"Room telephone was not working, room plug socket were not functioning,, bathroom door ( glass ) was not moving closing a kind of jammed. After complaint also not got rectified. We have to call for bathroom supplies such as dental or shaving kit which is not a case of any other hotel i stayed till date."

Guest UserPretty bad experience from the room type I booked to the treatment given post having dinner. Waiters running towards you like you are stealing something, Raman was the manager who is one of the most unprofessional people I have come across. Great hotel and location but staff needs manners and upskilling to behave better with customers

Well located Hotel Lemon Tree near Elante Mall..clean rooms, satisfactory food..but F&B Staff needs to be trained to be more quiet and need to focus on the guests but they were talking amongst them selves and were not that concerned with the guests’ needs at the restaurant !😊

Guest UserThe hotel is very near to elante mall and They have given me the elante mall facing room also they help me for morning buffet breakfast as I am allergic to many things . The chef prepared special food for me which is very delicious… If I get another chance I will definitely stay there

Hotel property is ok ok, no staff there to welcome you. You have to ask yourself on frontoffice staff for check in. Very mediocre class 100 ml water bottle they offer you at welcome. Only the food taste is good but it's overall average stay not at all like 5 star.

风筝爱旅行Ctrip gave this hotel four diamonds, which I think is a bit exaggerated. In fact, the room facilities are very common, and I feel that it is not as good as home in China. The room is not allowed to smoke, every time I go downstairs to smoke 🚬, the staff is very cold, but in general it is okay.
