I want to bring my whole family again next time. It was the impression that the training of employees was good. Meals around the area are convenient.

Good price and value. Good location in terms of being near the big attractions and walking distance to restaurants, including no less than 4 Indian restaurants. Very near LYNX bus stops, but be forewarned that the Orlando public bus is very undependable. Most of the staff are bilingual, and housekeeping is prompt and thorough. On the negative side, the swimming pool is very busy, filled with children, and not very peaceful. On arrival, I got accosted by tour sellers and I was just too hot and tired for that. Security is somewhat heavy-handed, but at the same time, that did make me feel safe. The door lock on my room was finicky, and it often took multiple attempts to get in, and I didn't drink on this trip. The restaurant is okay but isn't open very late. When I dropped in to make sure they were still open at 8:15 the young lady at the front said yes, then when I was walking back to my room to change shirts to come back and dine, she sent a customer to run after me to say they were closed. I didn't eat in the restaurant after that rude experience. Note that there are half a dozen Rosen hotels in Orlando, with very similar names. This makes it hard to use Google Maps for directions and confuses Uber and Lyft drivers.

A mi me encanta este hotel he ido otras veces y en esta lleve a mi familia pero lo único que nunca me ha gustado es que cae una gota de agua y te sacan de la piscina , incluso mi familia se quejó de lo mismo esta vez , solo por un aire que hizo ,nada de truenos y nos mandaron a salir ,y luego que uno se seca ya no dan ganas de entrar más .Ademas que me dijeron pagas 85 en el hotel y me cobraron 150 y nunca me devuelven .Yo tengo reservación de nuevo para agosto si no me devuelven esta vez no pienso ir más porque al final del día estoy pagando lo mismo que puedo pagar en otros .

The hotel has a great sense of design. The built-in public infrastructure is very good. The restaurant is very good, and the food is okay. The scenery looks very open, and it feels more suitable for couples to travel

Lovely hotel but paying for the gym leaves a sour taste .  Once you’ve paid all fees and resort fees I feel the gym should be complimentary

Mixed experience: Super friendly, smiling and proactive staff Nevertheless, getting to the Disney parks from the hotel is complicated. Shuttles have to be booked 24 hours in advance (otherwise they sell out quickly, even in low season) and the timetables are not great (sometimes arriving late, without a pass the queue will be long at the attractions) If you take the Uber option, it will cost $20-30 per journey. Please note! There is also a resort fee to be taken into account and paid at the hotel ($9/person/day) Finally, when we arrived, a room that wasn't ready was given to us but they were able to offer us another room instead.

great spot for a convention! All the facilities were great. Only glitch is the bar service at the pool bar is very very slow. Only one bartender doing everything, line was long and service very slow, too many customers for one bartender

This hotel is a skyline building located in downtown. Most of Miami's tourist attractions are within a 30-minute drive. Additionally, the view from the room is fantastic!

The hotel is quite large, with 4 residential areas, each with its own parking lot. It costs $10 per day, but if you pay for 5 days, subsequent parking is free. I parked for 6 days. There are also several large fountains, creating a great environment. Dining options nearby are convenient, and both Disneyland and Universal Studios are very close.

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. However, the air conditioning was a bit noisy. Slippers are not provided, so remember to bring your own. There's a coffee shop and a pizza place on the ground floor, which is very convenient for dining and drinks. Orlando summers are hot and sunny, and I felt walking to Universal Studios was a bit far. I'd recommend taking a taxi.
