"The Hotel was absolutely gorgeous. All staff from the beginning extremely helpful and supportive. Starting with the smart check in person Nishant who speaks wonderful English, going on with the nice room service ladies to all people serving breakfast, the lovely chef from Xian with his great dishes. The room is spacious with a great view to the lights of the close amusement places and wonderfully illuminated bridges. We would certainly come back and enjoy life at the Marriott Taizhou. Once you are in Taizhou please don't miss the yellow caves 黄岩石窟. People at the hotel will tell you how to get there . Marvelous and unforgettable experience!! True for Hotel and yellow caves!!! "The loft apartment had a really great vibe. It was very clean and elegantly designed. The breakfast was plentiful, and there was ample parking in the underground garage. What really left a lasting impression was the incredibly warm and attentive service. They offered ice cream upon arrival, and provided bottled water and snacks when we left. They even helped with laundry! Every staff member we met greeted us enthusiastically, which made for an excellent experience. It's conveniently located in the old town, making it easy to get anywhere, and it's right next to the subway station. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip."

"I booked a three-night package deal through Ctrip, and the hotel room was quite spacious and very comfortable. The hygiene and environment were excellent. I'm a bit of a clean freak, so I always wipe down the nightstand and desk with sanitizing wipes when I check into any hotel, and there wasn't a speck of dust here. Also, I drink a lot of water, and the staff were very thoughtful, bringing me several extra bottles. I also dined at the hotel restaurant during my stay; the service was attentive, the food was delicious, and they even gave me a discount. All in all, I was extremely satisfied."

"The hotel's location is great. We drove and there's free underground parking. It was a short taxi ride to Xinrongji restaurant in the evening, and convenient to refuel on our way to the museum the next day. Check-in was smooth. I requested non-smoking rooms, adjoining rooms, and a high floor when I booked, and all requests were met. The view from the room window was very elegant. The hotel breakfast had a good selection, and we even received a souvenir gift at check-out. The staff were very friendly. It was raining when we checked out, and I needed a paper bag for an umbrella. I happened to run into a cleaning staff member and she very kindly provided one. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Taizhou."

"Staying at the Hampton by Hilton in Jiaojiang this time was a truly positive experience. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet spot, yet still close to transportation and dining options. The room decor is simple but elegant, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast offered a practical and wide variety of choices, including hot dishes, pastries, and drinks – I left feeling completely satisfied. The hotel's amenities, like the robot food delivery, self-service laundry, and fitness center, were very thoughtful. The staff were friendly and polite, and check-in was smooth and efficient. How do I even put this amazing trip into words? I’m an exchange student studying Chinese in Hangzhou, and I was totally hooked after seeing photos of Shenxianju’s breathtaking scenery online. I searched a lot of hotels and homestays near Shenxianju, but here’s the thing—most hotel staff couldn’t speak English. That’s when I found this homestay! The front desk team was so friendly, answered all my questions in English, and even took my special requests super seriously. Once I got there, I was blown away: the place was quiet and peaceful, and the room was spotless. Every staff member was warm and welcoming—whatever I needed, they had my back right away. The front desk attendants were always there when I called. At night, I got to stare up at a sky full of stars and really feel nature’s magic.oh,and their food? Really Delicious! And it’s so close to Shenxianju Scenic Area—only a 15-minute taxi ride! If you’re looking for a great homestay experience like I was, this one comes with my highest recommendation!

I’m an international traveler from California, USA, and this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in! I normally book only five star hotels for my family (my husband, four year old, and myself) and this hotel in Tiantai truly blew us away. The design and decor is gorgeous - it transports you to a zen garden complete with sophisticated greenery and koi pond. The koi pond is beautiful and the fish are so healthy. The hotel staff was also extremely kind and accommodating, Miss Zhang walked us to a restaurant the first day we arrived and DingDing was really sweet to our four year old son. The service was the best and I didn’t feel like I had issues communicating, even with my limited Chinese, and with my family not speaking any Chinese. My husband had work calls with California at a ridiculous hour (4 am to 8 am!) and they let him use the tea room for his video calls. The value for this place is also amazing - this was the least expensive hotel I have stayed in, and also the best! I really feel like this hotel was the passion project of someone who had a grand vision and great taste. The Le Labo toiletries were such an unexpected treat. I have family in Tiantai so I will definitely be back and I can’t wait to stay here again!

Very good hotel! Very tasty breakfast with some Western options, but the Chinese ones were amazing. We also appreciated the midnight snack. Only thing is that the washing machines were always occupied so it was a bit hard to use but we still managed to wash. We do not speak Chinese but were able to communicate easily via a translator app. Overall, I think it is a great hotel with a good price-quality ratio. Will be staying here again.

My stay at Le Pavillon Eternel Hotel was fantastique! The hosts were very hospitable and friendly, a charming husband and wife couple; the hostess was quite a chef. I really liked how she cooked my meals, after visiting the Grand Waterfall of Tiantai and the Qiongtai Fairyland Canyon, perfect places for me to visit at the end of the year. Both are highly recommended. And this hotel is highly recommended because the entrance of these stunningly surreal, spectacular, and serene sites - all at once - are just about a 10-15 walk from the hotel. I visited the famous Buddhist Temple a few years back, so it was all about taking in this amazing waterfall and exploring this enchanting water canyon in between soaring mountains that kiss the sky. Descending back to my hotel room, it was quiet, and the bed comfortable. The heater and the wifi also worked well. The water was nice and hot in the middle of winter. The hotel is not very far from the Tiantai Shan Train Station, which is about 15-20 by taxi and costs only about 25 yuan. When I get another chance to come to Tiantai, I'll definitely come back here.
