Hotels With Spa in Western Cape, South Africa

The room was fantastic! It was very spacious, with a huge bed (looked like two single beds pushed together), a small living area, and a little balcony. Everything in the room was spotless!! The bedding was dry and soft. There were staff at the door to help bring luggage to the room, but we didn't have any cash for a tip, which I felt bad about! The hotel breakfast was plentiful and halal, which was perfect for us. For this price, getting a four-star hotel in Cape Town is incredible value for money! Highly recommend!

The hotel is 4 stars, but there's no coffee machine, slippers, or robes in the room. It's in need of renovation in some areas. It would be fine if the price weren't so high. 20,000 rubles a night (for the cheapest room with a road view) is very expensive, in my opinion. There are no shops or cafes near the hotel (except for the restaurants on site). Getting anywhere requires a taxi (but it's not a problem, the prices are quite reasonable). There's a huge shopping mall nearby. The breakfasts at the hotel were decent. The hotel also has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor with views of the ocean and Cape Town, and another on the rooftop. We've stayed in 6/7 hotels and apartments in Cape Town and other towns before, and all of them had welcome drinks (some juice, some wine), some fruit or sweets, and all had coffee machines, but this hotel had none of that. Another downside is that the whitewash/plaster is peeling off right above the bed. It's not pleasant.

Exceeding expectations, the hotel is at the foot of Table Mountain, the service is warm, very polite, there is a bar upstairs in the hotel, you can see the night table mountain and the night view of the city, very beautiful, breakfast is customized, very good. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities and equipment were very new. Will continue to stay next time.

Elegant hotel in Paternoster, perfect for few nights stay. The team is really kind and helpful. The villas are brand new, well decorated and very comfortable. The swimming pool is a real plus ! We will come back without hesitations.

Krystal Beach Hotel boasts a unique architectural design seamlessly immersed into its surroundings. It’s like a Cruise Ship with bigger spaces. The rooms are well designed and maintained. The staff are professional. However, the food leaves a lot to be desired. The Hotel could do better with their breakfast buffet menu. Once you have your first breakfast, there is no motivation to go for breakfast on subsequent days because the food options aren’t spiced up on different days. Just the same menu and average at best.

The deduction is actually Ctrip's service. Ctrip cannot score. The hotel actually does not allow children under the age of 13 to live. Ctrip itself did not write it clearly. After complaining, it was left unmanaged for a long time. The efficiency was very low and shirk responsibility. Finally, negotiated with the hotel for half a day. Nothing was allowed for the pool. . . Overall the hotel is ok, breakfast is to be prepared by yourself, and things are plentiful.
