Honestly, there are no real downsides besides a couple of minor quibbles. The location is unbeatable; a free ferry to Central Station is right outside the door – what more could you possibly need? Plus, an AH supermarket is just across the street on the ground floor. The hotel's attention to detail is impressive, with rooms featuring beds perfectly oriented towards the pier and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows.
I love the hotel! It’s only a 2mins walking distance from the Noord station and nearby there is a grocery store and a food market. Although it is a quiet area, it is very safe. It is also 2 stops away from Centraal station. The staff are all very friendly and courteous. The room facilities are splendid. There is a complimentary coffee machine and coffee capsules & tea packets to drink and it is restocked everyday. The beds are so comfy and the toilet is wide and spacious. My family and I loved the hotel. Would totally recommend it to anyone who’s visiting Amsterdam.
Because we lost our passport, the hotel reception is very nice!
They willing to help us pass the stored luggage to our arrange courier , would have been needing to take 14 hours flight if they didn’t help. Very appreciated for their service to hotel guests!
The place is nice, across there is a cafe.
Close to rai.
Their service is excellent. Appreciated that for the last bit !
The hotel and the location are great. Station with trains, trams, metro is just a couple of minutes walk. The hotel looks beautiful. The area outside provides an excellent opportunity to seat and relax. Car park next to the hotel accessible from the ground floor. Bike rental is also there. A couple of corner shops within about 7 minutes walk. Two large massage armchairs in the lobby which we enjoyed a lot and the massage helped to relax after days out. If In Amsterdam again, will definitely stay there again.
The Hotel is a nice option only for short stay,
No wardrobe in the room that’s why it is only suitable for short stay, Otherwise the View is very nice and the breakfast as well, leaving some photos of the nice view from room here,
The receptionist was a bit strict on the name in the Trip.com account/reservation should be identical to the one in the presented ID, first time to see this, so watch out for this before you reserve for someone else or if you reserve with a nickname
Reciew from Asian couple … Super near to tram station. Exit train station and take lift 9/10 and once out. Hotel at your 2’oclock .
Check in: easy and fast. Room is clean and spacious(double room). However I felt room was stuffy and front desk got me a fan to use . Then it help in my 3 night stay.
Washing machine and dryer was good.. total 6 euro. Slipper was available FOC. But toothbrushing and paste need to buy. Near team station has SPARS(convenience shop and good)..
overall, stay was awsome here.
Front desk was helpful and good English spoken. Housekeeping was definitely CLEAN!
Front desk has water cooler to top up water ..
Amenities in room (microwave, utensil , dishwasher) all was good. My room was 022. (01-04 Sep25)
Location to central by train is only around 10 min I guess… easy…
Overall. It’s a good choice for tourist who wan to have clean room, good location, laundromat, good services and good staff from hotel.
Great stay, tram right outside hotel to get to central . Local supermarkets less than 5 minute walk from hotel!
We got the train from airport to first stop and then walked 15 mins to hotel - couldn’t fault.
A lot quieter around hotel locals area.
Hotel was lovely very clean and spacious & had great air con!!!
Only problem we had was the coffee machine broke on last bru around - can’t really complain as that was the only problem!
The hotel itself is a local landmark and easily reachable with a short walk from Zaandam train station. You'll need to take an elevator down one floor to find the hotel entrance. Overall, the place was quite clean, but they don't provide disposable slippers, toothpaste, or other single-use toiletries, nor do they offer bottled water. The hotel breakfast was decent. True to typical European hotel breakfast style, there were few hot dishes and no fresh greens, but they did offer smoked salmon, some sausages, and boiled eggs. Considering a chicken burger at the McDonald's next door costs 6.5 Euros, the hotel breakfast offered excellent value for money.

I stayed for 2 nights at the Best Western – Amsterdam Airport Hotel.
Positives:
The shuttle bus to and from the airport was punctual and very convenient.
The reception clerk was polite, professional, and made the check-in process smooth.
The bed was very comfortable.
The hotel is located near a bus stop, making it easy to explore the city by public transport.
There’s a McDonald’s right next door for affordable late-night snacks.
Negatives:
I had the ”Do Not Disturb” sign on my door when I left my room around 11 a.m., but noticed it had been removed. I found it on a cleaning cart and put it back. I also informed the cleaning staff directly that I did not want my room cleaned, and they acknowledged my request. However, when I returned at 2 p.m., I discovered someone had entered the room—not to clean, but to leave a card stating it had been cleaned by “Marcus.” While nothing appeared disturbed, this disregard for my clear request felt like an invasion of privacy and was both disappointing and unnecessary.
Additionally, I did not sleep well during either night of my stay. There was frequent noise from drunk guests in the hallways past midnight, and on both mornings, I was woken as early as 6:30 a.m. by loud door banging, as if someone was trying to wake up a heavy sleeper. While I understand that this is not entirely the hotel’s fault, it made the stay unpleasant and exhausting.
Unfortunately, I don’t think I would choose this hotel again when transiting through Amsterdam.

Second time staying at this hotel. It’s very conveniently located next to the 397 bus stop that takes you downtown Amsterdam.
Breakfast is quite good and varied. Bathroom could use a bit more counter-space but the walk in shower is nice.
There is a parking fee of 15 euros per night.

SSIU CHEONGThe environment is good and clean

near the tram station
5mins to RAI railway
But need 20mins to supermarket and a few restaurants nearby
TT. ÇınarIt was a fascinating 3-day-journey. I really liked the hotel and the staff… They welcome you at the reception with a kind big smile. They gave two magnets while check-in and 3 key rings while checking out as presents.
Hotel’s location is very close (7-8 mins on food) to Sloterdijk Station which you can have access to train, metro, tram, public and international bus.
The room was clean. They changed the towels and cleaned the room on the second day. The bed was so comfortable and big enough. There was also a microwave oven, fridge, kettle and coffee/tea bags…
The only missing things are air condition and hair dryer.. there was a fan which works but seems mot enough to cool down the room.
If I come to Amsterdam one more time, I will stay there again.
SSummer JoyGood location for those travelling. Just need to be aware of rude staff members, some just enter your room without knocking on the door and even enter later on while being downstairs in the lobby. That has been confirmed.
YYing Chiu ChauProblem with air conditioning in room and the hotel maintenance management does not handle in a professional way. I followed their instructions to let the room cool down but it does not work but they kept saying the A/C is working. There is no air ventilation at all that make the room really uncomfortable. I have to raise this issue to the front desk 4 times and they cannot resolve this issue for me. Eventually, I have to complain to the duty manager and he is very helpful and switch the room for us. This incident has wasted more than 6 hours of my time.
MMedPajGood location, close to rijksmuseum et al. Boat tour right outside. Friendly and helpful staff. But extremely limited facilities, but for the centre of Amsterdam a very good price. Some rooms better than others
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is good. The facilities are complete, and the equipment in the gym can also meet basic needs. The room is large and the surrounding environment is extremely quiet.

YYililiuyaThis hotel is perfect for a layover or an early morning flight. The shuttle service to the airport starts at 4 AM, which is very convenient! The hotel itself is quite large, and there's a painted airplane inside, which is a cool and interesting touch. In the lobby, they offer a buffet and a cafe with Western food options, plus they have their own supermarket. All the facilities in the hotel are very new!
However, the receptionist I encountered wasn't very familiar with the check-in process and charged me twice for the room, in addition to the amount already paid through Ctrip. Ctrip quickly helped to mediate and resolve the issue, and I'm currently waiting for the hotel's refund.
