Wow! Just wow! I looked at this place online and I was like I totally love it and I really wanted to stay in the old city as part of the experience of going to Pingyaogucheng. The hosts were super helpful picking me up from the station communicating via the Trip/app so I didn’t have to stress about communication issues. I stayed in a kang room just near the courtyard. It was really comfortable a little chair and table, TV (not that I used it) kettle, private bathroom. It’s really convenient to go to a lot of the central places for sightseeing and also great food and snacks. You can try some homemade alcohol and vinegar - and yes you get a bottle of vinegar to take with you at the end of your stay.

I specially booked a small courtyard room with private soup. I didn't expect this temporary intention to become the most unexpected success of the journey. This hotel definitely lives up to its reputation as one of Datong's top two. The room was spacious, and the amenities were complete. We stayed for three days, and it was cleaned thoroughly every single day. The hotel breakfast was good, and there were complimentary swimming vouchers. The service standard truly met that of a five-star hotel. Given the off-peak season price, it was an incredibly good value for money experience! It will definitely be my first choice again when I return to Datong!

Later I found out that this view king room is on both sides of the aisle at the entrance of the homestay. People come and go, and you have to look inside when you pass by. The large floor-to-ceiling windows face the window and the bathtub without any cover, so you can see clearly what people are doing inside. It feels a bit like a zoo. Otherwise, you have to keep the curtains drawn. So if couples travel, don't choose this apartment❗❗It's better to choose other cheap rooms in independent courtyards (the ones with walls in the picture). Because we were not satisfied with the room, the manager said that we could cancel the reservation if we were not satisfied. Because we couldn't find another hotel temporarily, we took the initiative to change to a lower-priced apartment. Although the manager said that the price difference would not be refunded for active room changes, satisfaction with the room is the most important thing. The coordination of the ladies working at the homestay is still very strong👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻The ladies working are very polite, beautiful and easy to talk to. They give paper towels every time they go out. There is a snack street at the door, which is very convenient👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻The apartment layouts are all sent out. It is recommended that you can consult the store before checking in, so as not to be assigned to an unsatisfactory room. 五一小長假選擇了來運城體驗悠久的歷史和文化，很幸運的預訂到了希爾頓歡朋酒店，對於酒店整體很滿意，但是也要有幾個槽點來和大家分享，希望能幫到更多的來運城的遊客，也希望酒店能越來越好！ 先説優點： 1、酒店位置應該在新區，周圍環境乾淨整潔，比較安靜，交通便利，距離機場打車20分鐘，附近也有很多公交站可以選擇前往市中心各個地點； 2、酒店內部裝修和房間內明亮雅緻，基礎設施一應俱全，酒店大堂還有點心和飲料，並且提供書籍和下午茶點，很貼心； 3、最值得讚揚的是精緻多樣的自助早餐，不僅中西式餐食都有，而且每天不斷換新，味道還好吃，大廚現場製作運城特色美食，比如雞湯餛飩、各類麪條、饃夾肉等，每天早上都吃的特別開心滿足； 4、工作人員都很熱情親切，從前台到保潔到餐廳廚師，每一次遇到都會主動打招呼並且提供服務，幫助解決問題。 再來吐槽一下： 1、酒店的電梯速度有些慢，而且不顯示在幾樓，遇到着急的時候等待真的很讓人焦慮； 2、房間內空調風速太小製冷效果慢，風速太大噪音就很大； 3、房間內牆壁上請注意及時養護，看到好多污漬，雖然無傷大雅但是看到了就不太舒服； 4、保潔打掃衹是打掃，雖然這5天4晚都是我自己在住，但是我更希望看到的是消毒而不是表面清潔，雖然這對保潔來説壓力比較大，但是對客人來説更安心； 5、最要命的槽點！衞生間和浴室的門有磁吸，無法靜音關閉，不論是隨手一關還是輕輕貼上都會發齣劇烈的聲響！尤其是晚上入睡的時候，像我這樣睡眠質量不好的人真慶幸自己帶了耳塞，這個槽點強烈建議改善！ 雖然有吐槽但是這幾天的旅程很開心，希望酒店能更優化改進，希望運城旅遊更紅火興隆！

There are both Chinese and Western food for breakfast, but there are too few service staff, and there is room for improvement in food variety, placement, and additions, especially after the tourist group has a meal, the dining table is messy and the meal is not replenished in time. Stayed for two nights and visited Kangjiaping, Talpo Village, and the ice cave. I was very impressed and had a good rest in the hotel👍

A very pleasant accommodation experience. A family of four came to Taiyuan for one night. We stayed near Liuxiang several times before. Although the location here is not so lively, the nearby Jinyang Lake is also very charming. The customer service contacted us early before arriving at the hotel, reported the car number and reserved a parking space, and the first impression was great. After arriving at the hotel, the exquisite lobby and chic front desk made people feel more comfortable. Walking into the room was even more pleasant, with amazing room design, ample space, excellent hygiene, and well-organized from inside to outside. The facilities provided by the B&B are also complete, making guests feel at home. If I have the opportunity to visit this city again, I will definitely choose this place as my place to stay again.
