The room was beautiful and spacious, very clean, and the stay was great. The TV screen mirroring worked well, and the bedding wasn't just plain white sheets, it was very comfortable! 👍 It's super convenient for visiting the North Slope of Tianchi Lake, and the front desk also has partnered travel consultants who can arrange everything at a discount. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit, highly recommended!

It’s a good hotel and also foreign friendly. Checking in was smooth and easy . They upgraded our room for free . I booked a double bed room but they upgraded to family room. It was spacious and my daughter was happy to have her own room ☺️. Location is also good . It’s just close to the mall , so you won’t struggle to find a place to eat .

Changbai Mountain High-Speed Rail Station pick-up and drop-off service once each (please be sure to book one day in advance): To be honest, after I booked, I kept waiting for a pre-arrival call. I've stayed at many hotels, but no one from this one contacted me. I understand that it might be due to staff shortages during the off-season, but if you don't contact me, how am I supposed to know your hotel's information? The experience was already disappointing before I even arrived. I only remembered there was a car service to pick me up when I got to the high-speed rail station, so I quickly called the hotel. They sent a car with no license plate to pick me up, like an unlicensed taxi.
Travel butler service: Completely non-existent.
Hilton DoubleTree welcome cookies: No one offered them. From check-in to check-out, there were only two cold apples in the room (one of which was bruised, fine, we didn't eat or touch them). Very disappointing. I didn't book your hotel just for a small cookie, but since it was clearly stated as included and wasn't provided, I didn't dare to ask for anything else.
Facilities: They were okay, no major issues during my two-day stay. Oh! The shower in my room drained slowly, and the hot water temperature was unstable.
Cleanliness: Acceptable.
Service: In the morning, I passed by a housekeeping auntie cleaning while on my way to breakfast. She just stared at me directly, which was a bit intimidating. I was the one who initiated by saying, ”Hello,” and only then did this 'gazing' auntie greet me. If this is the kind of service, there's no need to force employees to enthusiastically greet guests (I could clearly feel that the auntie didn't want to and wasn't willing to say anything, which I completely understand).

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, on Hongqi Street. It's right next to the famous shopping mall 'Zhe You Shan' and across from the Changchun Film Studio Museum. With the #54 tram stopping right outside, getting around is super convenient, perfect for sightseeing and shopping. The surrounding area has great transport links, and taxis are easily available. The front desk staff, especially the lovely 'A. Ice' (that's her WeChat name!), was incredibly warm and professional. Check-in was efficient, and they were quick to resolve any issues, making me feel right at home. The room itself was spacious and the mini-bar was complimentary. The views from the room were expansive, and the air conditioning was adjustable, which made for a really pleasant stay overall. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm back in Changchun.

The environment is fantastic, very clean, and well-equipped. The hot spring experience was also incredibly relaxing. Breakfast offered a great variety, but what truly stood out was the service. Right after check-in, a butler was assigned to us, ready to answer any questions and provide helpful reminders. There was even a dedicated shuttle service for the hot springs. Any issues we encountered were promptly resolved by the staff – their service-mindedness was truly impressive! The hotel's exclusive access to Changbai Mountain was very convenient. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I'll definitely be back!

Changchun Puyin Taihe really hit the spot for me! The Zen-inspired decor was so peaceful and comfortable, and the room details were meticulously thought out. The staff were super welcoming and the location was really convenient. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure! The value for money is absolutely incredible!

