Hotels With Spa in Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia

Rooms are very large and clean and truthfully nicely decorated! I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the furniture and the premises. Yes the hotel building looks small and the reception area is small but, everything is of premium quality with modern design. It is also designed very practically, with the restaurant on one side of the reception and Costa serving cafe on the other side. Room design/cleanliness and breakfast premises and variety are the two top important things for my travels. Cantonal gets 10/10 for both, in its class. Staff politeness and responsiveness are the second important criteria and Cantonal gets 10/10 for that, too. I don't recommend hotels easily but I can recommend Cantonal with confidence.

Good location, for this price in area consider the best, pretty clean but not new hotel, so the smell of wood is there… overall it’s a good place to stay

Very beautiful and clean, and the rooms are tidy. There's also parking available. However, I couldn't find the pool, and the location is very crowded.

It was good hotel but only things they should focus on the customer service like receipts, if you try to reached them at night it's difficult to get them, they ignore customers calls without getting back to the customer while calling. Also while checking out I've requested them to check.the minibars if there's anything missing there were very slow to check it and I was waiting for more then 5 minutes. I think they should train them professionally so that hotel standard increases more.

Moved here from the Novotel next door. The breakfast is basic Western fare, not a huge selection. For a suite with two rooms, the price is similar to two rooms at the Novotel, so it felt like a real steal. It has a single living room and three bathrooms. Being on a high floor, I have no reason not to stay here again.

The room itself was decent, and the hotel's interior was okay. However, the surrounding neighborhood and exterior are really bad, resembling a migrant worker area. It felt quite unsafe, and at night, there was constant noise from horns. Everyone should think twice before booking here.

The spacious and immaculate rooms are a hit, as is the hotel's overall cleanliness. Nestled in a strategic location, it offers easy access to both shopping and business hubs, while the service is commendable throughout its array of dining options and the spa. Special mention to Javad at the Executive Lounge for his attentiveness, courteousness, professionalism and just all-around pleasantness!

Close proximity to malls and some coffee shops. Area isnt very crowded unlike many parts of riyadh but close to many good places which i find is a plus. Reception was fluent in English, room is clean and we got an upgrade which is very much appreciated as our previous available assigned room was a non smoking room but located in a smoking floor.

Facilities: The hotel reception is a bit small and the hotel is next to Ibis. But the overall environment is quite large and nice. There are many breakfast options. Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean. I only stayed for one night. I felt very clean and comfortable when I checked in. Environment: You must pay attention. He will arrange a room with a loud external radio. You must ask him to change the room, otherwise your ears will explode. This is why I don’t give a high score for the environment. Service: The service is pretty good. I like this. The front desk and restaurant staff are good.
