jisooyaaaThe room was fine, though it was dusty and there were old toothpaste stains in the bathroom. However, that is nothing compared to the major safety and privacy violation we experienced.
The service and management were completely unacceptable. Our room's mini fridge was broken. We called maintenance, but after waiting for 30 minutes, no one showed up. Since we had a strict dinner reservation, we had to leave, keeping our 'Do Not Disturb' (DND) sign clearly displayed on the door.Later, the staff called us saying they were at our room. I explicitly asked them to wait 3 minutes for us to return. Instead, they entered our room without permission while the DND sign was up and changed the fridge. This is a severe breach of privacy and security. If anything goes missing from our room, who is going to take responsibility? Very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Wanderfull5We really enjoyed our stay at Fraser Place Iskandar Puteri. The 3-bedroom serviced apartment was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family of 5. We especially loved the location. Marina Walk is just nearby, with Hard Rock Cafe and other dining and leisure options within walking distance.
We enjoyed taking leisurely walks around the area, especially in the evenings. It was nice to have everything so accessible while still having a relaxing and peaceful place to stay.
Overall, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider coming back again!

HappySoulThe outlook of the hotel looks great but the inside the room not so favorable.
There was blood stain on bedsheet, and aircon one moment warm, one moment super cold … not sure what to think of it 🥲
The bed, not so comfortable to sleep on and very low level, for elderly not really good for them
Room size is small and a little squeeze for 2 persons. The bathroom lights are too dim
Breakfast wise, not so fantastic. Would recommend eat out since near by have many eatery options

Poppy LeeI had a one night stay here from 27 to 28 August 2026. Overall, the stay was fine, with several positive aspects, although there are also some areas that could be improved.
Firstly, the hotel is very conveniently located and directly connected to The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey. This makes it very convenient for shopping, as you can easily return to your room to put down your purchases before heading back to the mall. The service was also good overall, and the staff I encountered were polite and helpful. I also felt safe during my stay as there were quite a number of security guards stationed around the hotel, which gave me a good sense of security.
The hotel facilities are generally fine, although I hope the operating hours can be extended. The gym currently operates from 7am to 11pm, while the swimming pool operates from 7am to 7pm. It would be great if the gym could operate 24 hours and the swimming pool could remain open later. The rooftop swimming pool offers a decent view. However, the pool, especially the baby pool, was quite dirty during my visit. There was visible sand and debris on the floor of the pool, which could be cleaned more regularly. The gym was unfortunately quite disappointing. When I visited, both treadmills were not working. In addition, all of the cardio machines were not connected to the electrical outlets, which made them basically unusable. I hope the hotel can improve the maintenance of the gym equipment and ensure that all machines are functional for guests.
The room itself was generally fine, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The shower water pressure was a little weak, and even after adjusting the shower to a warmer temperature, the water remained cold. The window in my room was also very dirty, which affected the view from the room. It would be better if the hotel could check the water pressure and hot water system, as well as ensure that the room windows are cleaned more regularly. On a positive note, there is a water dispenser located at both ends of each floor, which makes it convenient for guests to refill their drinking water. Each guest is also provided with two complimentary welcome drinks that can be redeemed at the rooftop view bar and lounge, which is a nice addition to the stay. Lastly, the breakfast buffet selection was quite limited, particularly in terms of fried options. I also noticed that some of the plates and bowls were not properly cleaned, which could definitely be improved.
Overall, the hotel has an excellent and convenient location, polite staff, a good sense of security, and decent facilities. However, improvements in cleanliness, facility maintenance, operating hours, shower facilities, and breakfast variety would make the overall experience much better.

Guest UserMy stay in Johor Bahru this time was quite pleasant; the hotel generally exceeded my expectations. The room was relatively spacious for Malaysia, and the cleanliness was good, with a very comfortable bed. It was convenient to find places to eat downstairs and nearby, and taking a taxi to the mall wasn't far either. The front desk processed check-in quickly, and their service attitude was friendly. Overall, it offers great value for money, perfect for a short stay or a weekend getaway in Johor Bahru.

This has to be the worst Four Points by Sheraton I've ever stayed at 😅. The decor is on par with a 200-300 RMB budget hotel in China; only the lobby and corridors look somewhat decent. The soundproofing is abysmal. You can feel the floor vibrating when kids run and jump upstairs... and the constant hum of the air conditioning unit kept me awake all night. The hygiene was terrible; there were crumbs on the floor, and I even found a balloon left by a previous guest when I lay on the bed... The trash can in the bathroom was also very dirty... My first task after checking in was to clean the room with sanitary wipes. The only redeeming quality is its proximity to a supermarket, which was convenient for buying things.

Elena HongWe recently spent a 2-night, 3-day staycation at Sheraton Johor Bahru, and overall it was an exceptional experience.
Service: The guest service team was fantastic — friendly, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. Whenever we had a request, the staff were quick to respond and accommodate.
Facilities: Everything was top-notch, largely because the hotel is brand new — it opened just last year, giving the whole property a fresh, pristine feel. The pool was lovely, and we also enjoyed a great workout at the gym on the 6th floor.
Room: We stayed in a Twin Deluxe Room, which was impressively spacious — more so than other rooms we've had in Johor Bahru — and spotlessly clean.
One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is that it's directly connected to the mall, which is excellent. We enjoyed massages just downstairs, and easily accessed coffee, wagashi (Japanese sweets), and pastries on the 5th floor, plus a lovely café on the 1st floor.
Getting there from Singapore by private car took about 40 minutes on a weekday with no traffic — smooth and hassle-free.
Breakfast buffet was good overall. I'd rate this stay 4 out of 5. During the stay, one of our room service orders went missing, which was understandably disappointing — but the F&B manager took full ownership of the situation. Despite a packed breakfast buffet, he personally checked in with guests one by one and remembered exactly what everyone needed. That level of accountability really stood out.
Overall, a very satisfying stay, and we'd happily return to this Sheraton branch on our next visit to Johor Bahru.

Guest UserThere was a front desk for checking in. Made it easy. Basement car park with security guards. Very quiet environment. Must say that most shops were shuttered. There are a couple of restaurant and pubs along the marina. Room was nice and clean and comes with living room.

Mr RiderThere is a lot of foot massage around the mall. More food malls can be chosen. On the first day we had our breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Food was nice. Only it is quite crampy as I have my mom in the wheelchair.
