Room - above average
The hotel is a decent place to stay and not too far from Masjid Nabawi. The rooms and amenities are good enough for a comfortable visit.
One tip for travelers: don’t just ask taxi drivers outside to take you to the mosque—they usually charge more than double. Make sure you have the Careem app downloaded; it consistently saved me over 50% on transport every single time.
The hotel provides a shuttle service, but it only runs at prayer times (five times a day). This is convenient if you’re sticking to prayer schedules, but if you want to spend extra time in the mosque, you’ll likely need to use a taxi or Careem. Also, just be aware that their laundry service is on the expensive side.
Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with decent amenities, but planning your transport and laundry in advance can save you money and hassle.
1- They forgot to put towels in the bathroom and I checked in at night. Called the receptionist and they told me to wait and someone will bring towels. I waited for an hour. Then called the receptionist again only to tell me that they don’t offer service at night.
2- the AC was not working. I was sweating.
3- the water was cold and wouldn’t get warm enough for me to shower.
Other than that, everything else is pretty good.
I was very satisfied with the experience of booking an apartment overseas this time. I could cook and wash clothes in the apartment. Because it was Ramadan, there were no restaurants to eat in during the day, so I could just cook something in the apartment. There was a big Carrefour across the street! Shopping was very convenient!
Excellent, clean hotel with a good location. The only disadvantages are that some of the room service staff are uncooperative and take time to serve even after requesting. The strange thing is that one of them lies and claims that we refuse the service. Most of the things we ask for, we say they are not available, and the coffee capsules are delayed from the restaurant, unfortunately.
I would recommend Madinah Deluxe Hotel for visitors
it was clean and refreshments was available and toiletries and very clean bathroom .
Mr Emran provided us with full information about the place he sent us the pictures and the passwords which made it easy to access it was smooth and we enjoyed the stay.
Thank you for this nice hotel, walking distance to haram, very pleasant way from the reception , the fastest and tastiest Kabsa Dajaj i have ever eaten
Thank you so much the photo bellow is my room view
Outside the hotel, you can directly see the UHUD mountain and the Mountain of the ”Rumaat” part of it.The hotel itself is clean 🫧 offers the necessary amenities. Most important: Breakfast is not offered.

AAllam ashOverall, my stay was good. The staff were generally friendly, though the check-in experience was a bit unpleasant at first. Thankfully, things improved afterward thanks to Ms. Bayan’s excellent assistance. However, the hotel feels overpriced compared to other options located very close to Al Haram in Medina. One major downside was the corridors — they were often full of leftover food left outside rooms, which was unpleasant and gave a poor impression. Security personnel needed further training to be more customer friendly
Lli.ohaoThe hotel's location is a definite highlight, absolutely stunning. However, it's crucial to arrange transportation with the hotel in advance, otherwise, an Uber ride will cost you an arm and a leg. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the signature Banyan Tree essential oils felt like an amazing bonus in a desert hotel. Overall service was excellent, with friendly staff always ready to assist. Of course, there was one disappointment: the mountain pool was closed due to a safety issue with falling rocks.
AAnonymous UserAll the staff were very nice and helpful. I even received a free upgrade to a suite room. Really appreciated the warm service and comfortable stay! Housekeeping was great! We called to request some coffee and water, and the staff replied cheerfully, ‘Yes, we’ll give you everything you want!’ It really made our day. Their warm and helpful attitude added to our wonderful stay.
AAnonymous UserVery outdated and customer service is terrible. Rang reception from hotel room no answer (2 times) than had to go to reception to complain safe don’t work, they turned up next day to sort it out.
FFadzlin FouziThe staff is friendly and helpfull. Even the location also is walking distance to haram. The shuttle provided also is very punctual and convenient.
SShazianService is exceptional.Very attentive to any comment.
Location is just opposite gate 329.Best for women's entrance to the mosque.
Area of improvement-Breakfast same everyday.catered for middle eastern guest.Should have more varieties like Malaysian or Indonesian food.
Next will be the toilet-shower in the bathtub is a huge challenge for some especially the seniors.Hopefully they will change it to shower room when they refurbish the room.
GGuest UserOne of the best hotels in Madinah. Very close to Masjid Nabi S.A.W for the men (gate 365)
It takes literally 5 mins to get to the masjid.
On the quieter side of the masjid compared to the other side with all the buzz and it's very close to Jannatul Baqi too.
The room size itself is massive. You get all the amenities in the rooms like slippers, bathrobes, shower gel etc. safe box in the cupboards which are big enough for all the clothes and even have an iron and ironing board in the room.
All The staff are amazing and friendly especially the cleaners,. dining staff and luggage men.
Very helpful and even gave us an extra 1 hour to check out because we were running late.
Id definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
Hhendry275 minutes walk from nabawi, we wery enjoyed our time in this hotel. Relatively new room on 13th floor and very spacious for us. Will be back to peninsula for next pilgrimage
