This was my second stay at a Wanda property. Because hotel prices were much higher than usual at Wanda during Chinese New Year, I opted for the Sheraton instead, even though two nights still cost nearly 7,000 RMB. But to my surprise, I was disappointed in every aspect… Firstly, on February 16th, as soon as I entered the lobby, I saw guests arguing with hotel staff. I wasn't sure about the specific reason, but I already had a bad feeling. Secondly, February 16th was Chinese New Year's Eve. My family of three was watching the Spring Festival Gala in the room, and when we tried to pull down the shower curtain, it was broken. After reporting it, we found that even when the curtain was down, it was still see-through… I nearly fainted! This might be okay for couples, but if you're traveling with friends or family with kids, wouldn't that be incredibly awkward? Then, when we were ready to sleep that night, we discovered an issue with the toilet – there was a constant dripping sound, which was driving me crazy. It was Chinese New Year and the middle of the night, so I decided to deal with it the next day. I communicated with the hotel concierge in the morning but never heard back about a resolution. After breakfast, I had to speak to the front desk myself to get a room change… It was a huge hassle, moving from one end of the hotel to the other (a very long walk, dragging suitcases for 10 minutes, and taking two different elevators). The most ridiculous part was that this concierge, after we checked in, enthusiastically recommended various paid activities to us, and we even booked some through him… Ha! During Chinese New Year, I didn't want to ruin our trip or make things difficult for the staff who were still working. So, I tried to keep my negative emotions to myself. However, an old, established hotel, even if it's been open for a long time, isn't excused from all problems. Proper equipment maintenance and staff quality training are just basic operational necessities, aren't they? If they only think about making money from customers' pockets without any sincerity, how far can they really go?

The suite was perfect for a family with kids; the sofa could be made into a comfortable bed for one person. The hotel shuttle to the ski resort ran every 10 minutes, and the front desk helped us arrange a coach and rent ski clothes, which was very convenient. We participated in many hotel activities, and the hiking one was excellent!

The room was spacious, clean, and completely odor-free, with thoughtful details throughout. All the staff were gentle and friendly, always greeting my pet warmly, making the service feel very attentive and kind. The location is convenient for getting around, making travel with a pet completely stress-free. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, allowing both people and pets to relax, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again for future trips with my furry friend, truly recommending it to all pet-owning families.

The hotel is very close to Changbaishan Station, about 3km by car, a 10-minute taxi ride. It's about 5km from the Changbaishan North Slope Tourist Distribution Center, a 15-minute taxi ride away. Cleanliness: The room was very tidy, and the hotel lobby and corridors also had a clean and pleasant color scheme. The room had a microwave, coffee machine, and refrigerator. The wardrobe had an iron, and the bathroom had a great hairdryer (really effective!). The hotel's first floor has four washing machines and four dryers, perfect for doing laundry after a hike. The gym is well-equipped, but I skipped it this time after climbing the mountain (being lazy). Food deliveries can be brought up by a robot (there are not many dining options nearby, but you can take a 10-minute taxi ride for Korean food, which is closer to the North Slope distribution center – good to eat before heading to the mountain). Indoor and outdoor hot springs for 2 adults and 2 children: There were about ten hot spring pools of various sizes. It was raining when we visited, so there weren't many people, and it was very relaxing. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were quick.

This time I came to Changbai Mountain to play, it was really wise to choose Qingstop Hotel! The single-family villa is very comfortable and the privacy is very good. The room was cleaned very cleanly and the details were taken care of very carefully. The most pleasant surprise is the minibar in the room, drinks and beer are all free, too real. Breakfast must be tried, the taste and taste are online, and the food is particularly satisfying. The staff are very kind and have questions to ask them to help. The scenery around the hotel is beautiful, the air is fresh, and it is especially relaxing to walk in your leisure time. The overall stay is particularly comfortable, I will stay here next time, and I really recommend it to everyone!

The sanitation, environment and facilities are far beyond our expectations for hotels of the same price, especially the service of the front desk lady. I didn't notice that the room had no windows when I booked it, but she took the initiative to upgrade us to a room with windows without saying a word. The hot water was also sufficient and the shower was very comfortable.

Staying at the Zhanyun Hotel far exceeded my expectations! The front desk staff, Li Qingyu and Wu Jiamei, provided exceptionally good service. The lobby design is minimalist yet stylish, and the warm lighting makes you feel relaxed the moment you step in. The bedding in the room was as soft as a cloud, ensuring a great night's sleep until morning. The biggest surprise was breakfast; not only was the selection extensive, but the freshly made pastries and freshly squeezed juices tasted amazing. The service staff were always smiling and eager to assist. Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose Zhanyun again!
