Nearby have many restaurants, pub and convenience stores.
There is also many facilities like gym, swimming pool and sauna. Close at 10pm
I going to use the sauna but I saw a huge cockroach so the cleanliness is a bit…
And sometimes during midnight you will still heard mat rempit sound

AAnonymous UserHope u guys can improve dari segi kebersihan sebab lantai tandas dan lantai bilik rasa melekit macam sabun cuci lantai tak bilas habis. As suggestion why not u guys put some basic cuttleries macam mangkuk pinggan sudu garfu ke. Yang lain okay selesa harga pun berpatutan, parking pun senang cuma mahal lah flat rate Rm15. Cuma make sure u guys double check regarding facities ya so that ur customers boleh guna kemudahan hotel and tak kena sound dengan staff hotel lagi. Tq

GGuest UserOverall, it was a good experience. The environment was clean and every staff member was very nice. There were also many breakfast options. Unfortunately, we happened to encounter several tour groups, so we were arranged to have breakfast in another hall. However, cartoons were played throughout, which kept the kids happy. That's a nice little detail… but of course, if I have a chance to go again, I'd like to try the main dining area.

NNaNaNa 709The hotel is new, with great facilities and a convenient location. There is also ample parking space. Our room was very big and spacious, with two king-sized beds that were extremely comfortable. All the basic amenities were provided, and we even received a complimentary minibar.
The only downside was that the toilet was quite dirty, and we had to ask the housekeeping staff to clean it.
Aisha, the person in charge at the lobby, was very helpful, lovely, and friendly. She also welcomed us with a refreshing drink and a cold towel.
The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of choices, including Malaysian breakfast dishes, Western options, pastries, and fruits. Loved it!

SSanfentangnaichaOverall, I really liked this hotel with its strong Nanyang (Southeast Asian) charm. From the exterior to the room decor, everything felt great. It's within walking distance to attractions and close to the TBS bus station, just a fifteen-minute drive away.
However, there were a few things I wasn't happy about:
1. I didn't realize beforehand that breakfast here is à la carte and only starts at 7:00 AM. It also takes a while for the food to be prepared. Since we had already booked our bus back to Kuala Lumpur for 9:00 AM, there was no time to eat. It was a shame, and we couldn't get a refund either. The staff kindly packed two boxes of bread for us, but for a breakfast costing several hundred for four people, it wasn't worth it. If you want to enjoy breakfast properly, definitely plan your time carefully.
2. We were three adults and one child, but we were required to book two rooms. Even though the rooms were spacious, we couldn't add an extra bed.
3. The soundproofing in the rooms was very poor. We could clearly hear our neighbors showering and flushing the toilet at night, and it was quite noisy.
4. We were charged 600 RMB for the two rooms upon check-in. I paid with a credit card, but upon check-out, I was told the refund would take 15 business days to be credited back to my account. That's quite annoying.

GGuest UserThe room is beautifully decorated; you can tell a lot of thought and effort went into its design. The overall style is very cohesive, and it's well-equipped with excellent soundproofing. Its location right on the Strait of Malacca is fantastic. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great during my two-day stay, so I couldn't enjoy the panoramic views, which was a shame. I highly recommend staying here.

2. **Cleanliness and Amenities:** Although the interior decor feels a bit dated, the hotel maintains good cleanliness and is tidy. Both the rooms and the entire hotel are very spacious with comprehensive facilities, easily meeting the standards of a domestic four-star hotel or higher. It's also very quiet, ensuring a peaceful and restful night's sleep.
3. **Extensive Breakfast & Large Pool:** The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, though it might not entirely cater to Chinese tastes. The swimming pool is also quite large.
4. **Good Service:** The hotel staff provides good service and is friendly towards Chinese guests.
**Overall:**
Considering the price point of 300-500 yuan, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The stay experience was very good, and I personally recommend it.

LlimonzI like the room size big and comfy. All amenities are there. iron board hairdryer. dont have bathroom slippers and hand towels though. bed and pillows very comfortable. Quiet and peaceful even though i request room facing main road. elevators are fast. no need wait. ample parking. there is a food court just 3 min walk from hotel. Staff are helpful

GGuest UserOur stay at Puteri Bay Melaka was great 👍🏼 The location was great because we are able to have a good view of the beach, and it was near food places. The hotel reception and staff were also kind and helpful. Food selection for breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable and had a good sleep 👍🏼👍🏼
The downside was that the toilet was not totally clean as there were strands of hairs sticking out from under the bed. Additionally, there were no toothbrushes provided in the room, and the prayer mat had an odour.
Generally, the stay was good although maybe staff need to ensure the room cleanliness and smell abit more?
I would still recommend the hotel for the comfortable beds and nice view and location beside the waterfront 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

AASA93I have a pleasant and comfy stay for a night.
Room was ready when I went to the counter for check in. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly.
The room was spacious enough for two people.. bed also clean and comfy. I think just the cons is that there was no small fridge (?) inside my room. Not sure whether they have them installed in another rooms.
Check out also very easy and fast.
Parking around hotel were a bit limited but they provide extra parking just at the other side of the road so you have to walk a bit (dataran). Shops also pretty nearby.
