This guesthouse has so much character! The owner clearly put a lot of thought and effort into the design. The massive, floor-to-ceiling bookshelf instantly brings a sense of calm, which is especially welcome on a hot summer day. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, browse books, read, or simply have a moment of quiet reflection. Oh, and the owner even gave me a complimentary room upgrade, which was incredibly comfortable.

The environment of the hotel is very good. The room is very hygienic. The facilities are complete. The boss service is very good. The family wants to play mahjong and the owner of the hotel. The owner of the hotel went to the relatives' house on a rainy day. The mahjong table breakfast is also prepared. A lot of service is very good. Friends who come to Lishui can choose this homestay. I chose to stay at this hotel because I wanted to be very close to the Hengdian World Studios. If you have the same goal I highly recommend to stay at Cheerful hotel. It is 10 min walking to the main gate..So convenient! The hotel itself is very clean, has pretty interior and everything you need. I specifically asked for a quiet and non-smoker room and got the perfect one. My overall stay was such a lovely experience. Total recommendation. I would come back anytime.

Eleven people stayed for five days and the overall feeling was very good. Facilities: The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Environment: The trails on the island are quiet and the air is fresh. Outside the window, the lakes and mountains are panoramic. Hygienic: The indoor and outdoor environment is clean, and the living is comfortable and comfortable. Service: Thank you very much butler! I made a mistake. My previous impression of Dalezhino was overly perfect, so I didn't check carefully this time. 😖 The hotel should really be called a guesthouse. It's all show and no substance; both the hardware and software are terrible. I stayed in the Senyu area - Moonlight Truffle room. [Bomb R] From the outside, it looked like a quiet and beautiful cabin in the forest. In reality, the interior design was terrible. The toilet was so small that my dad (182cm tall, 170 catties) couldn't even sit comfortably. What's even more frustrating is that after showering, you walk directly into the main room. There's nowhere private to change clothes. Are guests supposed to change in the shower stall? If so, there should at least be a place to hang clothes in there. [Disappointed R] Being a hotel in the forest, rain and humidity are normal, but they clearly didn't plan for it. From the front desk to the Senyu area where I stayed, there's a shuttle cart service. However, after getting off the shuttle, there's a long flight of stairs to walk to the room. The stairs weren't very slip-resistant and it was very dark at night, which felt really dangerous! There's no overhang at the room entrance to provide shelter from the rain, and no partition inside the room. So, when it rained, the room became soaking wet. Plus, the room had a floor bed, so we had to turn on the heater just to dry it out. [Facepalm R] The dining and handicraft areas are both in the Zhuyu area, but the shuttle only goes to the hotel lobby. From there, it's a 5-minute walk to Zhuyu. When I asked the shuttle driver for directions, he actually said he didn't know 🤷‍♀️. The staff in the handicraft area only handed out materials; there was no guidance for the children's activities. The indoor children's area on B1 was also unsupervised. [Poop R] The hotel's highlight is supposed to be its non-motorized activity area and water play area. It wasn't raining when we arrived, but they said the non-motorized area was closed because it had rained earlier and was slippery. Shouldn't the hotel maintain it once the rain stops? I just wanted to escape the hotel as quickly as possible. It's absolutely not worth the 2000+ yuan per night price tag. It felt like 200 yuan for the hardware and 200 yuan for the software, just guesthouse level.

The hotel I stayed at this time was quite satisfactory. Parking is convenient, there is a bus stop next to the hotel, it is especially easy to go out by car, whether it is to go to the attractions or the business district is very convenient. The room is OK, the space is not cramped, and the daily activities are completely enough. Toiletries are also quite complete, toothbrushes, combs and face towels are individually packaged, and you can rest assured. Cleaning will be cleaned on time, changing garbage bags and replenishing daily necessities are very timely, and the desktop floor is always clean. The front desk and floor attendants are very good. They patiently answer questions when checking in. They also take the initiative to help with luggage when checking out. They smile all the time and feel very kind. Next time I come here, I should choose this one again.

The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

We stayed as a family of three in the Crisp City View Family Twin Room and had a fantastic experience! The room features two 1.45-meter double beds, so the three of us had plenty of space without feeling cramped. The whole-room smart control system was a lot of fun—our child loved using voice commands to control the lights and curtains, and had a blast. The zero-pressure mattress was extremely comfortable. After walking around West Lake all day, it was so relaxing to lie down and rest at night. The room was clean and tidy with a great city view, creating a wonderful atmosphere for photos. We took a few quick family photos on the terrace. The location is very convenient for getting around, and they even included a DJI drone rental voucher and a thoughtful souvenir upon check-out. The staff provided attentive service with great attention to detail. Highly recommended for families visiting Hangzhou!
