Pet friendly Hotels in Metro Manila, Philippines

Upon check-in, I was initially given the wrong room card, but the staff quickly came up to replace it and apologize. There was no trash bag in the room's trash can, and the bedside outlet wasn't working. Aside from these minor issues, everything else was quite good. There's a convenience store downstairs if you get hungry, and a really good mala hotpot restaurant run by a Chinese owner on the second floor of the hotel. The ocean view and night view from the window were also decent. It's also quite close to Okada by foot.

The room was nice and clean. The staff were very approachable, polite, and friendly, including the security guard. The toiletries were also complete. However, my biggest issue was the cigarette smell. As soon as we entered the room, we could already smell cigarette smoke. The front desk informed us that some rooms may have a cigarette odor because smoking appears to be allowed in certain rooms. The smell became less noticeable after a while, but whenever we turned off the air conditioner, it would come back. I also noticed that many Chinese guests were gathered in the waiting area in front of the front desk, where there are couches. They were quite loud while talking sometimes it sounded like they were arguing. 😅 What disappointed me the most was that even the buffet area smelled like cigarette smoke. The food was not particularly impressive, and the cigarette odor made the dining experience even less enjoyable. I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children or for guests who are sensitive to cigarette smoke. It may be difficult for the hotel to address this issue if a large portion of their clientele are smokers. It's a pity because the hotel itself is nice, the rooms are clean, and the staff provide excellent service.

The staff are friendly and the facilities aren't bad. I think it's a good place to stay for this price in this area. It's like a love hotel in Korea. I would stay here again.

The room was nice. There is one thing that im not comfortable it was the 1st door. We can't lock the 1st door though there is another door which is the main door of the room but still i felt uneasy /uncomfortable knowing that there is a possibility that can someone might get a chance to look at you inside just simply viewing in peephole. We also experienced before that one of the staff was already inside in a small space between the 1st door and the second door without our knowledge. The staff told us that it was normal to them to het inside on that small space after you open the first door because they can put any orders /food in tray to the built in shelf there if that so it makes ur customer uncomfortable to be honest if that is your policy. I tried a lot of hotels around manila that has 2 doors but that is the first time we experienced that. In addition.my husband also worked in hotel as a waiter and housekeeping department before but he was also shocked that there is kind of policy implemented in a hotel coz he wasnt aware of it. But again we experienced that not on the date that we booked it happened before but the same hotel so i tried to give my feedback with that. In over all it was so amazing experience with this hotel. Amazing place. It's a love hotel that could actually work as a stopover if you're ready to experience Manila as it truly is. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness: no insects in the room, no dirt, and a clean jacuzzi, which isn't always the case even in more expensive hotels in Moscow. One of the hotel staff, a gecko, clearly protected us from insects! However, the bathrooms definitely need fixing. The pipes on both floors are leaking, which has led to a persistent puddle of stagnant water that never dries up. The mattress was firm, perhaps too much so for our liking. And the stairs are quite steep, which might not be comfortable for everyone. The hotel staff were generally friendly; I'm sure they would have been willing to help if needed, but we didn't have any issues. However, no one took the initiative, so over our three-day stay, we weren't even offered fresh towels or trash removal, which was a bit disappointing. The location is convenient because it's close to the airport (this was a big draw for us, as we only had two days in Manila). But on the other hand, stepping outside the hotel plunges you into the surrounding poverty: markets, homeless people. In the evenings, it felt a bit uncomfortable getting around without a taxi. I'd recommend taking a taxi every time you return after sunset. And yes, being close to the airport means plane noise day and night, so be prepared for that. All in all, my wife and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and we might even consider returning next time.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my son. The room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the excellent service. It was a great experience for both of us, and we would definitely be happy to come back again. Highly recommended!

The room's cleanliness was acceptable, and the service was good. However, the air conditioning was noisy, and the room had poor soundproofing.

Very easy check in. Chona was great. We didnt have any php so she was kind enough to exchange some small amount of money so we can eat dinner and exchange money the next day and return back what she exchanged for us. That itself was very very kind and generous. I will always stay there when visiting Manila. We came back again to the hotel for 1 night before departing back to USA.

Staff was good food good but the last night Thier the front desk confirmed I had reserved taxi for pickup at check out however 10 past time of check out and when taxi did not arrive they informed me taxi cancelled without reason these. Prior.. so they let me extend to reserve a ride but I had to pay fee even though they failed to inform me about the booking they offered to book for me and they never offered the tip back. Only communicated to other Victoria courts in Metro Manila NCR false slander and hearsay about me that I learned happened as Tru from the other booking at company properties

The room was clean .but during this time i just noticed that the ac wasnt cool as i expected . I already set it to the fullest temperature but still its not giving the coldness that i want. I think the ac wasnt working properly in my tiredness that night i didnt not complain to the staff coz in my thinking they will transfer me in other room so i need to packed and unpacked my things which i cant coz im too sleepy so i decided not to tell this and i thought that maybe after how many hours staying in the room it will get cold but its not its just like using a fan a lil bit .
