"I was really impressed by the service at this hotel. I stayed at the Yashan Hotel for a business trip to Chongqing, and my entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly smooth and comfortable. The front desk staff was very welcoming. When they learned I was on a business trip and needed to work, they thoughtfully upgraded me to a suite with a desk. That kind of attention to detail really makes a difference! The room was spacious, well-decorated, and the Wi-Fi was fast. After finishing my work, enjoying the night view was incredibly relaxing. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chongqing!"

"The environment here is lovely – very warm and cozy. It's also spotless; both the room and the hallways were impeccably clean.
First off, the hotel's location is fantastic. It's right by Jiefangbei, with tons of food and drink options just downstairs. You can easily hail a taxi right outside, and the subway station is just a short walk away.
The front desk staff were also incredibly welcoming and attentive, always happy to help with anything we needed.
There are a few standout features worth mentioning. The cleaning staff and other hotel employees were always friendly and greeted us with enthusiasm. Outside our room, there was even a small restaurant and a coffee/tea station, and the complimentary tea flavors changed daily and were quite good.
When it was time to leave, I was rushing to catch my flight and didn't have time to go up for my luggage. A front desk attendant kindly brought it down for me, which was a huge help and truly went above and beyond. Thanks to their assistance, I made my flight on time. This hotel definitely deserves five stars! I'll absolutely stay here again if I return to Chongqing and will recommend it to any friends visiting the city. If you're reading this review, you can book with confidence.
The only minor regret is that I was so busy with my itinerary that I never got to try the hotel's coffee. On my last day, I finally had a moment to crave a cup, only to find the machine was undergoing maintenance. I hope to get a chance to try it next time!"

"My stay at the Changshou Lake Swan Castle Hotel was absolutely amazing! The European-style castle exterior is incredibly atmospheric, and with Changshou Lake right behind it, the views are expansive. Opening the window reveals stunning lake and mountain scenery, perfect for photos.
The room was clean and spacious, with soft, comfortable bedding. The toiletries were high-quality, and the facilities were new and well-maintained. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep.
The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The staff were responsive and showed great attention to detail. Before our arrival, the hotel team contacted us via WeChat and checked in with us to make sure we wouldn't have any trouble finding the hotel and shared the exact locations we can use on the map or share with our Didi driver. Their hospitality began even before we arrived. They greeted us upon getting dropped off, helped with our luggage, and made us feel welcome immediately.
The check-in process was warm and personal. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and even more surprised to find our room beautifully decorated after mentioning that we were celebrating our honeymoon. It was such a thoughtful touch that made our stay extra special.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved having our own private outdoor area with a stunning view. Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly attentive and even helped us arrange takeaway meals after we checked in.
One of the highlights of our stay was a complimentary photoshoot at the hotel, which gave us some wonderful memories to take home. To top it all off, the hotel also gave us complimentary gifts when we checked out.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, personalised, and memorable experience. The level of care and attention to detail from the staff was truly exceptional, and we would gladly stay here again!!

The water quality is very good, and you can adjust the hot spring temperature yourself. You can soak 24 hours a day, and privacy is also good. After soaking, you can also enjoy a massage or spa.
Hygiene: Everything was very clean. The villa renovation was well done.
Environment: The overall hotel environment is great, with duplex rooms. The surrounding area has complete amenities and is a small commercial district, so delivery services are very convenient. The only slight drawback is the soundproofing; you can hear people moving up and down the stairs next door.
Service: The service is excellent; they are very responsive and always help guests with any issues. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

DDaiwazhubianzhongguoI never expected to find such a warm and inviting hotel hidden away in Ciqikou Ancient Town.
Traveling with kids, finding the right room type is always a headache, but the family room we booked this time was perfect – the beds were big enough, the space was generous, and my child didn't want to get out of the bathtub. Even better, you can take a taxi directly to the main entrance, and there's an underground parking lot too. It's so convenient, it hardly feels like you're in an ancient town.
In the center of the courtyard is a pavilion, surrounded by small stools. When the fire was lit, a singer played guitar in the pavilion. I sat by the fire with a craft beer in hand, feeling the warmth on my face, and my mind just emptied – I wasn't thinking about anything, just the crackling of the firewood. In that moment, it felt like I was sitting in an old courtyard deep in the mountains, where time slowed down enough to hear my own heartbeat. Xiao Qing and Xiao Tuo at the front desk were also very attentive, reminding us about the fire and singing in the evening when we checked in.
The hotel is called 'Yueyin Chongqing Courtyard', and it's such a fitting name. It truly feels like a hidden courtyard in the city, full of life and human touch.
Next time I come to Chongqing, I'll probably detour here just for this fire again.