Went there with friends. The host was very nice and answered all our questions since it was our first time staying in a loft. I found the environment quite clean, and it's a great spot for a small get-together with friends.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in and was offered tea, to the incredibly efficient and seamless check-in process handled by Fu Baobao, I was surrounded by professional yet warm service the entire time. The room was clean and tidy, and the deep sleep mattress with soft bedding ensured a perfect night's rest. The soundproofing was excellent too, completely curing my late-night fatigue. The breakfast had a great variety, and the freshly cooked noodles were incredibly fragrant. I even received a warm bottle of mineral water upon check-out – it's the little details that show true thoughtfulness. This just gives me another reason to be a big fan of Atour. Full marks, highly recommended! 🌟

The location is fantastic, just a two-minute walk to the commercial street with a wide variety of restaurants. However, some stores, like McDonald's and Starbucks, were closed. The hotel also offers a great selection of entertainment facilities; the pool is clean and well-supervised, maintaining good order.
Cleanliness: Generally very clean, and housekeeping was prompt.
Ambiance: Although the hotel is older, it's very well-maintained.
Service: Any issues were resolved quickly with a fast response time. Even during the busy Dragon Boat Festival, the service quality remained excellent.
Overall, it offers great value for money! I'll definitely be back!
The overall environment of the resort is pretty good; it would probably be even better in the summer. The service is exceptional, with everyone paying great attention to detail. However, as a mom looking for a weekend getaway with my child, I found the activities to be just so-so. The snow activities themselves are free, so any amount of fun is a bonus. The hot springs, though, were really disappointing. There are only a few indoor pools, no high-temperature areas, and more importantly, they didn't feel like actual hot springs! 😦 The outdoor iron pot was impossible to use due to too much debris. From a value-for-money perspective, it's not the best choice for a weekend trip. And the kids' play area... sigh.

3320237****The hotel is quiet and clean, and not far from a popular street with many trendy restaurants. They have an outdoor hot spring, and the scrubbing attendant was so thorough I felt like I had brand new skin! The guest room manager was incredibly welcoming, recommending various attractions and even telling us about a nearby farmers' market. After breakfast, we walked over and the morning market was still in full swing. We ended up buying 1,000 yuan worth of wild mushrooms and large blueberries, which was about a fifth of the price we'd pay in our city's morning market. The ginseng selection was astounding.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's services and facilities are excellent, especially the incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. Our butler, Benjamin, was particularly considerate and responsive to all our needs. Since we were traveling with elderly family and children, he took our situation into account and made fantastic arrangements. When it rained heavily, the hotel even arranged a shuttle to take us to the pick-up point. The children and seniors all had a wonderful time! Jin Hua is truly perfect for a family vacation with young and old. We'll definitely be back to experience Changbai Mountain in winter!
GGuest UserThe hotel service was absolutely wonderful! When we checked in, the front desk saw we were cold and immediately offered us warm bottled water. Our room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. When we went to the hot springs, the staff member managing the area was so enthusiastic. She constantly reminded us to be safe and even specially guided us to try the outdoor hot springs, which was a 100% amazing experience. Despite the cold weather, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality from the hot springs staff. She even helped us take a group photo – fantastic! 👍 Breakfast was also excellent, with delicious food and even frozen sliced pears. Next time I come to Changbai Mountain, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.
AAnonymous UserWe originally planned to stay for just 3 nights, but ended up extending our stay to 6 — and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing hospitality from the manager, Mr Zhang Meng Xu.
Zhang was incredibly responsive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. What really made the difference was how he took the time to introduce us to many attractions, activities, foods, and interesting things to do around the area. His recommendations made the trip far more enjoyable and helped us discover places, foods we probably would have missed otherwise.
Because of his helpful guidance and the welcoming atmosphere, extending our stay felt like an easy decision. Truly appreciate the great service and hospitality. Highly recommended
BBeikuaididemaoThe hotel offers a VIP direct access to the mountain, so even if you've already bought your tickets, you can go in anytime without an appointment. The butler service was very attentive and responsive, making everything so easy. The luggage porter was also very helpful and quick to address any issues. The bedding was super comfortable. Even though it gets light early here, I slept really well thanks to the excellent blackout curtains and the quiet, odor-free room. The only minor issue was that the bathroom light circuit might be a bit old. The hotel's hot spring was a highlight, especially the kids' specific pool. The bathrobes and slippers came with wristband clips, so there was no chance of mix-ups, and fresh ones were always available. My kids absolutely loved it!

