"Let's get straight to the point: if you're only booking this hotel, like we did, to visit Pang Dong Lai, then it's really not necessary. The sheer crowds at Angel City Pang Dong Lai were a terrible experience. We later took the advice of other tourists and Pang Dong Lai staff and went to Golden Triangle Pang Dong Lai, which was much better. The Canopy by Hilton itself maintains its usual high standards; it's quite convenient that you can see the laundry room status on the TV. Also, being able to take the shopping cart into the room might be its only real draw. Downsides include limited and extremely cramped parking spaces – you can't even park without using the automatic parking system. The smart screen in the room was also quite slow to respond. The shower door also didn't seem to close properly. Moreover, the lobby floor was being mopped without any 'wet floor' signs, and after I almost slipped, the nearby staff acted as if they didn't even notice."

"The hotel's location is superb, right in the 'Big Corn' building, with Ruyi Lake just downstairs. The front desk service was excellent. The day before, they proactively asked what time we'd be arriving the next day, mentioning that rooms were tight during the National Day holiday and they could arrange early check-in. Although we arrived after 6 PM, so waiting for a room wasn't an issue for us, this gesture was very thoughtful. The concierge is on the first floor, but when we were taking our luggage up, we didn't see anyone to help. We only saw a luggage cart and a staff member who directed us to the 38th floor for check-in. The breakfast at the restaurant was standard, nothing particularly special, but not bad either. This stay was due to not being able to get tickets home, so we stayed at the Marriott for a night. If I visit Henan again in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again!"

Entering the hotel is like entering a park shaded by greenery. The ground parking lot is large and convenient for parking. The hotel is more like a maze, and it is magnificent! The room is spacious and comfortable, and outside the window is a lakeside path shaded by green trees, with beautiful scenery! The hotel service is very thoughtful, and all the service staff are smiling and gentle, which makes people feel very warm! "First, the positives: the hotel's exterior design is beautiful, and the rooms are also very well-designed. The shower has good depth and privacy, and the room size is quite generous. The location is also good. However, there are two issues. First, the room had a musty smell and the walls were peeling – understandable, given the hotel's age. Second, the sheer curtains in front of the window don't block out light in the morning and were dusty, which is very inconvenient for light-sensitive people. The exterior windows were also not very clean. As for service, if you approach the staff, they are very enthusiastic and helpful. If you don't, they won't bother you, which is actually quite nice for introverted guests."

"This hotel definitely lives up to its Ctrip ranking. I traveled with two kids and two seniors by high-speed rail. Originally, I was considering the Yinji Hotel, but I chose the InterContinental instead because Yinji is far from the city center, limited dining options, and everything requires queuing. We usually stay at Hilton Garden Inn or Atour, but this time I picked the InterContinental specifically for its seventh-floor pool. It's well-designed, clean, safe, and convenient – just bring your swim gear. If you forget your swim ring, you can rent one for 30 yuan with no time limit. One thing that Atour and similar hotels can't match is the abundance of staff, always ready to assist. As for things like air conditioning, soundproofing, and cleanliness, you can completely disregard any negative reviews. The breakfast is also quite rich, with specialty dishes, various claypot rice dishes, and desserts that are all commendable. The Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) is delicious, and the fresh watermelon and cucumber juices were a big hit with the kids. The location is also prime, very close to the high-speed rail station; you can take a taxi directly to the north entrance. It's also not far from the Snow King headquarters. For dining, you can head to MixC City, which offers a wide variety of choices. The only downside is the lack of a self-service laundry room; clothes are charged per item for washing. So, remember to bring small packets of laundry detergent. Also, there's no clothesline in the bathroom, so you have to hang clothes on the inner railing of the window. The bar on the fifth floor has a Cuban-level singer with a great vibe – worth checking out! If your room rate includes drinks, remember to claim them.
