Hotels With Pools in Samarkand Region, Uzbekistan

This is a good hotel. We stayed at the Hilton before this, and this hotel is no different in terms of quality. It's clean, and the housekeeping is daily, with excellent staff. The downside (we stayed in March 2026) is that there's absolutely nothing nearby. The fountains weren't working, and neither were the water park, amusement park, or shopping center! In the summer, during peak season, it would probably be wonderful here! But not at any other time of year!

Nice big rooms and very good breakfast, location is convenient - around 10mins walk to Registan and Gur Emir. But the rest was not meeting expectations given the high price. The spa has good facilities but is not operated properly - I had reserved in advance but when I was let in the sauna and hammam was only just turned on so nowhere near proper temperature even by the time my hour ended. Also there was no towel in there (was told there would be). The jacuzzi was connected to the pool so the entire area was cold water, with the pool water level too high - I think they were supposed to be filled separately and not kept at fully filled level. There were some drain flies in my bathroom so cleanliness also needs to be addressed.

I highly recommend this hotel! I was torn between two Hilton properties, but I'm so glad I chose this one. It's incredibly convenient – a taxi ride anywhere only costs 10-20 som. Since I couldn't use ride-sharing apps due to my registration, the front desk helped me call taxis every day. A special thanks to Ismigul and Amin, who spoke perfect English and were incredibly helpful, calling countless taxis for me daily 🚗. For anyone visiting Samarkand, don't hesitate to pick this hotel. The breakfast was also excellent, with make-your-own waffles that my son devoured every morning. They even gave me a discount on my massage. Overall, this hotel made our trip complete.

After a few rough nights at a Soviet hotel, words can’t describe how happy I was to see this hotel. The male receptionist was very welcoming when I arrived as he let me check in a bit earlier after a train ride. The breakfast fulfilled my needs as they have fresh fruits, vegetables, yoghurt, eggs, coffee… no complaint. The guy working at the breakfast area was also very helpful. After I finished gym, I went up there. He immediately asked me if I needed water. It shows that he’s attentive. I felt happy staying there. The reason I booked it was the gym. As an active person, I need to work out on my travels. The gym is not fully equipped but it provides with the basics such as a treadmill, a bike and weights. Location wise, it’s not in the center of the tourist spot but it’s walking distance. It took me 15 min to get to Registan. Don’t worry though as Samarkand is pedestrian friendly.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. All my expectations were fully met. The staff were polite and attentive; you feel their welcoming attitude towards guests from the very first moment. The room was clean and cozy, with everything you need. I especially want to highlight the very convenient location of the hotel, making it easy to get to the city's main attractions. A big plus is the sauna and swimming pool. After walking around the city, it was especially nice to relax in the hotel's spa area in the evening. This added even more comfort to my vacation. Overall, it's a very pleasant and charming hotel. I only have good impressions. I highly recommend it.

I want to thank the hotel, its staff, and especially Vigen, for the warm welcome, comfort, and help in organizing our trip. The hotel is beautiful, everything is perfect down to the smallest detail, even the scent in the lobby! ☺️ The rooms are cozy and clean, and the beds and pillows are comfortable. The pool is excellent. I also want to thank the hotel and Vigen for preserving my Uzbek tomatoes, which I was bringing as a gift for a dear friend. Without your help, they would have simply spoiled. I asked for tape to pack a box and inquired about bags. No problem, they found and provided everything. While still in Russia, I contacted the hotel and asked for help reserving tables at restaurants in Khiva and Samarkand, as I couldn't reach them myself. They did everything. Huge gratitude and a big five stars to you all!!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

The most beautiful hotel in Samarkand. The food is delicious, and they have local specialties! The Uzbek pilaf is the best in the world. The staff found and provided a chair for my husband, who is in a wheelchair, so he could shower. They also helped us call the airport because we didn't have a local SIM card. And they even fed us a delicious meal late in the evening when we arrived after a long journey.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Regency. Check-in was fast, and the front desk staff were wonderful – they told us everything we needed to know, advised us on the best places to eat and visit, and quickly arranged taxis within the complex. The room service staff were always accommodating, and any requests were met promptly. Room cleaning was very thorough and unobtrusive. We particularly loved the pools in the spa center on the 2nd floor and visited them daily. There's an excellent steakhouse on the 1st floor, and it's within walking distance to the fountains and the Eternal City complex.

Residing in the hotel 2 nights, enjoyed the service on the recipes and breakfast, all very kind) the hotel itself is very cozy and beautiful! The interior courtyard is very nice, from the room with the view on the garden you can see the Bibi-Khanum Mosque) Location is good, Near Registant Square) a little did not meet expectations of a range of food on breakfast, it was quite humble (compared to hotel 3* in Tashkent, there were eyes running), but hungry , of course not staying)

Friendly and helpful staff. Reception helps us contact taxi and give suggestions for restaurant. Bedroom and bathroom all clean. Comfortable bed and pillow. Hotel walkable to restaurants and convenient store. Variety of breakfast and delicious too.
