Traveling by car, I wasn't quite sure about the hotel's parking garage rules. After parking, I went to the front desk to inquire. Geng Wei patiently and thoroughly explained the entrance and exit locations and also informed me about peak parking times. The room had good natural light, and the mattress was comfortable, allowing me to relax well after a day of driving. I'm very satisfied.

With the high temperatures in Suzhou and Hangzhou, this is a great escape to the heat in the northwest, featuring a lovely guesthouse village. Nan'an is the largest guesthouse complex in the area, with 40 rooms out of a total of 100. This time, we stayed at Taojiaying West House, with a swimming pool in front and a farm/ranch/ranch in the back – very pleasant. The room details were also very well done, suitable for large families or groups of friends. Both restaurants in the village are good for breakfast: 🌻Xiangke (more variety), 🍜Lao Wang Ji Breakfast & Midnight Canteen. Special praise to Nan'an's management team, including Da Yuan and her group; they communicated with us before our arrival and were very attentive. During our stay, our drone got stuck in a tree in the yard, and the management team helped us find a solution from evening until morning, finally fixing it with a tree trunk over ten meters long. - Climb the Great Wall (five-minute climb to the top) for panoramic views of the Yellow River and the village. - Feeding lambs, riding camels, milking goats. I call it the Yellow River version of ”Wuzhen Village”; the entire village has an integrated design with a Mediterranean feel, perfect for photos.

Location: The hotel is conveniently located near Yinchuan Municipal Government and Ningxia Museum, making it easy to access attractions and the train station. Its prime location is a definite plus. However, the hotel entrance is situated between two buildings, and many ride-sharing drivers get misdirected to the parking lot by their navigation, making it difficult for them to pick up guests. It's advisable to factor in extra time when booking a ride. Room: This time, I used my points to upgrade to a Mountains and Rivers View room. The facilities are pretty similar to the standard rooms, but being on a higher floor offered a nice view of the Helan Mountains. Unfortunately, the window glass was very dirty, making it impossible to take good photos. I suggest cleaning them. Also, the air inlet cover on the handle of the hairdryer in the bathroom was missing, indicating that some facilities need prompt maintenance. The TV was quite old; it couldn't cast, and both the picture and sound quality were poor. Food: The breakfast selection was rich and varied. However, some of the English translations for certain dishes were significantly flawed and need immediate correction. For dining out, Jin Feng Wanda Plaza is nearby. Alternatively, if you turn left twice after exiting the hotel, within 50 meters, there's a restaurant called 'Bai Xing Han Can' which offers a wide variety of dishes that cater well to Southern palates.

