Getting into the city center by metro takes around 20–30 minutes, and reaching Schiphol Airport is also hassle-free. The trade-off is that the surrounding area is more of a business/light industrial zone, with limited dining options in the evenings; if you want to explore the canal district, you'll need to commute. The rooms are designed with a modern, practical approach, featuring wooden floors, air conditioning, a desk, an electric kettle/coffee maker, a safe, and complimentary Wi-Fi—all the essentials. The space is considered ”acceptable” by Amsterdam standards. However, it's wise to manage expectations: some guests have reported inconsistencies in cleanliness (hair/stains/old marks), and the bathrooms often have glass partitions with unsealed door gaps, offering limited privacy if you're sharing. Wi-Fi can occasionally be unstable, and the gym equipment isn't exactly new. Breakfast is generally described as basic, with its value for money being a matter of opinion (some channels list it around €17 or as an additional charge). Parking also incurs an extra fee. The front desk operates 24 hours, and the check-in experience varies: some praise its efficiency and friendly staff, while others have encountered indifference or cumbersome processes. The facilities were relatively new and well-maintained, with no hidden spots for dirt. If I indicated I didn't need my room cleaned by hanging the 'green' eco-friendly sign, they wouldn't clean it, and in return, I'd get a soft drink voucher for the bar. I used a voucher once to get a sparkling juice from the 2nd-floor bar. **Problem:** Replenishing essential supplies was inconsistent. The tissue box wasn't refilled when I checked in, with only a few tissues left. I mentioned it in the evening and again the next morning, but it wasn't until I went to the front desk a second time on the next evening that it was finally restocked. The same went for towels; I asked twice, and they still weren't changed a day later. Finally, on the third attempt at the front desk, they were replaced. This only happened when I dealt with Southeast Asian front desk staff; when I spoke to European staff, replacements arrived within 10 minutes. Towels and bathrobes also had to be requested; if you didn't ask, you wouldn't get them. The provided bedding, towels, and bathrobes were all quite old, not bright white, and not starched. 2. **Breakfast:** The food was plentiful, the service warm, and food items were refilled promptly, as were used dishes cleared away quickly. Again, the Southeast Asian staff weren't as enthusiastic and didn't greet me as readily, whereas the European staff were equally pleasant to everyone. The restaurant is on the 17th floor with great views. It's quite large, beautifully decorated, and has two serving stations, which is very convenient. There are also two large outdoor terraces perfect for enjoying the view or dining al fresco. On my check-out day, after breakfast, I bid farewell to the European staff, and they even gave me a special hotel lollipop, saying they hoped I'd visit again. 3. The second floor has a lovely, comfortable lounge area and a bar with a somewhat 'creative/cultural' aesthetic in its decor. 4. In spring, there's a direct bus to Keukenhof from the bus plaza below the hotel. You can buy round-trip tickets online. If you're staying at or near the hotel, you can take the bus directly, saving you a trip to Central Station. 5. **Transportation:** There are several train, metro, and bus options nearby. Given how punctual public transport is in the Netherlands, it's very easy to plan your sightseeing. All stations are within a few minutes' walk. 6. **Supermarket and Restaurants:** There's a Dirk supermarket a few minutes away. Near the hotel, there are various restaurants, including Western options like Italian, and Southeast Asian cuisine.

The hotel's location is super convenient, less than a ten-minute train ride to the airport, and it's right near the exit of Zuid station. There are plenty of AH supermarkets and tram stops nearby, making it perfect for a layover in Amsterdam. The only downside is the heating in the room wasn't very warm, so it was a bit cold in winter.

The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, which made getting around very manageable. The hotel facilities were generally well-kept, and the common areas were clean and welcoming. While there is always room for minor improvements, the overall experience was positive and offered good value for the price paid. This property is a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and reliable service. I would consider staying here again in the future.

The hotel is located near Amsterdam Airport, so it's a bit out of the way with limited surrounding amenities, making transportation inconvenient. The room was generally clean, but the decor is dated and the soundproofing is poor. Service was acceptable, with prompt front desk responses. It's suitable for business travelers catching early flights, but not recommended as a base for sightseeing. Value for money is just average.

There's a water refill station downstairs, and the location is super convenient to both the train station and the Flexibus stop. Bus 19 takes you directly to the museum, and then it's just a short walk. The room was spacious and quiet, and the staff were really friendly. My only minor complaint is that the cleaning could have been a bit more thorough; I found a clothing tag from a previous guest by the window, and the cups hadn't been washed.

Be careful, because this is not Amsterdam, so you can't use the Amsterdam tourist pass. It's a relatively new area, so there are many fast food restaurants and clothing stores. The security seemed good. It's almost a straight line from the station to the hotel, so you won't get lost. However, the hotel entrance is a little difficult to find, as it's between the restaurants. There is no front desk, so you use a machine. At the end, your room number will be displayed, so don't forget to check it! The room is small, but I only had a backpack, so it wasn't a problem. It's modern and very clean. Another plus is that the shower room and toilet are separate. The shower water pressure and hair dryer air pressure are perfect. The bed was a king size bed, so I was able to sleep comfortably. Amenities include hair and body wash, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion. The room has a kettle, a very thin refrigerator (which barely holds anything), coffee and tea, a TV, and a safe. (No hangers) There was no noise and it was very comfortable. It's cheaper than central Amsterdam, so I recommend it!

The location was a bit further than I expected. It took me about 10 minutes of walking from the nearest tram station, but my luggage were not too heavy so it's not a big problem to me. The price was also affordable and reasonable among most of the hotels I found in Amsterdam. Although it is a little far from central Amsterdam, it's not too complicated to go there using public transport, as you only need to get on one tram and one metro. The room was quite small, but the bed was super large for 2 people, and everything was so clean. I also received good service there even though it was a bit late (11.30pm).

It was decent. The hotel looks more like a ”hostel” instead of a hotel. The room lighting was on a darker setting. The temperature is a bit colder. There waa no heating rack for towel. It takes a bit more time to walk to sloterdijk station and the road is not flat. But there are various of affordable restaurants nearby. The bed and the pillow were comfortable.
