Great location. Close to everything. Rooms are spacious relatively. We stayed at a deluxe room with view of the street. Very friendly crew! Only big big issue is the WiFi connectivity. It’s super super slow. You can’t even play a YouTube clip without pausing every few minutes. It’s is really horrible. Hope the hotel will fix this ! Otherwise it is a perfect hotel for the price it charges for casual travellers.
This hotel is perfect if you don't want to walk far from Sapporo station and you need to leave early for the airport. Just a few minutes beside Stellar Place mall. Check in is strict as with all hotels in Japan at 3pm. The best part is the view. I got the room at level 34 facing north side of Sapporo and it was breathtaking. I booked 2 rooms and the staff was kind enough to accomodate my request for the rooms to be nearby. We got rooms next to each other. It was initially full booked and once I saw rooms available at the last minute, I took it. No regrets. The rooms are spacious too. Amenities are complete with both body and skincare products too. Breakfast was add on and we chose western cuisine. There were varieties but not that amazing. But the 360 view at the 35th floor restaurant is worth checking out.
This hotel exceeded my expectations! First off, it's super close to Hangwan Station – literally right outside the door. Even though the map made it look a bit further, it's just one intersection away. Plus, it's incredibly clean, and the lobby feels very international. There's even a Conan-themed attraction right next door. The hotel itself is really comfortable, and the views are absolutely stunning.
The room was a bit small, but the facilities and services were excellent, especially the front desk staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is super easy to find; just go straight from Exit 11 of the subway station. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, and it's close to many attractions in Sapporo. The hotel's breakfast is a buffet and it's quite delicious, especially the generous portions of salmon – I really enjoyed it. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Sapporo.
The hotel is quite new and conveniently located right next to the JR station, with plenty of dining and shopping options connected within the station. The breakfast spread was generous. The room was a bit small, but that's typical for Japanese hotels. The onsen (hot spring) is tiny but clean and hygienic. A tip for fellow travelers: if you plan to use the onsen, please respect local customs. Make sure to wash yourself thoroughly from head to toe before entering the bath. I saw some fellow countrymen being corrected. Respecting others is respecting yourself!
Traveled with friends and we were very happy with the hotel; it was conveniently located for getting everywhere. Hakodate's million-dollar night view is definitely worth seeing. The hotel is also very close to Hakodate Station, and the onsen was great – a really comfortable stay.
There's an airport bus that takes you directly to Nakajima Park, the last stop, and the hotel is just across the street when you get off. Even after a heavy snowfall, the path leading to the hotel was already cleared, so pushing a suitcase was no trouble at all. The hotel has a side entrance that leads directly into Nakajima Park, perfect for a stroll. That same path is right across from Subway Exit 3.
Hakodate JR station is just next to you. The room is quite spacious and clean. The bathroom will be slightly small, but is good enough. Very accessible everywhere. It will be better to drive in Hakodate as the public transportation is not as convenient as bigger cities like Osaka or Tokyo.. super valuable with the price I've booked. Breakfast has quite a few selections, however it will be slightly pricey for it. You can add on upon check in.
The location is incredibly convenient! It's right by Tanukikoji Exit 7, just around the corner, literally less than a minute's walk. Getting to the airport is also super smooth; the airport bus stop is right next to Tanukikoji Exit 5. Those with lots of luggage will really appreciate this!
The front desk service is excellent. They have non-Japanese staff who speak fluent English, so communication is absolutely stress-free. Check-in and asking questions were seamless.
As for the room, the bed is huge and comfortable, and the room space is also quite good. You can open up a 28-inch and a 24-inch suitcase without feeling cramped.
The large public bath is a highlight. For a city hotel, the bath is genuinely quite spacious, and the bathing area is comfortable. It's really nice to have a facility of this size in the city center.
Breakfast is primarily Western-style. While the selection isn't overwhelming, all the basic options are there, and the quality is consistent. It's perfect for a satisfying meal before heading out for the day.
In summary: convenient location, smooth English communication, sufficiently large room, and a great public bath. For anyone wanting to stay in Sapporo city center and needing easy airport access, this is a highly recommended choice!
Who would've thought our last night in Hokkaido, at an airport hotel, would be the best night? The room was huge with a direct view of the planes from the window. All the snacks and drinks in the room were complimentary. There's a hot spring and the facilities are very modern. Breakfast at the hotel costs extra, and the food selection wasn't as extensive as I expected. However, it's super convenient as the check-in C counter is right on the third-floor lobby exit of the hotel.

Great
The Hotel is located near to the train station, easy access to central area, the room is very specious, clean, and very comfy to stay. I did have breakfast, and it was very delicious.
We had a really fantastic time at Lake Shikotsu Tsuruga Resort which was a once in a lifetime experience for us. The area is beautiful and the spa has everything you need for a fantastic and relaxing stay. We stayed in a Premier Suite and the rooms are fantastic - fully equipped and spacious with all amenities, and a fantastic private Onsen to relax in.The staff at the spa were extremely friendly and helpful, and attentive to all of our needs. We'd love to come back some time and would highly recommend!
I think the travle bus is free is nice and the ambiance of the hotel is fantastic You must try the hot bath and stay in the 2 floor to enjoy your vacation
We travelled by rental car so the location wasn't a problem and not far from Otaru canal and main attractions. The staff's service was superb. The whole hotel is tatami floor. There were small events like Japanese dancing for guests and camping with free snacks. The hotel's garden was nice. I really enjoy staying at the hotel.
This hotel is exceptional, we are touched by the staff’s warm hospitality from the welcome drink to room service and hotel introduction. The room was huge and comfortable, offering a runway view and beautiful sunrise in the morning. I love the hotel onsen and the buffet breakfast was really good. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Hokkaido!
The view on Lake Toya from the hotel was spectacular. We were lucky to have witnessed the cloud sea and sunrise. From the other angle, we could see the full view of Mt Yotei, also known as Hokkaido Fuji. There are few restaurants in the hotel, including the Japanese, Chinese, French, and the Italian. There was also good onsen in the hotel, both idoor and outdoor. We will definitely come back to stay again in the future.
The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is modern Japanese-style room and very clean. Also, the breakfast & dinner is nice. We enjoyed the public bath a lot which has both indoor and outdoor. We enjoyed our stay here.
Nice Onsen resort and we like the private Onsen inside the room. The room is huge but it will be great if it has international channels or even Netflix or YouTube. It provides transport to Sapporo so that is great. Nice free drinks and snacks at night.
