The hotel is just 100 meters from Guerrilla Metro Station, and the Antiques Market is nearby, which is worth a visit. There's a supermarket and a small mall about 100 meters away, making shopping quite convenient. You'll find plenty of restaurants, including Turkish, Chinese, and more – basically everything you could want. The room was a bit small, but that's typical and perfectly acceptable, offering good value for money.
The hotel is 3 stars, the rooms need renovation. The bed linen is clean, white and odorless. The towels are snow-white and fresh. The room we got had a beautiful view of the pond and the park, amazing.
Breakfast and lunch are varied, there is plenty to choose from.
Some sliced fruit, cakes, buns. I didn't go to dinner.
There is a gym, which is very good!
There is a safe in the room.
There is a metro and public transport nearby, which is very convenient.
There is also a flea market nearby, there is a lot of old stuff there.
Unexpectedly good, although not quite like a traditional hotel, but still very Millennium five-star hotel atmosphere, plus the addition of this ancient building. The room is very feeling, a bit old but very clean, very very clean. The facilities are ok and the mattress is very comfortable. This price is invincible
The rooms were spotless, and the service was outstanding. It's a place with a really modern artistic vibe, and the traditional Chinese architecture is also stunning. Everyone here was so welcoming and kind. I'll definitely be returning for another stay!
The room is not big, you need to ask for slippers and toothbrushes, the breakfast buffet is quite rich, the hygiene is quite clean, the front desk service is not bad, everyone can speak English, so communication is not too difficult, the hotel is not far from the subway, about 10 minutes walk, the transportation is OK
The room was clean and a good size, and it was tidied up every day. The breakfast was really good, with omelets made to order and stir-fried noodles. The only minor downside was the soundproofing, which wasn't great. Other than that, everything was fine. It's very close to the exhibition hall; you just walk through a mall and you're there.
There is a shopping mall opposite the hotel, two subway stations are a few steps away, and there is a beautiful park behind it, which is very convenient for shopping, traveling or relaxing. There are washing machines, stoves, pots and pans in the room. Breakfast is made to order, and I think the taste is average. The front desk does not help to receive express delivery, which is not good.
The apartment was very convenient. You could cook noodles, and there was a microwave. Downstairs, there were restaurants, and a supermarket wasn't far away. There's also a park nearby, and it's just one stop from the exhibition center, very close. The environment is great. However, the front desk didn't speak English, and breakfast was a bit basic. I'd suggest buying groceries at the supermarket and making your own meals. It's about a 15-minute walk from the subway station. One of the subway exits leads to three shopping malls.
During my stay, my towels were never changed, and no one cleaned the room. I initially thought this apartment didn't offer such services. But then I stayed at Ye's Technology Park branch, and they did offer cleaning and towel changes, and it was excellent. Here, when I requested cleaning, shower gel, and towel changes, they only changed the towels. The cleaning was completely skipped, and I had to go downstairs myself to get shower gel. Next time, I'll definitely stay at the Technology Park branch.
P.S. The food at the downstairs restaurant is quite good.
The hotel is new, the environment is good, and the breakfast is also great.

MM251354****This place is perfect for solo travelers – it's affordable, and the location is great, right by a subway station. I actually came here on a recommendation. The mattress is really comfortable and springy. Just make sure not to disturb other guests during your stay. The only downside is that the washer and dryer are really inconvenient to use, especially if you don't understand Russian and haven't used them before. Plus, you only get an hour and a half to use them, which feels a bit rushed.
IIri_AsiaOne of the best hotel near Arbat street. The location is really convenient with an underground station just across from the street. The staff is friendly and helpful, always greeting people with a smile. The room is spacious and clean with all the amenities you need. We didn't have breakfasts in the hotel, as there are many nice coffee shops and restaurants around. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!
GGuest UserFacilities: This is a well-established hotel. While it offers all the essential amenities, its style and decor definitely show their age.
Cleanliness: The hygiene conditions were excellent, and daily housekeeping was very thorough.
Location: Situated very centrally in Moscow, it boasts convenient transportation and lovely views. The only slight drawback is the occasional noise from motorcycles roaring past outside the window, but I understand this is often unavoidable in such a prime location.
Service: My interaction with the service staff was limited due to a language barrier and not having opted for breakfast, so I can't comment extensively on their service quality.
ZZhangxiaochenThe hotel is located on a quiet side street. It's not far from Red Square, and there are many luxury shops nearby. However, many of them are closed due to sanctions. The rooms they assigned us were very poor, perhaps due to discrimination against Chinese people. My friend and I shared three rooms, and our room's window overlooked a conference room with vertical blinds. Without drawing the thick curtains, people in the conference room could see into our room. The room and bathroom showed no signs of recent renovations. The bathtub drain plug was broken and wouldn't seal. The shower head wouldn't stay in place and would tilt upwards on its own. The toilet was also old and not the advertised smart toilet. The mattress was too soft; I wouldn't recommend booking this if you don't like extremely soft beds.
The last item on the menu was breakfast. It was my friend's birthday, and the breakfast staff brought a small cake – a small touch that deserves praise! 👍
AAiwandexiaochihuo_jiaUpon entering the Hotel Metropol Moscow, I was captivated by its classic and sophisticated ambiance. It felt like stepping back a century, yet at the same time, it was incredibly comfortable and didn't feel dated at all. The hotel's location is incredible, just a few minutes' walk from Red Square and the Kremlin. At night, I could see the lights of the Bolshoi Theatre across the street from my window – a breathtaking night view. My biggest surprise was the breakfast. Eating under the vast glass dome, accompanied by a harpist, it felt like I was in a movie. It felt more like a historical landmark than just a hotel. Staying here was truly a special experience.
MM38586****The space at this place is huge, and the ambiance is really great. The whole experience was incredibly comfortable, and the price was excellent too. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but they did have caviar available.
LLiliyaxiaojieI booked this hotel based on Ctrip reviews, and it seems many Chinese tourists stay here. The location is decent. Housekeeping was slow. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. The Frank's BBQ ribs place that previous reviewers mentioned was okay. However, the staff there were very disrespectful to Chinese customers. I called for the bill five times in Russian over twenty minutes, but no one came. When they finally did, they just showed me their phone with Chinese text asking for a tip. Absolutely terrible service! I didn't book breakfast and, following other reviewers' advice, I just ate at the supermarket.
WwindnedvedThe quality of breakfast is up to standard. When I first checked in, there was a long queue at 14:00 for security check. The front desk said that the visa would be issued to Kai only when I left the hotel, so it was easy to miss it when I left the hotel. The location is very comfortable. It's a nice place to take a walk along the river in the garden behind.
