This was an absolutely beautiful and wonderful hotel. While cave hotels offer a unique charm, for families with children, considering the comfortable room environment and excellent hotel services, this particular hotel comes highly recommended. Even with many families present, the hotel maintains a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your stay. The meals were superb – both lavish and healthy! The staff's service was impeccable. You can even watch the hot air balloons from the hotel entrance, and by just crossing the road, you can capture truly amazing photos of them. This is a hotel I wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you. I definitely want to come back again.

The hotel is located high up in the town, offering a great view of Cappadocia's unique landscape. The surroundings are beautiful, and you can see hot air balloons and the sunrise in the morning. The hotel proactively contacted us via WeChat before our arrival and stayed in touch throughout our journey. Our flight didn't land until 11:30 PM, but the front desk attendant patiently waited for us and even helped with our luggage – very professional! The cave room was spacious and very clean, and it wasn't stuffy like I had imagined. We stayed for two nights, and the bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful; even though there were some items we weren't used to, it was clear they put in a lot of effort. On the second day, they even made Chinese noodles, which was a thoughtful touch and very welcoming to Chinese guests. Our flight back to Istanbul was at 10 PM, and it was quite cold during the day. The hotel not only allowed us to play cards in the lobby but also provided complimentary tea and coffee. We're very grateful for their excellent service. Highly recommended!

First of all, the breakfast was very disappointing; the finished items weren't replenished. The waiters were extremely indifferent. I see in reviews that hot food was served hot. I think the pool could be better maintained. We chose it specifically because it was indoors, but I think there are hygiene issues. We were pleased with the reception and the location. However, I can't say it completely met my expectations. The lack of air conditioning in the rooms is a major drawback.

The location is not good, in a village, if you don't want to toss or book a hotel in Goreme directly, it is more convenient. However, the environment is nothing to say, very popular, want to experience the real cave room here is not wrong; the front desk brother is very handsome, breakfast is also very good. We arrived late and there was nothing to eat nearby, so we added a dinner, 400 lira a person, eating is not bad, local Turkish food.

Staff is very polite and nice. Sweet and lovely people. Other guests were also friendly. Would recommend this peace if you want peace and calmness. Gerome hot air baloon is also close to it, almost 15 minutes drive.

Can I just say this hotel is an oasis in Göreme?! From the moment you walk in, the pool is the first thing you see – and it's absolutely stunning for photos! I booked this hotel because I loved it so much, even though I couldn't get a consecutive stay. Trying out two different room types was also a great experience! The rooms have a very vintage design, and the suites come with a Jacuzzi tub – just remember to bring your own disposable tub liner if you want a soak! My absolute favorite part, though, was the view of the pool. It's beautiful from every angle, at any time of day. It looks even more magical at night when the lights come on. Sip on a spritz and then drift off to sleep! Besides the hot air balloons, finding this hidden gem of a hotel was the biggest highlight of my trip to Göreme! Oh, and hotels here usually have a custom of taking in or keeping a stray dog. This one has a big black German Shepherd – don't let his size fool you, he's very gentle, so no need to worry too much.

I was given a room on the basement level, right next to the pool and sauna. So, even with the AC set to 10 degrees Celsius at night, the room was still very hot. I had no choice but to open the window to ventilate and sleep. However, the soundproofing in the room was terrible; I heard all sorts of door slams and car noises in the morning. The breakfast on the first day was alright, a standard Turkish breakfast with lots of cheese. But on the second day, I felt completely lost, not knowing what to eat.

Excellent location in the middle of town with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. The room was spacious with two single beds, and staff were friendly. Only downside was no water on my last morning, they tried to fix it but I had to check out early. Also didn’t get to try breakfast as it starts at 8:30am. Still, recommended for the location.
