The hotel is not too close to the Nabawi Mosque, but there are shuttle buses ready for every prayer time. Also, we found, an Indonesia's convinience store only minutes walk from the hotel which is provides food and other things from Indonesia....

Best hotel very close to Gate 10, very easy , on walking path towards QUBA MOSQUE. Good management. Upgraded us to executive suite plus beautiful HARAM view. 10/10

Was a perfect stay. Room was clean and tidy felt brand new and had a very beautiful view of date farm and Uhud mountains (was spectacular). All amenities were available. Checkin checkout was smooth and staff were very helpful and polite. They have a very nice air freshener in the lobby, loved it. 100% recommended.

Had a good 3 day 2 night stay at Jayden hotel, staff were kind enough to allow for free early check in as well as free late of checkout. The hotel is a close walk to haram but take note that the lady’s entrance is quite far. Breakfast selection is great and topped up often. The room is comfortable and clean with hot drinks and full set of toiletries, highly recommend, thanks for a great stay!

The hotel and service are excellent. The reception, cleanliness, and room service staff were all superb. They even followed up after check-in and before check-out. Honestly, it's well-organized and tidy, and I highly recommend it.

Exceptional Service and Hospitality The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, including the lobby attendants. My family (my wife, our two children and I) arrived from the UK to Madinah early in the morning around 5:00 AM. I asked if any rooms were available and mentioned that I was willing to pay but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked at that time. I then requested the possibility of an early check-in and offered to pay any additional charges, as we were extremely tired; especially our children aged 5 and 10. The staff were very understanding and assured us they would do their best. As soon as a family room became available, they promptly cleaned and prepared it for us, allowing us to check in around 10:30 AM. When I offered to pay an extra fee for the early check-in, they kindly declined and said, “No, thank you. We’re happy to help you.” Their professionalism, kindness and hospitality made our stay truly pleasant. I sincerely appreciate their excellent service and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah.

Service: Check-in was a bit slow; breakfast was quite poor, with few varieties and poor quality. The bread and cakes seemed to be unpacked. Hygiene: The hygiene was OK, but one bath towel was missing. Environment: Very close to the beach and not too far from the restaurant. Facilities: The bedside lamp in the room was broken, but it was OK for one night

I booked this room for my parents who were performing their Umrah during Ramadan. They really enjoyed their 5-night stay at this hotel. One of the biggest advantages is its proximity to Al-Nabawi Mosque, which is incredibly convenient for attending prayers, especially during Ramadan. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. My parents felt very much at ease throughout their entire stay. They truly appreciated their experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Medina for Umrah or a spiritual visit.
