BBokkie TruongA short walk down a slope to the Ela beachfront and a good restaurant and bakery. The hotel is ok, but furniture, sheets, and mattresses are old and 'tired'. Staff is really friendly. Pool area nice. Check-in a bit frustrating as they couldn't find our reservation - eventually sorted out.

GGuest UserI stayed here for two weeks, and it was one of the best experiences I could have asked for. The property was exceptionally well-managed, the atmosphere was welcoming, and every staff member was professional, attentive, and respectful.
As a solo female traveler, feeling safe and comfortable is incredibly important, and the team made me feel secure throughout my stay and while conducting business. Their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out.

TTheukrulerThe check in process is slowest I have seen. Checkin time is at 2pm I tried to checkin at 2pm I was told room is not ready. I said what time will it be ready response was I don’t know. I said checkin time is 2pm I want to checkin after waiting 20 mins I was handed a key card.
Only 1 lift working so can take a long time to get to the room.
WiFi was good, the restaurant is decent. The shuttle times on the display is wrong but no one cared.

NNgaiThe hotel environment is comfortable and  clean.  staff service attitude is attentive ,  active and enthusiastic.  The food in the hotel restaurant is of high quality and  tastes good, which is beyond my expectation. The most important thing is that the price consumption is also reasonable.

GGuest UserA fun and enjoyable stay. A very unique and very large property. I would’ve preferred my room have been in the main building. But this is a very busy and popular hotel. Breakfast is decent, and they have a very good onsite shop for all your conveniences. I’d definitely stay again.

GGuest UserThis is probably the best room with the best views in all of Papua New Guinea, and the security is top-notch. There's also a direct walkway to the beach, which is super convenient and safe. Plus, there are tons of different restaurants right by the sea.
