We stayed there one night as we have booked the hot air balloon flight. Thus, didnt have much opportunity to use any facility except the restaurant. We had dinner there and food and wine were great. However, we noticed that some staff werent paying much attention to asian guests. While serving the food up to western guest, the staff was introducing the food in details but not to us. Furthermore, it took a long while to get our desserts.

Unexpectedly perfect, a fantastic experience! The kitchen is fully equipped, completely meeting all cooking needs. The room is clean and tidy, and the view is also great. Downstairs there's a large supermarket, and across the street, there's an Asian supermarket. It's just a few minutes' walk to Victoria Market and Melbourne Central. Dining and shopping are both incredibly convenient. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.
Arrived past midnight from Melbourne, and had contacted the hotel in advance to leave my room key in a lockbox, which made check-in a breeze. Since it was my first time and at night, finding the room took a little while.
I chose the Classic room type, and after speaking with the hotel, they were able to add a rollaway bed in the hallway for my 8-year-old child. Breakfast was included with the stay; while the selection wasn't huge, it was filling enough. The hotel's hot spring is also very famous and requires an extra fee, though there are package deals that include both accommodation and the hot spring, which are more cost-effective.
The hotel is only a 40-minute drive from Sovereign Hill, making it suitable for a day trip. It's also not far from the attractions in Daylesford. This is definitely a hotel I'd patronize again on my next visit to the town! 😊
We arrived late but we managed to pick up the keys. Thank you so much.
The toilet in the room is very cold during the June period. The heater in the room doesn't cover that space. The water could also be a little warmer during winter. We had turned the tap to the max and found the water lukewarm.

The location is super convenient! A supermarket is just a few steps away, and both Melbourne University and the central business district are within walking distance. The Queen Victoria Market, which is great for browsing, is also nearby, so you can easily pick up fresh ingredients to cook back at the hotel. Overall, it offers great value for money and is a fantastic choice for families.
The room is clean and tidy, the decoration is warm and the space is large enough. The facilities in the room are complete, including toothbrushes, toothpaste and even an iron and ironing board. The bed is also very comfortable.
I stayed for six nights. The price wasn't cheap, but it's surrounded by a commercial center and two huge supermarkets. The breakfast was plentiful. On my last day, I had an early flight at 5:30 AM, so I asked the hotel the day before if they could pack breakfast for me. They confirmed it was possible, but when I asked in the morning, they said no. Two breakfasts, worth 500 RMB, were wasted. The front desk service was terrible.

Great
GGuest UserThe room was pretty clean, and soundproofing was decent. Hygiene was good too. My only gripe is that the service needs improvement; the front desk wasn't very flexible. It's really close to the airport, which is great for early morning flights, and breakfast was good.
GGuest UserThe room we booked had a balcony, which was great for ventilation, but it was a shared balcony with the room opposite, with no partition in between. The shuttle service was quite convenient. After landing, I called the hotel (the operator was rude), then exited T2, crossed a small road, and waited for the shuttle there. There were signs, so it was easy to find. The shuttle driver was a grumpy old man. The hotel front desk service was good. Also, if you lock your door at night, remember to unlock it the next day. If you don't, you won't be able to open the door with your card after closing it, which is very troublesome. The room's cleanliness was decent, though the windows were very dirty. Everything else was fine. Breakfast was mediocre and exactly the same two days in a row.