GGuest UserThe hotel is just inside the gate of Changbai Mountain as shown in the picture
The only reason I chose this hotel is that they can help me book tickets and it is close to the entrance of Changbai Mountain (but I didn't expect it to be so close, probably less than 100 meters, it feels like I can see this pointed ticket gate after walking two steps)
It is indeed a bit inconvenient to go out to other attractions, but we are mainly here to go to Tianchi so it's okay.
The room environment is better than I expected, quite clean, and similar to the style of Beipo Lanjing
And the front desk service is very enthusiastic, especially a sister with round eyes who really tries to meet our needs as much as possible. We didn't bring a hot pack and couldn't find the store, and she also helped us find a colleague.
HHazviBeeI recently stayed at CGIG Nanshan Hotel and truly had such a lovely experience. The hot springs were wonderful — so relaxing and a perfect way to unwind. What I appreciated most, though, was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was so warm and friendly, and they really made me feel at home and genuinely cared for throughout my stay. That kind of hospitality makes such a difference when you’re traveling. I would wholeheartedly recommend CGIG Nanshan Hotel to anyone visiting Changchun, especially foreigners looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. It’s definitely a must-visit.
MM23278****The hotel is not far from the visitor center. The facilities, environment, service, and cleanliness are all good. Guests enjoy free access to the hot springs. There is a large parking lot, making it ideal for those driving. The only downside is that the breakfast is a bit simple.

1110250****Booking with a platform pre-sale voucher was quite a good deal. I consulted with the front desk in advance about changing a king-size bed room to a twin room. After confirming availability, I extended my stay for two more nights, which included breakfast for two and some paid activities.
The location of Tianyu is very convenient for tourists visiting the West Slope. Baiqi Station is just a 5-minute walk away. During the off-season, there aren't many tourists on the West Slope, so buses usually depart when full or every twenty minutes. This is much better than the North Slope, where you can only enter during your booked time slot. The room is said to have been renovated; the curtains felt new. The smart toilet seat didn't quite fit the toilet properly at first; the lid wouldn't stay up and kept falling down. I had a technician adjust the position and spacing, and it finally stayed upright. The bathroom is super large, with a double vanity in the dry area and a wardrobe (there's also one at the entrance for luggage and coats). It also has a large bathtub and a separate shower.
Tianyu is very suitable for families with young children, offering both indoor and outdoor animal interactions. We adults also found the corn playground quite fun. You use small machines to shell corn kernels from a pile of dried corn, and then transport them with a hand-cranked conveyor belt. Playing with a pile of dry corn kernels is cleaner than playing with sand, and it also gives your feet a nice massage. We had breakfast for three days straight; there wasn't much variety, but the soy milk, fried dough sticks, and blueberry jam are not to be missed. The bottled water in the room is Nongfu Spring, while in the restaurant and lobby, it's Quanyang Spring, both sourced from Changbai Mountain – perfect for drinking your fill. Before leaving, I also booked a travel photo shoot. They offer 5 retouched photos for each night stayed, so we negotiated 15 retouched photos in total for our three-night stay. The photographer was skilled, and my best friend and I had a great time taking pictures on the hotel's outdoor wooden boardwalk and flower fields. It was effortless to pick out our favorites. There's only one indoor hot spring pool available. Soaking in it after climbing the 1442 steps of the West Slope was really soothing. The swimming pool was closed, and I guess the four or five outdoor hot spring pools will only open during the peak winter season.
Changbai Mountain West Station opened on September 28th, and the hotel provides free shuttle service, making the 30-minute journey much more convenient. It will also make transferring between the North and West Slopes much easier in the future (no more two-hour bus rides!).
We were incredibly fortunate that both the North and West Slopes were open during our short stay in Changbai Mountain (Tianchi Scenic Area was closed on the days before and after our visit). Tianchi graciously revealed its serene and profound beauty to us. The autumn colors of Changbai Mountain were mesmerizing. So grateful! 🥰