During my stay, I felt that the staff were genuinely sincere, not just going through the motions. They truly cared about the guests, and the overall experience was excellent, highly recommended. The moment I approached the front desk, she greeted me with a warm and genuine smile that was instantly comforting, melting away a good portion of my travel fatigue.
During check-in, she quickly verified my reservation and skillfully explained the room type, breakfast location, and surrounding transportation options, completing the whole process in under three minutes – incredibly efficient. What's even more impressive is that before my arrival, I received a call from the hotel asking about my preferences. I casually mentioned my preferred room type and floor, and Ms. Yang was incredibly thoughtful, directly arranging that specific room for me. At check-out, she also inquired about my stay, and her sincere concern felt far from a mere procedural courtesy. Ms. Yang seamlessly blends professionalism, efficiency, and a personal touch into every action and smile, instantly building my trust and fondness for this hotel. On our first night, we left our wine glasses on the coffee table, and the next evening, during turn-down service, they had thoughtfully prepared drinks and snacks for us. It really shows personalized and considerate care for guests. There's a butler cabinet outside the room, which is incredibly practical. You can place items you need or laundry inside, and it doesn't disturb your rest. I've stayed in many five-star hotels, and this design is truly ingenious and valuable. The value for money is great too; laundry is free, and the mini-bar with drinks and snacks is replenished daily, also free of charge. The location is superb. The 7th-floor terrace offers an amazing view of Hongyadong and Chongqing's night skyline right opposite.

We arrived a little after 11 AM, and the front desk mentioned our booked room wasn't ready but offered an immediate upgrade. We took it and got an Executive River View Twin Room on the 59th floor. The river view was stunning, and the room itself was clean, bright, and comfortable – perfect for younger guests! After three days, here are the highlights:
1. **Impeccable Service:** The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Every time we returned, our room was spotless and tidied. The bath mat and slippers were always neatly placed in a convenient spot, and each night, a thoughtful touch like a face mask or a steam eye mask was left on the bedside table. The complimentary in-room snacks were also delicious.
2. **Exquisite Breakfast:** The breakfast was both refined and tasty. The restaurant is on the 62nd floor. At first glance, the food selection seemed average, but upon closer inspection, I realized that despite the compact space, the breakfast spread was surprisingly comprehensive. The refrigerated display offered beautiful and healthy options like salads in glass jars and a variety of flavored yogurts.
3. **Prime Location:** The location is superb, with the two rivers practically at your doorstep. Downstairs, there's a high-end commercial district, and both Jiefangbei and Hongyadong are within easy walking distance.
**Minor Drawback:** The high floor and fast elevators might be uncomfortable for guests over 60 years old.

It's a must-visit, especially for the ancient North Hot Springs, which is surrounded by lush greenery and a thousand-year-old hot spring temple. It offers a very serene and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and clearing your mind. The private hot spring on the room's balcony is incredibly comfortable and great for alleviating fatigue. Owen provided exceptional service. The hotel's design is very distinctive, with every room offering views of the Jialing River.

The hotel's facilities were chic and modern, although the layout was a bit unusual. Arriving at an almost vacant ground-floor lobby and then proceeding to the 53rd floor for check-in was an interesting experience. While the bellmen and concierge staff were incredibly friendly and helpful both upon arrival and throughout my stay, it felt somewhat strange not having front desk staff immediately available on the ground floor.
The service overall was excellent, and every staff member I encountered was warm and welcoming. The Westin Chongqing Liberation Square is also conveniently located near several local attractions, including a nearby temple. There are plenty of bars and dining options within walking distance, from delicious Chinese cuisine (especially hotpot) to Western-style restaurants such as Big Pizza. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and appreciated both the hotel's comfort and its prime location. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chongqing.

HHudiequehumeiyouOne outstanding quality of the Marriott culture is the pervasive enthusiasm, proactiveness, and responsibility shown by almost everyone in their work and towards customers, evident in all procedures, processes, and elements. At the front desk, I approached a staff member (let's call them Xiao Liang) with specific requests: a quiet room, not facing the street, away from the elevator, and preferably on a high floor. Xiao Liang listened patiently throughout, discussing all the details. Then, another staff member (Xiao Cui) was arranged to show me different room types, going up and down floors. Xiao Cui cheerfully bustled around. Xiao Liang then suggested waiting a bit longer to find an even better room—room 3609. This room was premium and spacious, with an open layout, quiet, and clean. As I opened the door, the curtains and sheers slowly rose, offering a panoramic view of the Yangtze River. The bedding was comfortable and soft, ensuring a sweet night's sleep. The housekeeping staff, Xiao Yuan, changed the sheets and towels for two consecutive days and neatly folded my clothes, which I had left in disarray. Both Xiao Yuan and Xiao Zhang generously provided pure bottled water daily. When I called customer service to have a window adjusted, the staff member arrived within minutes. Very satisfactory. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of Chinese and Western dishes, plus local snacks, with over a dozen chefs showcasing their skills live. Staff continuously cleaned tables, and the environment was beautiful. The overall hotel ambiance was luxurious. Over the next three days, each time I went to the front desk, I observed every staff member showing great patience with every guest. When I extended my stay, the front desk staff, Xiao Zhang (?), quickly re-activated my room key card. This level of service and management was so satisfying that I extended my stay by another day, cancelling my original plans for other accommodation. I give it 5 stars.
