Facilities: A touch of elegance with a European flair. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was pretty good. The staff even disinfected and rinsed the glass walls on both sides of the showers downstairs. It would be perfect if the room carpets were cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Service: The beautiful front desk lady was incredibly lovely 🤩, patiently greeting us and answering all our questions 🙋‍♀️. I spent the whole day there with my child, and it was absolutely nice. My child played in the kids' area while I relaxed and scrolled on my phone in the steam room 📱. There were plenty of fruits and snacks 👍. The snacks in the steam room were great, especially the fermented glutinous rice balls, tofu soup, KFC-style chicken nuggets, and the super delicious fried red bean paste pastries 😋. ………… A relaxing and pleasant day ~ I completely forgot about the疲れ of daily life here 😊

I brought my parents on this trip. The hotel's location is excellent, right off the highway, which was incredibly convenient. As soon as we entered the lobby, it felt truly unique. It was like a wonderland, perfect for taking photos and checking in. The hotel staff were exceptionally warm and provided very thoughtful service. We even participated in a check-in activity with our child and received a small gift, which made our little one very happy. The hotel offers a variety of additional activities, such as traditional Chinese medicine wellness, aromatherapy, and making sachets and soaps. The content was rich, and the experience was very comfortable. There's also an indoor swimming pool in the basement if anyone is interested in trying it out. This stay was fantastic. The room even had cute dinosaur elements, which our child absolutely loved and didn't want to leave. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

This hotel definitely feels like a blast from the past. I saw a lot of reviews saying that before I booked, and it's absolutely true – it seriously feels like stepping back into the 80s. The facilities are quite old, and the cleanliness is just about what you'd expect for the price. The location was convenient for me, as it's right near where I was working for my business trip, which is why I chose it. Overall, the hotel service is actually very good, and the breakfast spread is fantastic with a wide variety of options. There's plenty of parking available, and it's free for hotel guests.

The self-check-in was fully automated, and it was right next to the ski slope, though that didn't really matter. The room was super well-equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, fridge, and various kitchen utensils. There was even an oven, but I couldn't figure out how to use it. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable, but it was alright for a short stay. It's really convenient to stay here if you're skiing at Genting, but getting to Wanlong from here is quite a detour.

The hotel room is spacious and clean, the breakfast is good, and it also has its own bathroom. I stayed for three days in total. On the last day, there was a problem with the heating pipes. The hotel was afraid that it would be cold at night, so they took the initiative to change the room to a new hotel nearby in the same group. It was very thoughtful.

The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation and ample parking spaces. It is not far from the Hebei Museum and many delicious restaurants. The room is large, the high floor has a wide view, the accommodation is comfortable, and the facilities such as the gym, swimming pool, and restaurant are complete. The free fruit and children's toiletries kit are very thoughtful. However, the hotel's furniture and facilities are a bit old, and perhaps due to the excessive work pressure, the front desk staff rarely smile.

The location is excellent, right next to the Hebei Provincial Museum. It was my child's birthday, and the hotel decorated the room and even gave us a mini cake. We had lunch at the hotel and later went to the pool, which made my child very happy. For breakfast, there were plenty of dim sum options, but it would be great to add a few more stir-fried dishes. Also, the hotel's pastries are excellent; I tried them for both lunch and breakfast. The staff at the pastry counter were very enthusiastic. The service, cleanliness, and bedding were all great. Finally, I suggest adding a shoehorn to the room.

The room environment is great, clean and tidy, and the hotel location is excellent. It's good value for money, and the front desk staff are lovely. Breakfast is good. The hotel even has EV charging stations, and there's a Sinopec gas station right next door. The environment is pleasant, the space is large, and the room has a huge TV, which even includes a Youku VIP subscription! Service attitude is excellent, five-star rating.

I've been to Aranya many times, and Sherry, my concierge at Nuo An, is by far the most attentive service person I've ever encountered! I originally planned to just wander around without a fixed itinerary, but Sherry proactively asked about my preferences and tailored a unique, artsy route for me. She recommended less common activities like the Dune Art Museum and meditation experiences, and even put together a detailed guide. The front desk staff were very friendly upon arrival, patiently explaining the hotel amenities and shuttle bus rules. The hotel itself is incredibly well-designed, with every public area being perfect for photos. The rooms are tastefully decorated and fully equipped, and the mini-bar offers a great selection of free snacks and drinks. Mid-stay, I decided to change my plans for the next day, and Sherry re-optimized my itinerary within minutes. She even thoughtfully reminded me about the tide times for beachcombing. Her warm and thorough service completely saved me the hassle of planning everything myself.

An excellent hotel! The location is great, right next to Wanda Plaza and across from a park and golf course. The rooms definitely don't feel like they're almost ten years old; they're incredibly well-maintained. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the attention to detail is impressive. The service was very thoughtful; our housekeeper, Yuki, contacted us in advance to discuss our needs. Upon arrival, all our requests had been fulfilled, which was very efficient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shijiazhuang.
