Everything was perfect! We love this hotel. The staff is so helpful and quality of the room is perfect! Only downside is that the pool has closing time in the evening, and the breakfast was really expensive for what it is.

Very nice stay. Room is clean and spacious. Food is also very good. Under 1 km from nirmal kuttia chowk(highway. Situated in main market. Breakfast starts at 8. 30 am

Taj Gurugram feels like my second home in India. I stay here for at least 10-15 days every six months and always enjoy the exceptional service and hospitality this hotel provides. They do their utmost to ensure a comfortable and safe stay, which is especially important when traveling solo. Special mention goes to Ritesh from the housekeeping department, who took great care of my room and kept it in excellent condition throughout my stay. I will definitely choose Taj again for my next visit to Gurugram.

Rooms are clean but a little worn. Bed was firm but ok. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling and a little bit dirty from water / humidity from the shower. Water was quite hot and good pressure in shower. Breakfast was good and reasonable amount of choice but not really a any regular salad options. Table service was great and worth the stay alone ! Tv was not setup properly and I could not choose a working CNN channel to catch up on news. Location was a bit awkward to get to, taxi driver had a make a few u turns in rush hour traffic adding abt 30 mins to our already long journey. (LKO to Gurgaon). Still a good standard of service, which is why we chose a Hyatt. (Couple traveling from USA).

We went for a two day visit to kurukshetra and stayed here. Our stay in this hotel was excellent! the rooms, washroom were really comfortable, well appointed, clean and with all amenities. The staff was very helpful and respectful! food was also very good. Had chinese for dinner and it was really tasty. The breakfast was also full of a variety of stuff and really good! the parking was very convenient too! ample space right in front of the hotel. Another important factor is that its just off the main highway as you enter kurukshetra. So its located in a very nice area with a cineplex and many eateries and cafes around. Great location! all in all fantastic.

I lived in this hotel for 3 weeks. The breakfast is good. They have a swimming pool and gym. The dinner is delicious.

Ramada chain, unified standards, good. The dining is a bit Chinese, very good, suitable for Chinese people

My stay at the hotel was good. The size of the room is decent and the cleanliness was quite good. The breakfast wasn't that good, not a lot of varieties given, it's mostly Indian style. The service and the restaurant from the hotel. Overall, the stay was good but definitely lots of room to improve
