Dear Sir, I have an issue to be resolved I WAS overcharged. The hotel did charge taxes (VAT) twice ,they did charge Chilean $ 229.000 which includes the tax and on top they charged the tax again over the 229.000

La atención fue excelente el personal muy agradable y respetuoso, las habitaciones muy limpias y ordenadas. Cuentan con un restaurante al lado del hotel sin embargo también cuentan con venta de productos en forma directa. A hotel literally on the sea, very nice, first class. The spa very good pool, massages, a wonderful outdoor hot tub on the roof. Excellent bar and restaurant. The outstanding attention of Eduardo at the Bar and Benjamin in the restaurant. The food was very good, especially the shrimp curry, the sorretinos with pesto and the Del Mar fruit gratin. Don't forget to have a complimentary sparkling wine on the terrace of the bar.
