I stayed at WorldMark Orlando - Kingstown Reef for 4 nights (March 4–8), and overall it was a great value for the price.
The room was very spacious, and having both a washer and dryer in the unit was extremely convenient. The stay itself was very comfortable, and the location was great—only about a 15-minute drive to Disney. The property also has nice amenities like a golf course, outdoor pool, and gym. The staff were friendly and provided good service during our stay.
However, there was one downside that significantly affected the experience. Starting from the day we checked in, the hotel repeatedly tried to get us to attend a “short” presentation. They initially said it would only take 10–20 minutes and asked for an $80 refundable deposit. But when we followed up, it turned out to be a 90-minute session. Since we already had travel plans, we declined, and the $80 refund was processed smoothly.
That said, the constant follow-up was quite frustrating. We received one call every day during our 4-night stay reminding us to attend the presentation. Even after we left, they called again about 10 days later asking why we didn’t participate.
It started to feel a bit overwhelming and hard to avoid. While the hotel itself is a good deal, just be aware of this if you’re considering staying here.

Hotel was still in the process of being built with some facilities unavailable. Room was large but very hollow and like a barn with no carpet on the floor only hard flooring. Cold tap in kitchen did not work and no cooking utensils and limited knives and forks etc. Breakfast was also poor with throw away plates and wooden cutlery like on an airplane . Expensive for what it was and I would not stay again

I was just passing through and needed a late check-in and an early morning check-out. I booked it for a few hours because it was discounted, and it turned out to be excellent.
At first, I wasn't sure if the parking garage entrance was automatic, and it appeared closed, so I couldn't get in. Fortunately, another car arrived and entered, so I was able to follow them.
The front desk area was lovely and clean, which made a great first impression.
The room itself was very spacious, and I particularly liked that it had laminate flooring instead of carpet.
Parking was free, and while they apparently offer breakfast, I wasn't able to enjoy it because of my early morning check-out.
Even though it was a short stay, I had a very comfortable rest. Thank you.

We booked this hotel for our last night in Orlando because it’s close to the airport. The hotel was fine although a bit dated as many of the hotels in orlando are. The most disturbing thing however is the $20.00 parking fee for our rental car. I did not know about this when I booked this place and seems many of the hotels here are charging a similar fee. This is certainly one of the main differences compared to my last visit to Orlando when parking at hotels was free. I paid a total of $ 144.00 just in parking fees for 8 days.. Only at Disney hotels did we not pay a parking fee. You should include this on your website.
The room is very new, full of technology, very close to the epic, there is a bus downstairs in the morning.
It may be because the hotel is white as a whole, so there is a cold feeling. The restaurant in the building has a good breakfast. There are many places to eat.

Fast and quick check in, fully furnished kitchen and clean and spacious apartment. Did not have a chance to explore the facilities within the condo, but a pleasant stay with nothing to nitpick about.

GGuest UserRocketstay is awful. Pain to use, slow, cumbersome, check in extraordinarily late so they can charge extra to check in early, extremely early check out. This place was advertised at $130/night, and at the end of the rocketstay fees it was $200/night. Not worth it.
Very satisfied with the hotel and booking experience! I booked the hotel on ”Ctrip”. The hotel is stylishly decorated, clean and sanitary. Check-in and check-out are very fast. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Miami Airport 24 hours a day, every 15 minutes, and the breakfast is on the first floor. It tastes very good. The swimming pool is also on the first floor. Five-star recommendation! The hotel is right next to the airport, very close, you can see the planes taking off and landing, and the sound insulation is very good! Thank you Ctrip!
I enjoyed my one night pre-cruise stay. It was nice being on the trolley line because we needed a few things for the cruise and went to Publix. Also the free shuttle to the port was great. Also, the breakfast was plentiful.
We ended up at the Daytona Grande after the Hilton Oceanfront overbooked and we were on our way with no place to stay! Admittedly not the safest, but I had to book this place while driving from the Orlando airport and just looking for something that wasn’t a total dive but still decently priced without a ton of extra fees. No free breakfast here which is something I especially appreciate as a family of 6, but in this case it was just me and my teenage son in town for an archery championship. After the highly stressful day of travel we had, the Grande was like a little slice of Heaven! It was clean, quiet, and beautiful. We decided after having to skip lunch with flight delays and all that, we just wanted a good meal and a good bed and we got exactly that. My son and I split truffle fries to start, the crusted crab filet, and beignets for dessert. All were wonderful (and we’re from Dallas where there is no shortage of excellent food) and enjoyed Oceanside on the dimly lit quiet patio. My only criticism is that the tables should be turned perpendicularly to the ocean and hotel so that everyone at the table gets a view of both rather than one facing a wall while the other faces the ocean. Rooms were nicely decorated, had comfortable, intuitive lighting, handy USB plugs, and most importantly REALLY COMFORTABLE BEDS! We have a Tempurpedic at home so my sleep is usually pretty abysmal at hotels. Now, this wasn’t as comfy as home, but I slept hard and woke without being sore since the bed was genuinely comfortable. My only complaints about the room were that the window sheers, while stylish, really gave no privacy at all, so if you wanted privacy you had to sacrifice light. Water pressure wasn’t great and the bathroom needed more towel bars and hooks. This would’ve been way more of a nuisance with the whole family, but they also came midday and restocked towels and made up the beds, which we see less and less of these days, even at nice hotels in the name of being “green”. But it was spacious and clean and otherwise nicely equipped. Elevators were fast and never held us up. Beach access from the elevator was nice as we didn’t have to walk through the lobby in swimsuits. Parking was slightly inconvenient being caddy corner across the street, but not bad at all. We considered but didn’t try room service mainly due to price and unknown wait (when we had tournament times to consider) but the little shop/cafe in the lobby was great and convenient and priced about as you’d expect (pricey, but not too ridiculous). We got coffee and breakfast sandwiches both days. I think the biggest issue with this place is the visibility. It’s tall to be sure so you’re not going to miss it, but the entrance and signage is on the far side and behind a little aqua building (I think called Sand Dunes) which had to be apartments or a teeny hotel that I can only assume refused to sell to the Grande in development so the Grande built around it. It keeps it from having the opulent entrance that the Hilton does
