I stumbled upon this hotel on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform). Curious, I took two buses after landing in Haneda, a journey that took almost three hours, to finally arrive. From check-in to check-out, this was the most satisfying Japanese-style hot spring hotel we stayed at during our summer vacation with the kids! We were extremely satisfied with the service, facilities, environment, and dining, making our family vacation a wonderful experience! My only regret is not visiting the Kamo River Ocean World next to the hotel. Well, with that regret, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! ᵔᴥᵔ ᔔ
Had a great stay here and a wonderful overall experience. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. I booked this hotel to relax for two days, and it was perfect for that. The rooms are a bit outdated, but they’re clean and comfortable. The location is a little far from the city, but the free hourly shuttle buses to both the airport and downtown definitely make up for it. The food in the restaurants is good, and the hotel also has a gym and spa, which is great.
The food selection was extensive, and the surroundings were beautiful. Our sea-view room was spacious, and the hot springs were incredibly relaxing. After a good soak, a variety of refreshing drinks were available, making for an incredibly satisfying experience.
We stayed here on a last-minute trip to Kamogawa Sea World, our first in 10 years!
We stayed with 4 adults and 1 junior high school student.
There were some stains on the carpet, but it was no problem for a one-night stay and we didn't mind it.
The room was very spacious, with 2 toilets, 2 sets of chairs and tables for 4, a bed and futon, as well as a closet and kitchen, making it a rare room and very comfortable.
Even with 4 adults it felt spacious!
It was great that we could use the hot spring at the Kamogawa Grand Hotel opposite! The hot spring was much better than I expected and we were able to refresh ourselves!
I think I'll stay here again the next time I go to Kamogawa!
The airport shuttle is a major highlight of this hotel, but without it, this hotel isn't worth choosing. Also, the hotel is a bit old; there's a musty smell in the room, even though it's quite spacious. There were also small bugs. There are no restaurants nearby, so you're forced to eat at the hotel's buffet, which isn't particularly cheap. All in all, unless you have a really late or really early flight, or are just transiting, there's really no need to stay here.
Clean and comfy room and toilet. Polite and helpful staff as well who helped us with catching the airport shuttle bus. Good location and near Kaihimmakuhari Station, and a short walk away from an AEON mall. There was also a nice Christmas tree and other decorations at the lobby. One thing to note is that they will photocopy your credit card as a form of deposit.
The multi-course dinner in a private room was excellent, so I was looking forward to breakfast, but was disappointed that it was a buffet. Both the large communal bath and the open-air bath were spacious and comfortable. The room was deep enough, but the width was only about 40-50 cm from the foot of the bed, so it felt a bit cramped. Even business hotels these days have a little more space! Other facilities, furnishings, and customer service were impeccable, making for a comfortable stay.
This hotel is perfect for layovers or if you have a very early or late flight, offering a good place to rest. The basic facilities are comprehensive, though a bit dated. There's a shuttle bus service to Narita Terminals 1 and 2, and they can also drop you off at Aeon Mall. During Christmas, they have a light show. The hotel features a buffet restaurant, a sushi restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, and a 24-hour Lawson convenience store.
The downsides are that the rooms are quite old, the mini-fridge makes noise all night, and the toilet and bathroom facilities aren't very convenient.

Had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were warm, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious, love the spread. Awesome sea view from my room, and the hotel’s location made it easy to get around; shuttle & resort line. Overall, a very satisfying stay — I would gladly return.
One of the most peaceful place I’ve been and there’s a seven eleven shop inside the hotel. They gave me a good room that I can look at Japan. I love the free sauna and transportation they provide. I have a free taxi ride also when they don’t have car going to hotel. Everything in my room is clean and the amenities were refill everyday. I will definitely go back to this hotel.

HHazhumeiThe hotel is pretty good. The shuttle pick-up point is outside Maihama Station, and the shuttle bus has cute little Mickey windows. It's also very close to the Disney monorail. The only minor drawback is that I'd recommend booking a standard room with breakfast. The executive lounge amenities were just a few pieces of bread, which wasn't really worth the extra cost.
GGuest UserThe location is close to Disneyland but remote to other places in Tokyo. The Heiyo 京業线 needs about 10 mins long walk through the complicated Tokyo Station from major lines. Then there are free shuttle buses every 20 mins, 00, 20, 40 at Bus Stop C to the hotel from Maihama. There is a mall at the station with a good variety of restaurants and a supermarket. The bay areas are only with resorts and Disney.
The hotel is a traditional five star but a bit old fashioned. The price was good with 4 breakfasts and there are 4 restaurants. There are game stations with free old Nintendo (1980's) and coined ones like most games shop.
There are bay views and park views. My one was a park view facing Disney and there were fireworks every night from 8:30-8:35.

ZZhongbumoxigehemoxigewanyanandiquyiyaThis is an excellent hotel for transfer both inbound and outbound. Shuttle bus schedule to the Narita/ ANA Crown Hotel is one the value-added services offered by the hotel. In-house facilities such as gym and restaurants are also available. Breakfast is one of the must you have no reason to miss.
Here I want to put down my special notes of hearty thanks to Mr Yasuhiro and Mr Nakamura who worked so hard to get back my biking bags in time from Yamato Express. Without their great enthusiasm and dedication on this, I might have to reschedule my flight, rebook my hotel fort my onward journey to Shanghai China. Thank you Mr Yasuhiro and Mr Nakamura for your combined support making my biking journey in Japan a true PERFECT one ! Thank you Japan !

EExgratiaWe would like to compliment the staff Robin for making our stay most memorable. He helped us coordinate our 2 night stay due to flight changes as a result of bad weather. On top of it, he helped to make transport arrangements to the nearest hospital for a medical attention. Finally, it was a pleasant surprise from him to send an anniversary card personally to our room. Excellent service from the front line staff :)
