Romantic Hotels in Heilongjiang, China

This hotel is absolutely stunning! My friend and I stayed here, and from the moment our ride-share dropped us off, we were just saying ”wow, wow, wow!” It's an incredibly beautiful hotel, giving off a distinct Russian palace vibe. The attention to detail is remarkable, truly embodying the warmth and hospitality of Harbin. The location is super convenient, right next to Zhaolin Park. It's a breeze to get to Central Street and Saint Sophia Cathedral. We even walked to the Songhua River. I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip to Harbin!

Room, location and service were fantastic. The room was very large , has what we need, they had complimentary everything .. bed was comfortable, hotel has good meals available & cocktails/bar (lack of those everywhere). Close to the Chocolate Castle, you can catch a cable car to or from Sun island or subway as well, its close ( line 2) hotel is near line 3. The ice and snow world was a highlight and best transport is subway ( line 2) . We walked 8mins to the line 2 subway and then switched for line 3 on way back. Central street is also close by for the delicious massive icecreams . Harbin was amazing !

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, the room was spotless, the bedding was comfy, and all the amenities were great. The front desk staff were so warm and helpful; they even got me hot water when I checked out! Both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

We booked a 6-day, 5-night trip to Xuegu (Snow Valley) this time, mainly because we come from a tropical country with only one season: summer. So, we wanted to give our kids the experience of winter and let them enjoy playing in the snow. The warm hospitality from Uncle Tian and the proprietress made me feel right at home, even in a different country. The guesthouse felt like a big family where everyone could chat and snack on melon seeds together. The food at the guesthouse was delicious, and the prices were very fair. After eating and exploring around, I still found Uncle Tian's food to be the best tasting 😋, and the prices were reasonable. Friends from Malaysia 🇲🇾, you should definitely choose this place! I honestly think it's excellent! 👍👍👍

The room was warm enough despite the temperature outside is freezing cold at lowest -27 during our stay. They said there is only 1 family suite each floor, so the view with St Sophia Cathedral is guaranteed. There is 1 bed right after the entrance (i call it the living room with bed), and another 1 bed inside the bedroom. There is only 1 toilet / shower room - which is at the living room. There is no table or coffee table to eat together with family. The room overall has plenty of space but lack of proper furnitures.

Facilities: The room was spacious, and the heating was excellent – I even slept in a short-sleeved shirt at night, no worries about being cold at all. The bed was very soft and comfortable, and the projector provided a clear picture. Service: The customer service and the proprietress were both very warm and patient. They even recommended great food and attractions in Harbin, which was very thoughtful. Environment: It's very close to Saint Sophia Cathedral, right downstairs, which is super convenient. The view from the window was fantastic.

Ice City's Finest Double Afternoon Tea: A great variety of food. Complimentary first-round minibar: Excellent. Late-night dining: So heartwarming. Coming back from the Harbin Ice and Snow World, it was freezing, but a bowl of wontons instantly warmed me up. Although the facilities are a bit old, the service is outstanding. Everyone is incredibly attentive and always smiling. They even upgraded my room for free!

I stayed at True Go Hotel the past 2 years. Hotel was well maintained, clean, comfortable and near the many sceneries. The snacks and free drinks added to the thoughtfulness. Breakfast was yummy. Very friendly service and allowing for late checkout. Harbin winter was pricier than off season. Mahalo!

The hotel is located in Songbei District and shares an entrance with a coffee shop. My destinations for this trip were the Polarland, Sun Island, and the Siberian Tiger Park. A taxi ride from the hotel to these places cost around 17 yuan. While there's no dedicated parking, it's very easy to find parking nearby. The hotel environment is nice, and the cleanliness is excellent. It offers great value for money. Breakfast can even be delivered to your room, which is a very thoughtful touch. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Harbin.

The hotel's location is excellent, right within the scenic area, making getting around very convenient. I don't want to lower the rating and discredit the hotel staff, who genuinely put in a lot of effort for every guest. The hotel owner should feel lucky to have such wonderful employees. My five stars are for the security guard and front desk staff who helped and received me. I'd also like to privately inform the owner that some facilities need improvement. With such a great location, not every guest will overlook issues just because of the staff's kindness. Some might feel that since they paid for the room, service should be a given, especially since it's a three-star hotel charging four-star prices due to its location. So, improving the facilities to match the staff's personalized service would make it perfect. Regarding the facilities, it was very cold on the first day; the heating couldn't keep up with the sudden temperature drop. On the second day, I was terrified when a large piece of plaster filler fell from the ceiling in the middle of the night.