We chose the Kempinski in Yinchuan, and the location is excellent. Across the road are the Ningxia Museum, the Municipal People's Government, the Science and Technology Museum, and the International Convention and Exhibition Center. Daisy checked us in, upgraded our room type, and gave us access to the executive lounge, making the experience truly fantastic. We encountered a small issue with the room, and Daisy resolved it very quickly. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. The executive lounge was excellent; the afternoon tea biscuits were delicious, and the dinner featured a carefully curated menu with comprehensive nutritional elements, both visually appealing and tasty. Staff in all departments were very responsible, and housekeeping service was also great. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Checked in for a one-night stay on October 9th. The starry sky that night was absolutely breathtaking and totally worth the room rate! The butler reached out a day in advance and sent over the schedule of activities. Compared to the No. 7 Starry Sky and S Tent where we stayed the previous two days, Tengol is a huge step up—it has a real resort vibe, and the professional photography here yields incredible, highly photogenic shots. The room is very spacious with a huge bed, and the first round of drinks in the minibar is complimentary. The complimentary off-road vehicle ride offers scenery just as stunning as the one inside Shapotou, saving us from the crowded tourist zones over there. The evening show was heartfelt and well worth watching; the camel ride, horses, molten iron fireworks (da tie hua), and folk songs were all fantastic. Getting to watch them up close felt like having VIP seats. The stargazing session took place right outdoors under the night sky, which was an amazing experience. The instructor was great, and we even got to see Saturn's rings through the telescope! Plus, some generous guests set off fireworks for us to enjoy every now and then, haha. There are also optional professional photoshoot packages available, which are an absolute must for souvenirs! Breakfast was also miles ahead of the previous two places—both exquisite and delicious. Finally, our butler arranged a car to take us to the airport. A perfect single-night stay—I will definitely come back for a second visit!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! It's a beautiful vineyard estate with lush greenery, offering a tranquil and cozy environment. You can cycle and stroll around the grounds, visit the winery, and the atmosphere is simply wonderful. What I'm most incredibly grateful for is that around 10 PM on the night of our check-in, I suddenly felt unwell. However, my partner couldn't leave our young, sleeping child. In a moment of panic, one of the team members in the housekeeper chat proactively offered help. Even more remarkably, the manager immediately drove me to the hospital for treatment, accompanied me through all the examinations, and stayed with me until past midnight. I'm truly, incredibly grateful. The room was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities. But most importantly, the staff here are genuinely warm and helpful. The manager extended a helping hand when a guest needed it most, acting like family even though we're not. It's truly difficult to encounter such an unexpected situation when traveling, but thankfully, the manager and housekeepers were so warm and helped me through it smoothly. As a guest, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Helan Mountain. It was a truly warm and special accommodation experience. The room environment feels comfortable, the hotel is in a good location, and the transportation is generally convenient. Duoduo at the front desk said that there is Hengdian Cinema nearby. We went to the snack street in the evening, which is not far from the hotel and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The room is comfortable and sanitary, the front desk and room attendants are happy to provide all kinds of help, the facilities are very smart, and the price-performance ratio is good. It is the first choice for next stay.

The hotel's overall interior design is luxurious and grand, with both public areas and rooms exuding a high-end feel. The breakfast was pretty standard overall, but the mutton noodle soup with minced meat was exceptionally delicious and highly recommended. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the overall service experience was quite satisfactory. However, there were two minor regrets: first, the hotel does not provide children's shampoo and shower gel, so family-friendly details could be further improved; second, the Executive Lounge Happy Hour ends at 8:00 PM, which is a bit early. We arrived at the hotel rather late that day, and by the time we got there, only a plate of cabbage, desserts, and drinks were left, with virtually no hot mains or staple foods available, which dampened the experience somewhat. Overall, the hotel's hardware and service are great, but there is still room for improvement regarding the Executive Lounge dining hours and amenities for families with children.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time, and I must commend Lucky by name. From the moment I checked in to subsequent room inquiries, he patiently answered all my questions, communicating gently and politely. When small issues arose, he proactively helped resolve them with quick responses and a strong sense of responsibility. The hotel overall was clean and well-equipped, and Lucky's thoughtful and meticulous service made me feel completely at home. He provides a comfortable experience for guests with his professional service and is truly an outstanding employee of the hotel. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

The hotel boasts excellent facilities and comprehensive services. The design is highly thoughtful and practical, featuring a laundry room with a dryer, which is very convenient for families traveling with children. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options, with new dishes introduced daily. A standout feature is the late-night kitchen, serving instant noodles with flavors from five different countries, prepared on the spot. We also received welcome gifts and small souvenirs. Parking is ample and free. The location is also good, making it convenient for those traveling by car. The only minor issue was that despite booking three rooms for five consecutive nights 20 days in advance and requesting them to be on the same floor in the booking notes, upon check-in, no arrangements had been made. We were informed that we would have to pay extra to have the rooms on the same floor, which we declined. Fortunately, the front desk attendant was incredibly helpful and managed to upgrade our rooms to a premium type on the same floor, waiving the additional charge. I hope that in the future, the hotel can accommodate guest requests for room assignments more proactively. I would still recommend this hotel to friends.
