It was a great experience! The driver was punctual, well informed and was able to translate everything into English. They also maintained great communication throughout the day. The mountain was very beautiful and well worth the trip. The included lunch left much to be desired.

It was so happy to book the small ropeway for the next day after 9:30 in the evening. The arrangement is very good, and the independent small group is satisfied with the staggered peak. The weather is great and the scenery is very good! The key driver + tour guide is very good, Master Zhao Shiying, the route is familiar, the arrangement is reasonable, the driving is stable, and it is very punctual. The key is also very enthusiastic and considerate. Also talkative, the road will not be boring 😃 character Lotte is very infectious, in short, very satisfied 👍

I woke up early and saw the golden sunrise on the snow-capped mountains. Climbing to the top, I witnessed a different kind of beauty. Blue Moon Valley was also stunning. Due to the high altitude of the mountains, our driver, Zhao Chongxiang, provided us with a lot of professional guidance along the way to prevent severe altitude sickness. We had a great time and felt very safe. The trip was very enjoyable.

It was a fantastic experience! We only decided to join a tour to Tiger Leaping Gorge the next day around 9 PM, but after calling the platform, Manager Yin immediately arranged our itinerary and added Baishuitai and Haba Snow Mountain to the itinerary. Our local guide, Gerong, was Tibetan and not only enthusiastically introduced the sights but also shared many traditional Tibetan stories – excellent service! We hope to come again, as Gerong recommended visiting in summer when the weather is cooler and the scenery is even more beautiful.

We were so glad that we booked this trip to travel between Lijiang and Shangri-la. We had already booked our accommodation in both places, and at first were considering to take the train, but we are so glad we chose this option instead. The driver picked us up from the hotel in Lijiang at 8am and we went to a local market for breakfast, which I had requested the day before. We arrived at our hotel in Shangri-La before 6pm. On the way we visited Tiger Leaping Gorge, witnessed the amazing scenery along the way and also visited Songzanlin Monastery on our arrival in Shangri-La. Jennifer our tour guide was really great. She is a local Naxi person, and told us a lot about Naxi culture and traditions and was really interesting to listen to, without being too talkative or giving information overload. She also left us to have some time on our own, and we didn't feel pressured or rushed. The whole pace was relaxing and stress free. Thankyou so much for a wonderful day!

I've been to many places and had many tour leaders, but this trip with our Ctrip driver exceeded my expectations! Driving on winding mountain roads, his driving skills were safe and reassuring: the ride was very smooth throughout, making me feel particularly secure. The driver was extremely familiar with the route, saving me a lot of time. His preparations were exceptional; he knew the road conditions and weather inside and out, ensuring the smooth running of our trip. Throughout the journey, he constantly monitored our physical condition, carefully inquiring about whether we experienced motion sickness or altitude sickness, ensuring our comfort. The vehicle was clean and comfortable: the interior was spotless and odorless, and the air conditioning was at a comfortable temperature, providing us with a comfortable resting environment. In short, he was also very knowledgeable about the local customs and culture, adding much enjoyment and knowledge to our trip. Such a professional and considerate driver made our trip even more perfect. I sincerely thank him for his efforts and look forward to traveling with him again next time!
