The stay was comfortable and peaceful overall. The room was quiet, which I appreciated, and I slept well during my stay. The room itself was spacious and adequate for a restful stay. However, I felt that the service could be improved, as it did not feel particularly warm or welcoming. Another disappointment was during my stay extension. As an existing guest, I would have appreciated a better rate offered directly by the hotel, instead of having to go through the full online booking process again. Breakfast is another area for improvement, both in terms of food quality and offering more local dishes rather than a largely Western spread.

Absolutely magnificent hotel! Staff were very helpful, tending to any and every need. Rooms are clean and spacious. And big plus point is that it is connected to the Annapoorna restaurant, a must visit for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Can't wait to be back.

Good amenities, good breakfast and buffet dinners. I booked the hotel car for a day trip to Sadhguru’s Isha yoga foundation. I am impressed by the driver. He is a steady driver, knowledgeable and forthcoming in sharing his knowledge. The Chinese restaurant is great too! Overall, I find the staffs friendly and have a strong interest in fulfilling guests needs.

This was genuinely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The room had a tablet-like device that allowed you to control everything electronically, such as the curtains and lights. It also featured a Japanese toilet, completely automated. The room was spacious and clean. The location was good, and the breakfast was extensive and served in a lovely area. Definitely recommend.

The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of the LIC metro station and the large shopping mall EA Avenue. The staff provided excellent service, explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. A great bonus for environmentally conscious guests is the reusable glass water bottles provided in the rooms – a commendable effort to reduce plastic waste in the hospitality industry. The hotel's buffet offers a wide variety of dishes and good quality food, ensuring even non-local guests (whose bodies might not be accustomed to Indian cuisine for every meal) can enjoy their dining experience with various cuisines available. Additionally, the hotel's rooftop restaurant boasts a fantastic ambiance and serves a selection of Asian dishes. While some might not be entirely authentic (for instance, the Tom Yum Goong shown in the picture wasn't a perfect balance of sour, spicy, and salty, with the salty flavor being more prominent), I believe these are adjustments made to cater to local preferences, such as increasing the salt content in dishes to compensate for the hot weather and increased perspiration.

The location is good, close to the airport, but shopping is difficult because there is no supermarket around. Also, the quality of free drinking water in the hotel room was poor and I broke my stomach.

Excellent stay! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were spotless and clean, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. I had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend this hotel to others

A big hole with everything you’d expect from a Radisson Blu. We had a standard room which was plenty big enough and very comfortable. Big bathroom with separate shower and bath. We used the rooftop pool which was nice. Ate in the hotel as not much around outside it. Food very good. Good breakfast with lots of choice.

The front desk service was very good, but the business was very bad. To the hotel, don't let early check in understand, the front desk asks for the price, go to the restaurant to buy breakfast, the price of the restaurant is not the same as the price given by the front desk. When I checked out, I wanted to use the hotel's car to go to the airport. I asked the front desk for a price. I thought it was a little more expensive than Ola. It was okay. I said that I had a good meal and ordered it. After I came back, I changed the front desk. The price has changed. It is more expensive than Ola. Doubled. Early Check In, the hotel began to strictly demand that you can not check in early, must be 2 pm, after communication, helplessly understand, then go out for lunch, come back to 12 noon, found that the hotel even gave another pair of white couple check in, but also provide A towel and welcome drink. I didn't have this at all when I checked in. The above shows that hotel management is very confusing. The security guards greeted each other with enthusiasm. Breakfast is not expensive, but meals are average. The room hardware is very good, the air conditioning is also very powerful, but the refrigerator is very old, very noisy in the general heritage of the manor. The hygienic situation only looks beautiful, and if the wooden floor is stepped on, it will soon be dark. There are also a few large flies flying in the room, hey, a little disgusting.
