My wife and I recently stayed at Wyndham Grand on 5/7-5/9 and would like to share our experiences and moments. We stayed at the Superior Lake View room and found the room very spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony really worth the price. Swimming pool is magnificent. Also, we want to commend the front desk team, especially Miss Cara Yu for their outstanding service. From check-in to checkout, 小余 demonstrated remarkable professionalism and genuine warmth. She proactively provided personalized dining recommendations, sight seeing points marked on the map for us and reminded us about the weather change which was very heartfelt. From the front desk service to the room details, you could really feel the hotel's dedication. **Thoughtful Service**: The front desk staff upgraded our room and gifted us a bottle of red wine as a birthday surprise. Their service was warm and attentive, with a constant smile, and the check-in process was efficient and smooth. **Comfortable Room**: The room was clean and tidy. The indoor hot tub was a highlight, and enjoying a hot spring bath with red wine in the evening created a wonderful ambiance. The mountain view from the window was expansive, and waking up to lush greenery when drawing the curtains in the morning was incredibly relaxing. **Family-Friendly**: The kids' club had a rich variety of facilities, and our 5-year-old had a blast, especially loving the role-playing area and the slides. He was even reluctant to leave at check-out. **Great Value for Money**: Whether it was the service, the environment, or the dining, it was all well worth the price. The overall experience was very satisfying, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

This is my fourth stay at the Swissotel Foshan this year, and the service quality is excellent! The hotel is centrally located, with a bus stop right downstairs and easy access to Zumiao subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. The front desk knew my daughter was returning and specially arranged for us to be on the same floor, making communication easier, and our room was upgraded – fantastic! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Now, I come almost every day for afternoon tea at Seasons Restaurant, truly experiencing the warm care provided by Swissotel. ❤️❤️

Our stay at Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel and our visit to Ocean Kingdom were nothing short of magical, an experience that far exceeded our every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the hotel’s breathtaking grandeur and welcoming atmosphere, where elegance seamlessly blended with warmth and hospitality. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, treating us not merely as guests but as valued visitors whose comfort truly mattered. The room itself was a spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed sanctuary, featuring soft, ocean-inspired tones, plush beds, and thoughtful touches that made it the perfect retreat after long, adventure-filled days. Every aspect of the hotel radiated excellence, from the spotless facilities to the exceptional service that seemed to anticipate every need. Each moment in the park reminded us of how thoughtfully everything was designed to bring happiness to families and travelers of all ages. Yet as much as we saw and did, we couldn’t escape the feeling that two days weren’t enough. There were still so many rides to try, shows to watch, and corners to explore. As evening fell on our second day, the soft glow of lights reflecting off the water created a scene so enchanting that we wished time could slow down. Returning to our comfortable room that night, we knew one thing for sure: we would come back. This trip wasn’t just a getaway; it was a meaningful experience that deepened our appreciation for shared family moments and rekindled our sense of wonder. The combination of luxury, comfort, and adventure made Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel and Ocean Kingdom stand out as one of the most memorable destinations we’ve ever visited. Facilities: Excellent, the cafe is a unique highlight. Ambiance: Very elegant and vintage, I absolutely love the hotel's decor style. The view from the window is fantastic. Service: Smart service, thoughtful and attentive. Cleanliness: The hotel is very new, non-smoking, and exceptionally clean.

Coming to Foshan to buy furniture, Sofitel was a must! I originally planned to stay two days, but ended up extending my stay daily because the furniture malls in Foshan are truly enormous, and two days simply isn't enough to explore them all. My top choice for Sofitel was first and foremost its location – it's the official hotel of the Louvre Furniture Mall, with the mall directly on the first floor. You step out of the elevator and start shopping! Secondly, it's about a 10-minute drive to other surrounding furniture malls. Thirdly, the hotel is very clean, and the restaurant is also very spacious and spotless. Special thanks to manager Jia Cong for upgrading me to a French luxury room! Five-star rating!

The five-star quality lives up to its reputation. The overall environment is upscale and grand, with meticulous attention to detail. The thorough sanitization measures really put my mind at ease. The service team is professional and thoughtful, from check-in to responding to requests, everything was efficient and attentive. The配套 services are comprehensive, making for a truly excellent experience. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure vacations, definitely worth repeat visits!

First time staying at Hilton GZ Tianhe & I booked the executive room for ease of check-in & out. We had an amazing time at the hotel, thanks to the great hospitality extended by the hotel staff, with special shout out to Ms 曾好。 She was incredibly friendly and she gave us great suggestions on where to dine in GZ (where locals go to, instead of the usual tourist dining spots). We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. As it was our silver wedding anniversary, the hotel also provided a nice gesture by getting the room decorated with a small cake upon our check in. Much appreciated. All in all, Hilton GZ Tianhe's top floor executive lounge & ground floor bar was enjoyable, the mattress is of excellent sleep quality, the gym was clean and functional and the breakfast served offered a variety of local and continental spread. No qualms recommending this hotel to others!

The hotel's facilities are also very comprehensive. The rooms are spacious and bright, elegantly decorated with a strong Chinese charm. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation and a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing hot bath after a long day of exploring. The hotel's gym and indoor swimming pool are well-equipped, allowing fitness enthusiasts to work out and swim to their heart's content.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a large mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Plus, there's a subway station nearby for easy access around the city. The hotel facilities are also top-notch, with all stone surfaces being marble, giving it a very luxurious feel. The amenities provided are great, and the shower pressure is fantastic, making for a very comfortable experience. The views, in particular, are stunning! As the tallest hotel in Shenzhen, you get a panoramic view of the entire city, which is absolutely mesmerizing. The scenery is different day and night, offering endless beauty. The service is exceptional; everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff and housekeepers is friendly, enthusiastic, and always ready to help. When I asked for directions on the first floor, they even personally escorted me out and pointed the way, making sure I wouldn't get lost. My three-day stay in Shenzhen at The St. Regis was truly unforgettable and enjoyable. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time. Thank you, St. Regis, and goodbye for now!
