Romantic Hotels in Istanbul Province, Türkiye

"The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival, they offered coffee or tea and provided maps, explaining nearby attractions and convenience stores, which was super helpful. They even gave me a special scarf, which came in handy for visiting the mosque as it requires a headscarf – a meaningful touch! They also helped carry my luggage upstairs and provided several complimentary bottles of water, which not all hotels do. The breakfast spread was one of the best I've had at any hotel, with a good variety, and the fruits like cherries and watermelon were very sweet! When checking out, they even gave me a local fridge magnet, which was a lovely gesture! The value for money is excellent, and the owner and staff are all so warm. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, and its location is fantastic – very close to the mosque. You just have to walk up a hill and cross the road to get there, or you can take the tram up the hill for convenience. The only downside is that the uphill path can be quite steep and uneven, so wearing sneakers is recommended for comfort. Hauling luggage can be a bit challenging, but you can always take a taxi directly to the hotel entrance. Despite the tricky walk, overall, I'm extremely satisfied!"

"This is a good hotel if you're traveling solo. The breakfasts aren't super varied, but they are tasty. And the view is excellent. The location is convenient, close to all the attractions. I wouldn't say it was noisy, despite being near Istiklal Street. The only minor downside was a couple of dirty spots in the shower. However, it was cleaned every day, so I have no real complaints. Overall, as I said before, if you're planning a solo trip, this hotel is just right."

"Everything about this hotel was great. The room itself was clean and cozy, and the view from our balcony overlooking the Bosphorus was absolutely stunning. My only minor quibble, and I'm really nitpicking here, is that all the mirrors in the room seemed to be tinted, which made putting on makeup a bit tricky. The staff were very polite and helpful with everything; they even advised us on the best place to exchange dollars for liras. They mainly spoke English, but we had no issues communicating. The breakfast was delicious, everything was hot and fresh, and they rotated the menu slightly every other day. The location is also fantastic. You can walk to most attractions in about 15 minutes. It took us around 15 minutes to reach the Galata Tower and about 30 minutes to walk to Sultanahmet. The nearest ferry, which can take you to Uskudar, is just a 5-minute walk away. If you want to catch the ferry to Ortakoy, that's about a 7-10 minute walk. Galataport is also within easy walking distance. We will definitely be back!"
