"We ended up staying here unexpectedly after our flight got cancelled — we were supposed to meet someone, so we had to find a place near the airport last minute. In terms of location, it really helped. It’s very close to the airport, which made a stressful situation a bit easier. What left a bad impression on me was the reception experience. The lady at the front desk felt quite rude, at least from my perspective. There was no greeting or even a simple “hello” when I walked up. When I handed her my passport, she handled it carelessly and said she couldn’t read my name, asking me to read it out myself. After that, the way she called my name felt dismissive and a bit disrespectful. It just didn’t sit right with me, especially after a long and tiring travel day. I didn’t say anything at the time — I was exhausted and didn’t want to create a scene. Maybe that’s just her way, and everyone is different. But small things like basic politeness and kindness at reception really matter, especially for guests dealing with cancelled flights and last-minute stress. Overall, the location works well for airport stays, but the front desk service could definitely be warmer and more welcoming."
