This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! From the lobby and guest rooms to the views and facilities, the value for money is simply impeccable! Since I was traveling solo and had no language barriers, I used a combination of public transportation and hiking through farmland and up mountains. It was quite a journey, but the scenery along the way, especially the sudden appearance of the sea at the end, was incredibly refreshing! The hotel actually provides a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel. For pick-up, you need to contact them in advance (I didn't have experience with this). For drop-off/drop-off, you just need to book the night before. Why bother with public transportation?

Amazing stay for lego lovers. The entire hotel is filled with elements of decorations made of lego. Kids will love it here as there are various areas to play with lego and room provides a box of lego for play too! Legoland is right in front of the hotel.

I stayed for three nights and was very satisfied. The room was spacious, not cramped at all, and I even got upgraded to a higher floor. It's very close to the Sakae shopping district, with all the malls just about a 15-minute walk away. In the other direction is Shin-Sakae, where you can find quite a few Chinese restaurants. There's a Sugi pharmacy right outside the hotel, which is super convenient for buying cosmetics, daily necessities, and food – I shopped there every day. For breakfast, you can choose between the ground floor buffet or the second-floor Japanese set meal. I'd definitely recommend the buffet on the ground floor; it has a wide variety, including名古屋特色的烤鸡翅 (Nagoya-style fried chicken wings), though it can get a bit crowded. The service was also excellent, absolutely flawless. I'll definitely stay here again if I come back to Nagoya. The only thing to note is that the road leading to Sakae is a gentle uphill slope, which might be a little tiring if you're pushing a stroller.

I made a reservation just because it was cheap, including Vijiho, but it was a very comfortable space. Since it is an adult hotel, the bed was large and I could sleep comfortably. It was good to have breakfast and choose Western or Japanese food.

The service at the reception on the 18th floor and in the rooms was excellent, and the swimming pool and gym staff were also great. However, the service at the Wu Ren (懷石料理) and Italian Cava Nova restaurants was really lacking. For Wu Ren, which is supposed to be a top-tier kaiseki restaurant, the sommelier and the servers bringing dishes had poor English and seemed unwilling to communicate. It felt like they just wanted to drop off the food and leave, expecting guests to read the menu themselves. While this might be acceptable in other casual restaurants, is it the standard for a kaiseki establishment? The hotel should clarify if this is indeed their service protocol. The Italian restaurant was even worse – they offered virtually no service. They were initially friendly, but as soon as they heard English, they immediately said there were no tables available, shooed us away with a gesture, and turned their heads and walked off. The hotel also needs to confirm if this is their standard service procedure for this restaurant.

This is a well-established five-star hotel with an excellent location, right above JR Tower. Below it are several major department stores and the train station, making access very convenient. The biggest highlight is the rooms; if you're high enough, you can enjoy Nagoya's city views day and night. The photos turn out beautifully. I recommend taking some portrait shots in the window-side seating – they come out great. **Service:** We checked in on Valentine's Day, so it was bustling. We had to queue for check-in, but thankfully, the front desk staff were efficient, so we didn't wait too long. However, the downside was room service. As two adults and two children, we needed an extra duvet. After our call, housekeeping promised to send it but an hour passed with no delivery. We called again and still waited. It took at least two hours for it to finally arrive. **Facilities:** It has the standard amenities for a star hotel, with toiletries provided per person, and even individual lotion, which was a thoughtful touch. There was also a humidifier, a common feature in Japanese hotels. I never thought much of it before, but since it was winter and Nagoya's climate was particularly dry, humidification and moisture became especially important. I booked this stay because I wanted to try some of the popular restaurants downstairs, so I didn't include breakfast. But from what I saw passing by, I imagine it would be quite good.

When I was booking my hotel, I ran into some issues, but to my surprise, the hotel manager at check-in helped me sort everything out. His service was incredibly professional, and I'm very grateful! 🙏 The breakfast here is fantastic with a wide variety of options, and there are tons of great places to eat near the hotel. The room itself is very spacious, and the view is absolutely beautiful.

The view of the sea from the window of the room was superb. However, I wanted to go out to the balcony, but it was a pity that the door did not open due to the sea breeze. It was difficult to understand where the toilet in the room was flushed. I thought it would be a better hotel if it was renewed. The large communal bath was pleasant. The windows of the Western-style room were devised not to condensate, but they did not function for about half. 3 I went by person, but the triple bed room was very good.

GGuest UserI stayed alone in a triple-bed room, but it was spacious and comfortable. I wasn't able to eat breakfast this time, but it was delicious the last time I had it. The breakfast area was also spacious, so I could eat without worrying about others. The lobby was also spacious and comfortable. I think it would be more popular if there was a large public bath on the top floor.
