucks around. As well as a building site for a new hotel next door but luckily had been halted and turned into a quiet arqueological dig instead!
The spa, gym, classes, indoor pool all good.
Breakfast is great.
We had one meal at epicurean for dinner- very generous portions but didnt quite make up for quality. The decor felt quite stuck in the mid 90s- as did some of the food.
The thing I cant understand is why they have no greek food in this hotel? It's crazy you can't get a Greek salad, dips, or fresh fish/ calamari. We walked 5 mins down the tomb of kings road and ate really well at some unassuming restaurants on a main road with great greek food and lovely seafood for half the price of the 'Asian' food served at the hotel- you just have to comprise on views!
Would love to go back in the high season and see it shine.
Very nice hotel inside and out
Indoor pool area rather nice. The view is pretty.
For this price it lacks a lot of little touches (individual shower gel, welcome drink, industrial orange juice at breakfast...). The evening buffet is of average quality and quite expensive.
We are overall rather disappointed with this hotel and will not return.
It is convenient to get to various attractions in the city from the hotel. The bus service from the hotel to the airport requires an additional fee. The room is clean and the bedding is comfortable. The breakfast food is relatively simple. The hotel has a free parking lot, which is the first choice for self-driving.
The location is relatively remote, suitable for self-driving, the facilities are OK, and it is relatively clean. The service staff is enthusiastic and can communicate in English. The price-performance ratio is OK. I will choose this place again on my next business trip.
Great hotel design and hardware with mediocre service:
Spacious room, great location, beautiful compound and design (as long as you don’t get one of those side rooms that faces the back of a building or the carpark). Wide range of selection for breakfast.
It’s weird that the carpark is a little further away and you’re supposed to call a number at the gate every time for them to open for you. They said it’s toll free but I doubt it’s free for an international line. I don’t know who would spend international calling rate to call the number as most people uses esim today. The way they challenged me and say “why don’t you just call” and insisted it was free just made me feel very disappointed. There’s also no refill of the room’s coffee station (it’s chargeable)- I guess it’s because they call themselves a suite/ service apartment. There were a few other examples of mediocre services: not deal breaker but could have been better.
Overall I would say it is good value for money given the spacious and beautiful room, so simply don’t place too much emphasis and expectations on service then you’ll be fine.
If you're looking for a hotel in the perfect location, look no further than [hotel name]. Situated in the heart of the city, this hotel is just steps away from all the best attractions, restaurants, and entertainment.
From the moment you arrive, you'll appreciate how convenient the location is. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, you'll be just a short walk or drive away from everything you need. Want to check out the local museums? They're right around the corner. Craving some delicious cuisine? You'll find a variety of restaurants within walking distance. And if you're in the mood for some retail therapy, there are plenty of shops nearby.

Very Good
A nice complex. There are shops nearby, not far from the sea. There's a bus nearby. There are several pools with warm water on the premises. The room is clean and has everything you need. Good service.
The best hotel in Cyprus. True 5 star quality. Beautiful location, well maintained - their website is a true reflection of reality. Tasty, attractive breakfast with a good quality of food. A very competent ant attentive staff - I started to smoke a cigar using a normal ashtray and within minutes the waiter brought me a special ashtray for cigars that is much more comfortable. Good access to sea and sea walk that leads up to Pafos harbour. Good restaurants and tavernas within walking distance. NEGATIVES: It is unreasonably expensive: a bottle of sparkling water for 5.50 euro, a glass of mojito for 11 euro, dinner for 2 with a bottle of house wine 150 euro. They do not have many external guests and once they charge for the stay in the hotel they could provide gastronomy at more attractive price. 300 meters away from hotel we had a tasty dinner with wine for 70 euro. There is a nice steam room, nice sauna and indoor pool but there is no pool or barrel with an ice cold water to jump in after sauna. Once I went to to the outdoor pool to cool down I was advised not to do so, as apparently the doors I used were for escape only.
The room that I booked on Trip.com was advertised as having a deluxe sea view, but the view was nothing like the photos, so I made a complaint. If you prefer a sea view, please make sure they give you a room above the ground floor; otherwise the view will be completely blocked by the trees. The service was really nice, as they changed my room without any issues. However, some features in the room were a bit outdated. For example, the tap in the bathroom was heavily stained, the balcony door was broken and could not be closed properly, and the YouTube function on the TV stopped working after we moved rooms. We could not be bothered to change rooms again, so we did not report this issue. I chose this hotel because I thought it was relatively new, but the TV was not even a smart TV, and the YouTube function relied on the hotel’s own system. I also booked this staycation for my birthday and was expecting a small surprise from a 5-star hotel, as they could see my DOB at check-in, but there was nothing. Other 5-star hotels that I have stayed at in the UK have offered some kind of small gesture. Overall, service & breakfast buffe is 5 stars but the room itself I would only give 4 stars.
Stay again this hotel after return from Nicosia.Love the environment of the hotel, the pool and of course very friendly staffs.the buffet breakfast is delicious, lots of varieties and the dining hall is bright and very clean. The room is big too ,clean and have air conditioner.Very comfortable stay and will stay again if come again to Paphos.
Great hotel on the seaside, big outside swimming pool, nice spa and indoor pool, breakfast with lot of choice, you can eat at terrace with great wiew to pool and sea. Nice beach with waves at front of hotel.
The staff were so kind, they were smiling every time we ran into them. And every time they asked us how they can help. The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful and huge. The pools are located in front of the sea so it’s very nice in the sunsets Terrific hotel we will definitely return soon Thank you a lot🙏
Once again in Veronica Hotel, but this time they gave me simple, but relatively refreshed room. Everything is fine, breakfast is constant but good. If you visit Veronica Hotel, don't forget to hug big fluffy 3-color cat!
The property is perfectly located in Phapos. Just a 5-minute walk to one of the main attractions (Tomb of the Kings). There are plenty of restaurants within 10-15 minutes walking, and also a mall at about 20-25 minutes walk. The hotel was fairly clean but lacked some room amenities (considering it's a 4 star). The property is old because of which there were stains and marks on the walls. Breakfast was also fine, nothing great! Overall, fine for a short stay.
