My accommodation in Zhengzhou during my Henan trip. Usually, tourists seem to stay near Erqi Square. However, since we needed to take a train from Zhengzhou East Station to travel across multiple cities, and also planned to visit 'Only Henan' (a scenic spot), plus I heard the scenery around 'The Big Corn' building was good, I specifically chose it as our accommodation for these few days. It turned out to be an excellent choice.
Even more, I have to thank 'The Big Corn' for a fortuitous decision: because I chose to stay during two nights that were considered 'off-peak,' I adjusted our travel dates. If not for this, our trip would have coincided with a heavy rainstorm, making it impossible to go out at all.
The room itself was fantastic – very large and spacious, with that classic five-star hotel feel. The bathtub was very comfortable for soaking, and the desk was convenient for work. Welcome fruits were also provided. However, the small snacks in the room that I saw mentioned in other reviews didn't seem to be there; I'm not sure if it was due to the room type or something else.
The service was also excellent. Ms. Zhang Dongmei and Ms. Kong Mengge provided outstanding service. They were very responsive to all requests. When checking in, they directly offered a late checkout until 4:00 PM, which was incredibly convenient.
Regarding the food, I was also very satisfied. The breakfast had a wide variety of options: Roujiamo (meat burger), Huimian (braised noodles), rice noodles, Hulatang (spicy soup), millet porridge, cold dishes, fruits, baked goods, and various Chinese and Western delicacies. It was exceptionally rich and satisfying. The executive lounge was also great; happy hour offered several hot dishes, fruits, desserts, and very good drinks. You could even print custom patterns on your coffee.
The facilities, including the gym, swimming pool, and hot spring pool, were also very good. Amenities were plentiful; the swimming pool even had clean towels and non-slip slippers provided.
Right downstairs is a large lake, and an evening stroll there with the breeze was very comfortable.
I will definitely come back again.

## Facilities
Generally very good. The only minor point is that the hotel uses central air conditioning, which often doesn't cool the room as much as individual units, typically maintaining around 22°C, and can sometimes feel a bit stuffy. However, the hotel's maintenance staff responded quickly, and after they cleared it, the room did feel noticeably cooler.
## Hygiene
The room was immaculately clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job.
## Environment
The hotel boasts a fantastic location, right at the subway entrance, which makes getting around incredibly convenient.
## Service
The service was truly excellent. Any issues we had were promptly addressed by the front desk. A special mention goes to the complimentary drop-off service to Zhengzhou East High-Speed Rail Station on our last day, which was a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated. My only very minor suggestion would be to improve the consistency or quality control of the welcome fruit.
I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Zhengzhou.

The overall environment is pretty good, and the breakfast at 68 is reasonably priced. The room had water and 4 complimentary drinks. The room itself was quite nice, and the staff were friendly. However, because the hotel is so large, finding the elevators was confusing. The map provided wasn't very clear. There should be more recognizable signs on the walls indicating room numbers and elevator directions. A concerning incident was when I couldn't find an elevator after walking around for a long time, so I decided to take the stairs down. To my surprise, the door on the first floor was locked. I had to go back up to the second floor to find an elevator. For safety, how can the bottom door of a fire escape be locked?

The surrounding commercial area is well-equipped, making it convenient to get around. A big thanks to Sylvia, who was warm and gentle, paid attention to guests' detailed needs, and provided just the right amount of service without being overbearing. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. It was a pleasant stay, and I highly recommend experiencing it.

Guest UserI loved my stay here! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for the sight seeing I went to do with my friends! After a long day walking around in the sun and heat, the cool water of the hot spring bath attached to my room was perfect to relax and get refreshed for my adventures the next day! This hotel is perfect for groups of friends, business travel, or families with children! We didn’t realize it when we booked our stay, but there is also a water park in the hotel resort, which is perfect for kids!

Guest UserThe room was spacious with modern amenities like an automatic toilet and automatic curtains. The bathroom and shower room featured full marble walls, a large bathtub with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, and double sinks, offering ample space. Thoughtful details like a clothesline were much appreciated. Besides a king-sized bed, there was also a queen-sized bed, making it perfect for families with two adults and two children. The front desk and housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic. Check-in was handled on a separate executive floor, which also offered complimentary afternoon tea, a buffet dinner, and evening cocktails. Fresh fruit and milk were delivered to the room twice daily. They also had a fun activity for kids where they could collect stamps at the hotel and exchange them for gifts, which the children loved. The entire second floor was dedicated to breakfast, offering an extensive selection for both adults and children, along with a generous take-away service. Upon departure, the lobby attendant even gave gifts to the children and charging cables to the adults. Overall, the experience was fantastic, making it the best hotel stay during our trip to Henan. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Luoyang. Highly recommended for families traveling with children.

Cece12I LOVE the zen vibes and decor of this hotel. The amenities from the book bar to the mini theatre were excellent and perfect for a relaxing chilled staycation. The hotel went above and beyond to take care of our needs and comfort. The hotel staff were all friendly and professional. We were extremely impressed by their attentiveness, especially by Hon, the chief concierge. He prepared water for us before a sightseeing trip and gave us good advice on which exit to get to, time spent etc. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good!! We love Cantonese food and even more so when it is done WELL. A fancy hotel is easy to come by if one pays for it but a great service that goes beyond your expectations is very hard to come by. Great value overall, comfortable, extremely relaxing and impressionable stay.

Summary: This hotel was chosen blindly. Aside from its good location and friendly staff, all other facilities were subpar.
Pros: The location was decent, close to several attractions and surrounded by cosmetic shops. While the view from the window wasn't great, the room was relatively large.
Cons: The soundproofing was terrible. I could hear the TV and conversations from next door; it was extremely poorly soundproofed. I was also unlucky; the first night, a bunch of inconsiderate people next door played cards all night, making it feel like I was sleeping in a card room, which meant I didn't sleep a wink.
Also, the shower in the room had very low water pressure and weak flow, making it impossible to wash my hair. It was repaired once but never fixed. For a hotel with a bathhouse, the shower facilities were extremely inadequate. I originally booked for three nights, but after two nights, I couldn't stand it anymore and switched hotels.

The hotel was great, very close to the East Station. I couldn't book the shuttle service that was included in the package, but it was only a five-minute walk anyway. I stayed for two nights and got upgraded to a 40+ sqm room, which was spacious and bright. The hotel is quite new and well-maintained. On weekends, breakfast runs until 10:30 AM and is plentiful, complete, and delicious. The ingredients are fresh, and the drinks are excellent. It was perfect to wake up naturally, enjoy a brunch, then take the kids out for a stroll or let them have fun at the pool. Other services were pretty much 'anything you ask for'. The only minor issue was that laundry services required a fee; I glanced at the price list and decided it wasn't for me. I usually stay at Quanji hotels when I travel, so I'm not quite used to paying for laundry. 😂

ShenliangThe hotel is located on Jinshui Road, a main thoroughfare in Zhengzhou, and it's pretty standard. However, the underground parking is extremely unconventional, requiring multiple 360-degree turns to maneuver. Is this a Henan specialty, perhaps?
