MMaomaoMaomaoOn the first day of 2026, we chose to hide in the mountains of Songyang for healing. Here, time seems to be held in the hands of the mountain breeze and opened easily. The mountains of Songyang are deep, and the ”Lixia and the Sea” is like a quiet envelope, hidden safely in the arms of Songzhuang.
The moment I opened the door, it seemed to be gently accepted by this cabin. Lixia and Haibo, a pair of cute people with seasons and vastness in their names, smiled at the most natural decoration of this mountain residence. The puppy 123 wags its tail around its feet, like a welcome reunion after a long time.
In the common area on the first floor, every book, every lamp, every flower is in the right place, not like a deliberate display, but like the natural growth of life itself. The room is full of quiet heart - the texture of wood, the touch of fabric, the intimate note, the window frame cut out of a green mountain shadow, all whispered: please feel at ease.
The fruit washed at check-in was still hanging with water beads, and a clear and moist pear soup was quietly warmed in the kitchen late at night. The most moving thing is that when the fire time is like ink, sitting around with Lixia and Haibo in front of the jumping firelight, the words are very light, and occasionally there is a firewood accompaniment. Talking about the four seasons in the mountains, talking about the stories from afar, talking about the small sorrows and light moments in life. At that moment, the fire warmed the palm, and something warmer than the fire was gently soothing the slightly tired heart of the journey.
A small gift was received when I left, full of the temperature of my hand. I suddenly realized that the night's stay was short like a good illusion.
There are always regrets - regrets - that you can pass by the light and shadow of this mountain dwelling for twenty-four hours. But more is gratitude, gratitude in the vast journey, there was such a lamp, a fire, two lovely people and a small dog, giving a dream that is not a passer-by, but a person.
May the home in this mountain be filled with laughter and warmth forever. May Lixia and Haibo continue to write their mountain diaries in the four seasons they guard each other. And we who have passed by by chance will also take this mountain starlight to the next journey.
When we meet again, the mountain should still be green, and the tail of 123 should still be swayed like a joy comma. Looking forward to seeing you ～

WwhyyunFirst of all, I would like to express why I chose this B&B. I drove here from Wuyuan and arrived at Chenjiapu Village in Songyang at about three o'clock in the afternoon. It was very reasonable to choose this B&B according to the route plan, because this B&B is located in It is on the way to Yangjiatang, and the price/performance ratio is much higher than staying in Yangjiatang. Facts have proved that we made the right choice. It was around 18:00 in the evening when I arrived at the B&B in Yangjiatang after a good visit. The landlady was very enthusiastic and contacted me after placing the order. I didn’t hear it because it was in my bag. I later replied and told me to have dinner at her place. The price of dinner was reasonable. Breakfast was the current green vegetable, egg and edamame noodles, which tasted very good. Early the next morning, my husband drove to Ma'anshan to take pictures of the sea of clouds. After breakfast, we went to Songzhuang Village.

Ssi****This was by far the most delightful stay of our trip. Staying in an old house within an ancient village offered a truly unique experience.
The old house was incredibly well-preserved, and every decorative detail showcased the owner's thoughtful touches.
The room itself was thoughtfully modernized to suit contemporary guests, and yes, it really, really, really had a smart toilet! 🚽
We had dinner at the guesthouse both nights, ordering from the owner. While the prices were a little higher than outside, the ingredients were exquisite, the preparation was refined, and the dining atmosphere was wonderfully atmospheric. The food itself was very satisfying. (I absolutely loved the tofu, which is apparently a local specialty).
Also, when you're exploring the village, don't forget to say hello to the local dogs! 🐶 They're all very friendly, and we became good pals with them over our two-day stay.

GGuest UserI recommend everyone to stay at ”Ark on the Clouds Holiday Home”. You can watch the sunrise and sea of clouds while lying on the bed, and you can see the panoramic view of the terraced fields when you walk to the balcony. The store manager Lele is beautiful, friendly, and very nice. She helps take care of my baby. The baby likes Aunt Lele very much, and my mother also likes Aunt Lele very much. We agreed to come to ”Ark” again when the baby can walk by himself, grows up a little, and understands more. Sometimes, the meaning of travel is to broaden your horizons and increase your wisdom, to experience different customs and customs, and to see more possibilities in life; sometimes, the meaning of travel may just be ”encountering”, and that kindness and warmth can stay in your heart and mine for a long, long time. ❤️

RRrrDExcellent facilities, luxurious and clean room with great view of the rice terraces from balcony. Air con was powerful enough to keep room cool in day time and warm and snug at night.
All the staff were generous, kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Barbecue meat dinner outside in camp chairs was delicious and fun.

The camp looks dreamy at night time with lights on, peaceful with only sound you can hear is water trickling on the rice terraces and frogs in them croaking.
Entrance to Jiuqu Yunhuan rice terrace scenic area is less than 5mins walk. Worth getting up early to see the sun rise as the terraces look the best in the morning as the light simmers off the water (in Spring).
Thanks to the boss who helped us with our luggage and gave a lift to the cable car station on our way down.
Would definitely stay again!

GGuest UserVery satisfied! It was the right decision to bring the kids here during the spring break. There were few people and the service was in place. There was a buffet in the hotel so I didn't have to run back and forth. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner all solved! The building was so beautiful that I couldn't help taking pictures. Every place was carefully designed. I look forward to visiting again in June! The cloud butler Yunxiang also gave the kids game coins, and the kids had a lot of fun. Great 👍

SSalmon0013I spent two nights at the Marriott Hotel in Lishui and truly enjoyed my stay. The hotel’s location is perfect—right on the river, offering a calm and scenic view. Upon arrival, the front desk staff kindly upgraded me to a river-view room, which was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, especially the memory pillow. The bathroom was modern and very clean, and the bathtub was perfect for relaxing after a long day. (It would be even better if they added a smart toilet someday!)
The staff deserve special praise—always smiling, polite, and professional. The team at the 31st-floor lounge were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The lounge food selection was excellent, with a wide variety and great quality. The lobby staff were also very welcoming and efficient.
Breakfast was one of the highlights—an impressive range of both Chinese and international dishes, all delicious and well presented. Easily a 10/10 experience.
I also enjoyed the pool and steam room, both clean and easily accessible, with helpful staff on site.
Overall, everything about this hotel exceeded expectations: great location, outstanding service, delicious food, and top-class facilities. I would certainly stay here again on my next visit to Lishui.

Although the B&B is very close to the service center of Yunhe Terraces Scenic Area, it still provides pick-up and drop-off between the service center and the B&B. When staying at a B&B, the room was larger this time, the bedding was clean and smell-free, and the bathroom was also tidy and smell-free. The boss enthusiastically introduced the tour route, happy✧٩（ˊωˋ*）و✧Thank you^ω^
The scenery of the terraces is amazing, there are not too many people, and the tour service experience is very good. I will consider coming again!

GGuest UserWe loved our weekend stay here as a quiet and green nature getaway from Shanghai (3hr train ride). We arrived late in the evening, but the provided taxi service from Qingtian was great (40mins, 80rmb). Our host Nancy was so sweet, spoke great English, made us wonderful coffees and even took us on a little tour of the village and vegetable gardens. The accomodation is in a small village with 500yo houses, where mostly elderly people still live. We went on two nice 2-3hrs hikes, to the waterfalls and temple and towards another village. Food was great too: lovely rice flake porridge and many other things for breakfast, free tea and snacks, and in the evening we got a lovely noodle soup. Our lastminute vegetarian request was easily accomodated. Bed and shower were lovely and a good heater was provided to warm the room. Would definitely recommend, we hope to come back in spring to see the flower fields!
