Spacious room, very clean, comfortable bed. Walking distance from train station and a minute walk from plenty of great food/drinks spots. Easy to catch bus to the airport. Easy check in/out. Very cute lobby ☺️ Overall a great stay!
Amazing experience provided by the hotel. As they did not have an extra bed for our 9 year old, they upgraded us to a premium family room that had a sofa bed and offered us a gift plus chocolate treats with a nice sorry message. Everything was perfect. You will not be disappointed if you book this hotel!
During my stay at Otium Hotel Roosendaal I was pleasantly surprised by the modern look, the high level of comfort and the excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located, near the Rosada shopping centre and easily accessible from the motorway – ideal for both business travellers and tourists.
The rooms are spacious, clean and stylishly decorated with an eye for detail. The bed was wonderful and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night. The bathroom was also modern, with a lovely rain shower and luxurious toiletries.
What really stood out was the friendliness of the staff. From check-in to check-out I was helped warmly and professionally. The breakfast was also extensive and of good quality, with fresh products and enough choice for everyone.
A big plus is also the fitness and wellness area where guests can relax – a nice extra after a day in the city or a business meeting.
In short, Otium Hotel Roosendaal offers comfort, style and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and carefree stay!
Very large room with kitchen, dining table, couch, nice box spring and beautiful panoramic view of the city. The only downside was that the bathroom had no window coverings, only a strip of frosted glass foil, but I thought that was just a bit too little.
The room was located in an adjacent building/wing, with its own entrance that was accessible with the door pass, but you are not informed about this.
Parking is possible in their own garage, but also at the 2 adjacent Q-Park parking garages. On the website of the hotel itself you can find a link to park at Q-Park at a reduced rate (and to reserve a spot).
Good room size with large king bed
Price is reasonable.
Good Wi-Fi in hotel.
Breakfast is good.
Ample for free parking space.
Stayed for one night only.
Convenient only for guests who drive
Approximately 15 minutes walking from Eindhoven Central Station. Nice and polite staff. Swimming pool, sauna available and was able to use them free of charge as the hotel guest. The nearest restaurant is 2 minutes away, main shopping street is like 6-7 minutes walking. Breakfast is available for payment, good selection of hot and cold options.
The hotel is right at the entrance of the pedestrian street, very convenient for eating and shopping, and it takes 15 minutes to walk from the train station! The downside is that there is a bar downstairs. It is probably the weekend, and the booming subwoofer music is played until 2 am. In addition, ** is legal in the Netherlands, and there are constantly ** new generation people screaming
The room is large, the health is good, the sound insulation is OK, although the breakfast is not many varieties, but the taste is good, the staff service is good.
I stayed at the Tulip Inn Eindhoven Airport for a quick stopover, and it was exactly what I needed—clean, efficient, and super convenient. Being right inside the airport terminal made everything incredibly smooth, especially for an early morning flight. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you're flying in or out of Eindhoven and just need a no-fuss place to rest, this hotel is a solid choice. Just be aware it’s mainly geared toward short stays—don’t expect full hotel facilities or much happening around, but for the location and convenience, it does the job well.

GGuest UserThe night receptionist was amazing, super helpful at check in and very friendly. All the staff was amazing and our stay was really pleasant. Thanks so much
GGaileyBeeThe hotel was nice. The check in was quick and smooth. Disappointed to hear the swimming pool facilities were not available.
The bedroom was a great size, bed very comfy. Nice to have a fridge and kettle, tea/ coffee. The bathroom was spotless. The rooms need to be checked for rubbish behind the desk before the curtains as there was other guests rubbish there.
The ice machine is on the ground floor and would be nice if there was another on each floor.
Good location for the train station and town.
We parked our car with free on street parking a 12 minute walk away to avoid the high hotel parking charges.
The room was noisy with street traffic, cars racing up and down.
다다꿀Stayed at this hotel for the flight in the next morning at Eindhoven Airport.
The room was well organized and cleaned. The location of the hotel is very accessible. 10-15 minutes to the airport on foot, bus stop in front of the hotel.
If you are considering to book here for traveling or business, it would be a great choice!

GGuest UserThe power point by the bed did not work and there could be more hangers for clothes. The rest was excellent and we felt very welcome. The staff at the reception and the café restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the good care!!!
