"A fabulous , clean and friendly hotel. We were greeted by Irena who was lovely and friendly during check in and made excellent recommendations of where we could have an evening meal and a drink. They had read our message about spending the night there celebrating a 60th birthday and had a fabulous room ready with a glass of fizz, chocolates and a scrolled birthday  message from the hotel staff which was really appreciated. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and delicious - I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location, lovely hotel and friendly and caring staff."

"I had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The location is excellent, and for the price I paid, it was an incredible bargain. The hostel is very well maintained, with comfortable and spacious rooms, already-made beds, complimentary towels, and convenient charging points at each bed. We also had lockers in the cabins. One thing that really stood out was the complimentary breakfast, including free croissants. I have stayed in many hostels and rarely come across such thoughtful extras. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Ms. Valeria was particularly helpful during the check-in process, and another gentleman wearing glasses was also very kind and attentive. They were always willing to assist and made me feel genuinely welcome. The facilities are excellent as well. The bathrooms are clean and equipped with hairdryers, and there are washing and drying facilities available for a very reasonable fee. Guests can also store their luggage for just €2 per day, which is by far the cheapest luggage storage option I have found in Milan. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. The combination of great service, fantastic location, excellent facilities, and outstanding value for money makes this place an easy recommendation. I look forward to coming back in the future."

"Breakfast was good. However, upon arrival, the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The hotel was clean, the air conditioning was broken, and the cabinets were a bit dated. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful."

"Beyond its location, this place has nothing going for it. The room was tiny, and the old guy at the front desk, who looked Chinese, couldn't speak Mandarin. The window handle was missing, and the toilet seat creaked so much I was worried it would break. As we were leaving, I saw a blue card on the table with drink prices listed on the back. I wasn't sure if it was for the mini-fridge downstairs. We had two drinks that night. The next day at checkout, the front desk mumbled something I couldn't understand. I just asked, 'OK? We go now?' She replied 'OK,' so we left..."

"Everything was great – room service, lobby, facilities – but it's really out of the way and a bit far. However, that's reflected in the hotel's good price. It's right next to the train station, and about a 15-minute walk to the subway."

"Hotel is very clean, rooms are excellent. There is no front desk but check in and check out is easy with an automatic machine. The town is very silent and close to mountain. The only problem is it takes around an hour from bergamo airport and there may be traffic."

"Come to crema to rest on the way, a typical Italian farmhouse: the room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is not bad, the owner and his wife are hospitable, and they chatted for a while during breakfast."

Abbiamo avuto un problema di prenotazione tramite i siti internet, il personale alla reception ha risolto all'istante senza che noi avanzassimo pretese. Bravissimi, non perchè la cosa è stata risolta, ma per come è stata affrontato professionalmente il problema. Camere stupende e nuovissime, materassi da riferimento. La camera gode di qualsiasi comfort. Colazione fantastica in un ampio salone, c'e' davvero tutto. Torneremo molto volentieri. Chiavenna regala sempre bellissime sorprese."

"This is a well kept hotel with helpful and welcoming reception. My room was nice. The regular shuttle bus service between Linate airport and subway station is very convenient. Beach Garden Club Milano club is about 170 meters to the east. Loud music from there that does not stop at midnight will disturb light sleepers. During my one night stay in June, there were also noisy teenage school kids wandering between rooms. Please do not leave cash in the room."
