GGuest UserThe appartment has a stunning view of the fields. It's very quiet and clean. The large king size bed is super comfortable. ensuite jacuzzi is wonderful. However it's completely isolated from the main hotel so we need to go outdoor for breakfast, restaurant and check out. It's a bit of huzzle because it rained heavily when we checked out. It's hard to manage all luggage, bin bag and umbrella at the same time. Although the appartment room rate is much higher than Hotel Spa Villa, we had less service and amenities. For example, housekeeping was not included so we need to throw our bin bag to the collection point outdoor by ourselves. Hence the Thermal pools are much smaller than Spa villa and was more crowed than a public pool especially during weekend when there were many families and kids. All kids liked to use the adult pools rather than their kid's pool! Not value for money. We requested pack breakfast at 7am on the check out day because we had early flight. One of the staff refused and said they had to follow the restaurant time table which are 8-11am. We asked another lady, Rachel, the next day and she was very kind and helpful, she communicated with the cafe and arranged pack breakfast with egg, coffee, water and fruits for us at 7am. Rachel is wonderful and the hotel need more staff like her who offered the best customer service.
GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and spotless. Spa thermal pool opens long hour from 8am to 10pm which is very convenient. Buffet dinner €18 per person is reasonable and food is good. Breakfast is average, lack of hot dishes.
The cafe bar offers some Thai cuisine. They are yummy but very small portions. Me and my husband ordered 3 main courses but were still hungry. We wanted to order the 4th course ”Style Thai beef wok” with an additional bowl of rice and we'd pay for the rice. However the waitress refused simply because a bowl of rice is not on the menu! I suggest the hotel to remove the Style Thai beef wok from the menu if they're not able to provide a bowl of rice to go with it. This is authentic Thai style of eating! Very disappointed ! The cafe service need to improve, too rigid, not customer oriented.
GGuest UserService was amazing, we were able to check in half an hour before. Outside swimming was open in april.
The experience at the spa was amazing. Many different options i the main pool, 3 saunas and outside jacuzzi
Food was delicious and great variety. We will definitely repeat!
GGuest UserThe Hotel Castilla Termal Solares had a lot of high expectation, but compared to other hotels in the same chain, the Burgo de Osma and Olmedo, which I have gone, there is a lot of difference in maintenance and storage and facilities such as The one of Olmedo had an outdoor thermal pool and more conservated. In summary, the Solares depends on the room you choose for example a standard, it has very small television and in Olmedo the same category had better television, and generally a higher equal small and old television that you have nor to put Netflix. Breakfast is very well as others. Finally my rating would give you 7/10.
MMelissa Caridad Delgado MoralesThe hotel is very comfortable and very clean. As the only small observation, air conditioning seemed a little flour, although it was not a major problem.
We want to highlight the attention of the cafeteria staff.
The restaurant was very good, but we believe the day menu could offer a little more variety, since there were only two options for the first meal and two for the second.
The pool was another of the strengths of our stay: very pleasant, clean and perfect to relax.
We have been very happy and we will certainly stay here again. ¡Thanks to all the team for your attention and professionalism!
GGuest UserThe hotel is great and we stay in a family apartment with two rooms and very comfortable.
I recommend check in online to not delay the arrival process
IigofrieGorgeous big room with a amazing view over the valley, could even see the sea! Was amazing to see the sea fog floating through the golf court from above, next morning sun again. It has a pool with perfect temperature and a great jacusi! I loved the stay!
