As always, Melia is the brand that I could trust no matter which country it is. The staff, the service, the room, the breakfast, the views and the whole experience are worth 5 stars! The bed are soft and they provided 6 pillows! I had the best sleep at Melia throughout my entire Vietnam trip.

This is probably the best hotel around. The front desk staff spoke a bit of Mandarin, so basic communication was okay. However, the non-cancellable booking is a major issue, almost feeling like a forced sale.
